Aye, it has changed it's location, you still have full permission to edit.  Click your name in the upper right hand corner and select 'Account Settings'.  Signature will be the last option on the left.  Click there, and you signature editor will come up.

Those are Mod actions, which the Minister already can do. (as can any Guardian, or the Delegate)

For archiving those public military threads, the Military has the ' Military Affairs Public Archives' forum to move archived threads.

Can we mask every single person who filled out our military app out as "Military'?

 

(Is there a way to get a list of who's got the masking or not? Like prior to my military app.)

 

Who can see which subforum? 

Who can see the Officers lounge? (is there a way to check this stuff.)

I'd also like a Military Private Archives too..if possible.

Go to Search and click on 'More Search Options' , Select 'Member Search', then select what group you want = TWP Military

The root military forum, everyone can see, as well as the Public Archives subforum.  The HQ and it's subforum requires TWP Military masking (and includes Officers/Guardians/Delegate/Admin).  Officers Lounge and subforums require Officer/Guardian/Delegate/Admin masking.

Alrighty, tis done....with one exception.

I left Brightonburg's access. While he only pops in once in awhile, he is a military resource that can help us at times with his army in One Big Island.  If you still want his access reduced, let me know.  I just wanted to mention it first.

Low priority (Take your time): 

Can you create a separate masking called Foreign Military? And another one called Military Ambassador. 

"Foreign Military" should be able to access our TWP Armed Forces HQ and Barracks .

(I will use this permissions extremely sparingly, at my discretion. It might even be a "temporarily" permissions masking. )

Military Ambassador should only be able to access what's already public. <<This is optional since it's just a name. 

Generally, we need to have a subforum that allows both TWPAF Military and Foreign Military access. For coordination purposes. (Low priority) 

And a forum that only TWPAF can access.

(The TWPAF Officers forum should stay the same. I may ask for soldiers to get masked for access in the future, but not now. )

Maskings updated...check.

Foreign Military group created..check. Has the same access as TWP Military at the moment, so it's only cosmetic.

I don't see a reason for the Military Ambassador group.  There are no separate masking for diplomats, everyone gets the same access.  Adding a new group is just admin busy work to keep swapping masks around to no purpose.

Make sure I'm understanding what you want...

- Foreign military to access current HQ.
- A new forum for both to access  (?....but they already are both given access to HQ, seems redundant)
- A new TWPAF forum  (new HQ?)

 

Instead, how about:

- New forum for both foriegn and domestic military access
- HQ remains TWPAF only.

It's up to you, it just seems it can be kept simpler and achieve the same goal. (ie - admin likes simpler  )

I'd like to find a way to duplicate the mission reports posts I've been making.. If there's a way that I don't have to re-upload all the pics, that'd be great.

In other words, I want to "show off" that we do in fact do missions! To allies.

But, I don't want anything secure getting leaked out. There might also be times I do not want to show a mission to allies, and would post it exclusively in TWPAF-only Barracks. This is a discretion thing.

But my last few mission reports? hell yh I'd show them xD

If it's possible for you to duplicate them, that would save me energy XD

I'm willing to take this, though.

Though I want to show one of my recent mission reports to this Foreign Military friend, but this idea is decent.

Trying to keep the front part clean/short simple-- without looking cluttered.

At first I thought the Military Affairs Public Archives would do the trick, but they're archives XD

Just copy the original version/post, paste it into a new thread where you want it, and edit it for that audience.  The formatting/pics should all follow the copy/paste.  That's your only option to duplicate the post/thread.

A Military Document Library ? There is the TWPAF Military Library subforum under the HQ.

*chuckles* Since we're on TWP 'soil', they certainly shouldn't be offended by our customs and security, as we wouldn't be on theirs.
