The horrified clause is essentially something that'd need a GenSec ruling (which generally obligates posting on the NS GA forum) I think. It's asserting obvously that the resolution contains no enforcement mechanisms, which may or may not be an honest mistake in that resolutions may or may not need to set up any specific ones (as opposed to just assuming the WA will take of it and monitor it). That is, I don't really think I can give a safe opinion on the legality of that clause that you could depend on.

DU-UKH, UUK – Keiserholde, Fujai — Hej folks, Berit here from DU-UKH, Den Blå Duken, UiKeiserholde's officially unofficial student radio. Jens is on "assignment" so it's just me for today's Idrottsminutt, and Fujai is in the FINAL!!!!
Over the last couple days, we've plunged forward into playoffs, coming out with some pretty tense wins. Honestly I'm surprised but incredibly grateful that we've somehow made it this far. First in the quarters, we scraped by against the small(er) nation of Taledo, from off in Doll Guldur, with only 3 points to their nothing. The first two points came in the second half as Bertil Vik scored a penalty kick after being tackled by Taledan full back Barza Nicolo while not having possession. The third came after an impressive drop kick with ten minutes left by Farre Jorg.
The Semifinal at Stade de la Réformation in Genève was accompanied by another protest. After the arrests at the Dalimbari Embassy, the FRF and Fujansk government were furious at Chief of Police Rocher-Éby for ordering protesters arrested and called for their immediate release. While the protest was indeed peaceful, the arrests occurred after firecrackers were used, assumedly symbolizing the Dalimbari land mines. Due to the lack of a case against them, the protesters arrested were released the next day by court order.
Vann I do ramble off sometimes. Today's protests consisted of a large number of Fujansk fans unveiling a giant version of the same red Dalimbari flag that had been seen at the embassy. As the banner was only unveiled after extended time—when the most people would be paying attention—stadium and police officials did not intervene. After the game, and impromptu protest was held outside Stade de la Réformation by the Fujansk supporters, centering around a 15-person marching band adorned in red and white.
But the real kicker at the Semi was an incredibly tense comeback after the match ended naught naught and headed into overtime. The Landslag pulled through at minutes 6 and 8 for two tries and one successful goal kick.
In the Final we'll be seeing Hertferdshire and Jammbo for the first time. Their side is very offensively minded, while ours is heavily defensive, so you might want to watch for sparks when they meet. In non-sports news, however, it was discovered that Prime Minister Clarkov Ongo Clarkson of Hertferdshire and Jammbo personally attended the Embassy protest, which has further stirred the tensions surrounding the Cup. The Dalimbari junta is pressuring the international community to denounce Clarkov's presence, but has not demanded consequences—probably because they don't care so long as they have a wall of land mines to hide behind.
ANYway, that's all for today's Idrottsminutt, and I'll see you tomorrow for the recap!

    VS.
    Matchday 7 - Semi-Finals - Victory
Härtferdsierndeambeu Ragbi Junjen 20-7 Dalimbar Union da Rugby (HT: HRJ 5-7 DUR)
Tries:  Mikhail Faustin (14'), Benjamin Morrison (76'), Bello Salman (79')
    Conversions: Robert Lee (80')
    Penalties: Benjamin Morrison (51')
Before the match, Toni Bandera was discharged from the team after being found guilty of inciting a mass genocide of Teralyians in the western parts of Hertfordshire and Jammbo. He is currently residing in a Cambrayan concentration camp.
First Half Report: As mentioned, Bandera is no longer on the team, so he has been replaced with Richard Clarkson. The start was very much like the start of the Darkesia match, in that the Dalimbari side put a try and a conversion through in the first 2 minutes, and all of a sudden HRJ fans began to worry. There really was no need though, because that is all the Dalimbaris would see of the H shaped goalposts. In the 14th minute, top scorer Mikhail Agnelli, now actually Mikhail Faustin, actually failed to intimidate the Dalimbari's. So he had to resort to unleashing his full talent and soon, a try was brought. Yet, no conversion. The DUR and the HRJ became involved in a massive brawl at the end of the first half, incited by Richard Clarkson threatening the Dalimbari coach, Hasse Siemon, with a shovel. He allegedly said "I'm holding this shovel. Leave, or it's gonna go very black for you all of a sudden." A mass brawl ensued, the largest seen in the tournament, fuelled by Richard's outburst and tensions involving Dalimbari landmines. In the chaos, Hertfordian/Jammbian manager Jennifer Hammond attempted to gouge the eye out of DUR captain Theodor Rybar, so she was sent to the stands. 3 HRJ players came out with injuries: Chris Morituros, Scott Bevan and Peter Cipriani. They were replaced with Michael Johnson, Niko Bellic (Roman had urged him to change his last name to Bellic after he found out they were cousins. Roman has done the same.) and Elizabeth Berwick, who happens to be part of the House of Broxbourne, the H&J royal family. Two other players, Ashraf Memento and Richard Clarkson, were booked. The DUR had no injuries, and no yellow cards.
Second Half Report: After the insanity of the first half, the HRJ were still trailing. But at 51 minutes, the situation was remedied by a penalty from Benjamin Morrison. Then, nothing much really happened for the next 25 minutes. With just under 5 minutes to go and with Hertfordshire and Jammbo leading 8-7, Dalimbar cracked down on the pressure against the Hertfordian/Jammbian defensive wall. However, they broke their own lines in the process and Benjamin Morrison finished off a superb counter attack started by Niko Bellic. Just as the match was about to end, the desperate attack had taken it's toll on the Dalimbari team. Bello Salman steamrolled past the exhausted Dalimbari's and secured the win for the HRJ. Robert Lee placed the cherry on top of the proverbial cake with a conversion.
Post-Match Analysis: The win sets up Hertfordshire and Jammbo to appear in the first ever TWP Rugby World Cup Final, where they will battle Fujanske Landslaget I Rugby at the National Stadium. Dalimbar, despite being knocked out, have one match left. The DUR will duel with GENR (Gïovannilandiäna Equïpa Nacïonalia di Rugbio) in the third place playoff. Giovanniland were defeated by Fujai in extra time in their semi-final.
News: Clarkov Ongo Clarkson, Prime Minister of the Confederal Kingdom of Hertfordshire and Jammbo, has heard of attempts by the junta in Dalimbar to pressure the international community to condemn him for his peaceful attendance of a protest at the Dalimbari embassy in Reçueçn, where attendees were rallying against the use of landmines along Dalimbar's borders. Consequences will not be pushed, supposedly because they can hide behind the landmines if things get out of hand. Prime Minister Clarkov has personally waded in on the situation, and he was very unhappy with how the junta were handling the state of affairs. He accused the Dalimbari junta of being insecure and boastful about their border protection. Some Hertfordian/Jammbian citizens have begun to call for a show of force by the Anglian Royal Navy, Pirate Fleet of Hertfordshire and Jammbo and Royal Privateer Fleet of Hertfordshire and Jammbo on Dalimbar's coast. Clarkov though has stated that he sees military action as ridiculous and has refused to go along with it. The Verkhovna Anglia is set to debate the protest in the next PMQ's. Isambard May, coach of the HRJ and fiery as always, claimed rather outlandishly that the junta were being sore losers, pointing to the HRJ 20-7 DUR scoreline. Meanwhile, the convicted genocider Toni Bandera has been sentenced to death by the Crown Court in Great Parndon. He will be executed in a few days time.

    Semifinals - Loss
    Fujai 10-0 Giovanniland
First Half: In the semifinals, the Giovannilandian team would play against a known opponent from the group stage. With both defensive teams against each other, the match did not have much action on the first half. All attempts, whether if they were Giovannilandian or Fujansk, did not result in anything as the defenses were effective in blocking attacks.
Second Half: The timer was closer to the end, the players were more nervous, and the supporters of both sides cheered even harder. But nothing. Not even on the second half. It looked like it would have to be solved in extra time, and so it went.
Extra time: The first extra time in all of this TWP Rugby World Cup was about to happen, with two halves of 10 minutes each. Like in the 80 previous minutes, the teams continued their attacks, but sadly (for the Giovannilandians), a Fujansk player broke the defense and scored a try near the end of the first 10 minutes. Giovanniland tried desperately to level the game again. The exhausted Giovannilandian defense, however, let one more try from Fujai to slip through, and it was game over.
Post-Match: While Hertfordshire and Jammbo and Fujai play for the title, the Giovannilandians will play against Dalimbar, who lost to H&J in the other semifinal. How will it go? The coaches congratulated the players even with the loss, and hope the team gets a 3rd place in the next match.

Per Badger's request for for my expertise, some notes:
    - The only possible illegality I see is that the horrified clause may constitute an honest mistake (telling mistruths about the target, in this case about enforcement, since that may be assumed by being a passed resolution). It'd be borderline generally I think, but I don't know which way GenSec would rule on it.
    - The line of "requiring considerable time, effort, and resources of each government" is essentially redundant to the overall clause, I'd suggest removing it.
    - Using words like 'also' and 'further' in your clause beginnings reads rather oddly if you haven't previously used the second word as a clause starter. It'd probably make sense to drop the 'also' and the 'further' in such cases.

In general, excellent draft. The one potential illegality is honestly outside my ken, but everything else is great (I disagree with some of the arguments, but that's to be expected given my personal inclinations on the GA, lol).

In light of the recent protests from foreign nationals against longstanding Dalimbari frontier policy, the Protector General of the Free State of Dalimbar, Field Marshal Markus Briand, had the following to say:
"Fellow Dalimbari, what the unwashed hippies attacking our embassy don't understand is that our frontier policy of fortification by landmines is a peaceful policy. We have indicated to the world that we will not expand our realm further, although we strongly believe that the world needs more Dalimbar. The landmines are as much for your safety as ours. Keep out of our yard and we will stay out of yours. The moment we remove those fortifications is the moment the world gets more Dalimbar."
An official diplomatic protest has been raised to the international community, noting that the sanctity of embassies must be protected at all times. Further demonstrations against our diplomatic or other facilities may be seen as a failure on the part of the hosting party and will require Dalimbari forces to station themselves in the embassy for protection of our assets and personnel.

Rugby Cambria hooker Ryan Shepherd said at a morning press conference the team will kneel during the playing of Dalimbar's national anthem before Friday's quarterfinal game in Renwyll, Reçueçn.
The United Kingdom has ratcheted up pressure for Dalimbar to cease the use of landmines along the Dalo-Cambrian border. The protest will undoubtedly drive international news and that's the point.
Shepherd said the team will take a knee to "remind everyone that legs are being blown off by the damn things."
"We want to make sure that the message is received with absolute clarity."
The Cambrian government supports the team's right to protest during the anthem.

    Matchday 5 - Win
Giovanniland 19-0 Order of the Marsupial Inductees
Tries: Giovannia Antonia (5'), Markio Telliano Ulpio (30'), Giovanno Vespasio-Emiliano (61')
    Conversions: Pietro Numeriani (34', 62')
First Half: Giovanniland had almost a hundred percent chance of qualifying, except if a combination of terrible results in both Group B matches happened. Due to this, the Giovannilandian team had a more slower pace this match, but that didn't mean they would do nothing. The team quickly went through the Marsupial defense early in with a try by Giovanna. The Marsupial Inductees did not know how to defend or attack properly, so the Giovannilandians made more attacks and got a second try at the half-hour mark by Markio, followed by young star Pietro's conversion earning 2 more points. At halftime, the Giovannilandians had a lead of 12 points.
Second Half: With the Giovannilandians having a secure victory, not much happened in the second match. But it's always good to score even more! That is what Giovanno was thinking when he scored a 3rd try to further increase the lead. A conversion by Pietro also earned other 2 points, and that is all worth noting in the second half, as nothing important happened after.
Post-Match: The Giovannilandian coaches are incredibly proud of the team! Giovanniland has won Group B with 9 points and a point difference of +41, with the result of 3 wins and 1 loss (although some Giovannilandian supporters still think PEDs are illegal and don't accept that particular result) in 4 matches played. Looking forward to the quarter-finals, Giovanniland will play against host Reçueçn in Chapel-Field House, and the Giovannilandians both visiting Reçueçn and at home country are cheering for the team!
Government Notice: King Giovanni VI and the Foreign Affairs Ministry were notified of some Giovannilandians that participated in the peaceful protest in the Dalimbari embassy in Reçueçn, to protest against the use of landmines by Dalimbar. It is not yet known by the government if any of the citizens were arrested, but Giovanniland hopes that this will not put a drain in historically friendly Giovanniland-Reçueçn relations, especially with the two teams meeting in the quarter-finals to play against each other.

    VS.
Thursday 27th February - Matchday 5 - Group Stage Final Game - Victory
Hertfordshire and Jammbo 22-10 Darkesia (HT: HRJ 10-5 DAR)
Tries: Mikhail Agnelli (19'), Ongo Vidopliassova (24'), Britannia Degre (41'), Chris Morituros (52')
    Conversions: James Zeki (53')
First Half Report: The match began, the HRJ already through, and so we sort of let it go. By that, I mean Darkesia scored a try in the first minute. Surprisingly, there was not a rant in earshot. After this, the players became serious again, and ran the chocolatiers ragged. This eventually paid off, with Mikhail Agnelli bagging a leveller. No conversion was made, which seems normal at this point. 5 minutes later, in steps Ongo Vidopliassova, who doesn't communicate using words. Instead he uses sounds and mimes to communicate. Either way, he still put the HRJ into the lead. What then occurred was a realisation by the entire team that Darkesia seemed to have given up trying. Perhaps they were having a chocolate break.
Second Half Report: Once the second half was underway, Hertfordshire and Jammbo (The Jammbians) continued their noble tradition of scoring immediately in the second half. This time, Britannia Degre pulled off her first try for the team, and boy was she pleased with it, expressng her dominance in truly majestic ways. Sadly, an opposition try then had to come and dampen things. Still, could be worse. Then it got worse. Arguably the best performer of the tournament, General Robert Lee, was sent packing to the benches after clashing heads with an angered Darkesian player, who was immediately sin binned. He didn't care. Hopefully Robert Lee can make a full recovery in time for the next match. To avenge the loss of R. E. Lee, Chris Morituros cleaved a try straight through the middle of the field. General R. E. Lee's replacement, James Zeki, then rounded off a top performance by actually getting a conversion! A rarity, that is for sure. Although an injury to Britannia Degre saw her replaced with government agent Sanchez, there was ultimately nothing to worry about, as HRJ comfortably saw out the rest of the game.
Post-Match Analysis: Following the win, Härtferdsierndeambeu Ragbi Junjen have won Group C with 9 points and will take on Sensorland in tomorrow's quarter-finals. Darkesia has finished bottom of Group C with 0 points.

Exclusive Report! Rumours of a planned mass protest turn out to be true!
This day saw the dawn of the planned protest. Sports fans from Hertfordshire and Jammbo, along with fellow fans from Fujai, Tara & Cambray and a few from Reçueçn, held a rally outside the Dalimbari embassy in Reçueçn against the use of landmines along Dalimbar's borders. The protest was the largest so far, and included many notable speakers. Controversially, the Jammbian Prime Minister, Clarkov Ongo Clarkson, was spotted addressing the gargantuan crowd, giving a passionate and well-recieved speech about how Dalimbar is just an infantile pillock for having mines in the first place. The protest was peaceful, for a time, and no arrests were made at any point, at least, not until later on in the protests. The protest is expected to continue through the night.

When Reçueçn City Chief of Police Marie Rocher-Éby warned the FRF that police officers would be stationed outside the Dalimbari embassy, waiting to arrest those showing up for the planned protest, people started coming out of the woodwork to let her know how bad of an idea that was. Perhaps she even began to regret the statement she had made. But after making such a bold proclamation, she certainly felt she had to either back it up or lose face. The police officers, then were duly stationed as they awaited the protest to find out if the Police Chief's warnings had dissuaded anybody.
They had not. In fact, the protesters came in far greater numbers than the police expected. Four hundred people didn't choke the streets or look particularly impressive from an aerial camera, but considering that the crowd was almost entirely made up of non-Reçuecians, (pretty much all Fujar visitors for the Rugby World Cup), the turnout was remarkable. The police officers, standing their ground outside the Dalimbari embassy, felt increasingly outnumbered and worried about how this might turn out.
Yet as the protest began, timidly at first, demonstrators wondering if the police would somehow try to lock everybody up, the officers did nothing. Some were surprised; if Rocher-Éby had promised arrests, why were the cops merely watching as things began to unfold? In fact, the decision made sense. The protesters had called Rocher-Éby's bluff—it would be illegal to arrest peaceful protesters if they did nothing else wrong—the rights to assembly and demonstration were enshrined in Reçuecian law. The police officers could do nothing but watch and wait, hoping that the protesters would do something that could be construed as illegal to justify breaking up the demonstration.
The crowd slowly grew bigger and louder. Megaphones appeared, and people started waving flags—it was clear that these people were sports fans who knew how to organize this sort of thing. The police grew ever more worried; weren't there so many stories of sports riots breaking out? What would follow if that happened here, where there were no riot police present, and only a few cops, vastly outnumbered by the crowd? Someone climbed on a box and began to yell a highly political speech. That was still no justification for the police to do anything. But then, as the speech ended, the confusion grew, the mob grew louder, and... explonsions!?
The officers began to panic. Some called for reinforcements while others launched into the crowd, trying to find what exactly was going on and who was doing it. The officers' fear for their own safety clouded their thinking, and the began to overreact. Had they had time to think out their actions, however, they probably would have followed the same course; throwing firecrackers was disturbance of the peace, and here at an embassy it was a much more serious charge. They had the excuse they needed and began to round up protesters and place them under arrest.
Of course, this dispersed the crowd pretty quickly. No one who'd come to Reçueçn to watch some rugby games wanted to spend the night in jail, and perhaps longer if this turned into some complicated international scandal. The demonstrators began to run while the police caught who they could. One of the first ones in handcuffs was the person who'd made the speech. The officers had kept their eyes on them. Most of those who'd thrown firecrackers were arrested as well, although a couple got away. But other members of the crowd as well were taken back with the police officers to detention. All told, by the time the smoke cleared and the street in front of the embassy was empty again, except for a few officers left to continue to stand guard, 46 protesters had been detained. Only five were Reçuecian citizens. The rest were foreign nationals, mostly Fujar.
Currently, all 46 are still in jail, and charges have not been filed—the Reçueçn City district attorneys have forty-eight hours to decide what charges to file. It looks like some fans might be missing a rugby game or two.
In sporting news, Fujai, Dalimbar, and Reçueçn have all advanced to the quarterfinals of the world cup. If Fujai and Reçueçn continue to advance, they will face each other in the semifinal next round, a match that may now come with more tension than was expected before.

.:::.  Terljonska Nacionalni Ragbi Tim .:::.
                 .:::.   26/02/2020 Game 3 Report    .:::.
What happens when an unstoppable force meets another unstoppable force? A lot of noise at the start followed by a hole lot of nothing apparently.
Coming off their game 2 victory and what was apparently a great "motivational" speech from the coaches the Teralyon team managed do it again and win their highly anticipated match against the Dilberian Dopin' Dogs in a 10-3 victory. Some fans from both countries however seem to have been let down by the match as they were expecting a much wilder game from the two teams that seem to employ a full offensive doctrine the game instead saw a very strong start from the Teralyians and a great penalty followed by a drop kick from the Dilberian squad only for the game to turn into a stalemate.
    Tries:
    Mecka  Michalković (05')
    Branimir  Prochaska (10')

    First Half:
The start of the game saw instant action with a great Teralyon try by Mecka "The Pounder" Michalković that almost single handedly scored the first try of the game in a spectacular move not seen since her Vana Sova Magriders days. This was followed up by a fierce offensive push by the rabid Dilberian squad with many players going into a rage and their skin visibly turning a purplish blue colour but it wasn't enough to stop the Teralyian outfit as Branimir "The Jackhammer"  Prochaska was able to infiltrate like a prowler and get around the Dilberian vangaurd with lancer like precision to score the second try of the game which led to some choice words being exchanged between the two teams and with tempers flaring on both sides Slobodan Aždro was red flagged and kicked out of the game for striking a Dilberian player on his way out he was heard yelling "I'm Better then You" and "Zero Chance against me" This eventually lead to a great penalty kick by the Dilberian Dopin' Dogs and a stellar orbital strike of a drop kick from Sergio "The Liberator" Chade which concluded the first half of the game.
    Second Half:
The second half of the game saw little movement from either side which resulted in a giant stalemate that made for terrible fan viewing but from what was seen on the field this was only due to both teams being in a state of mouth frothing anger interlinked and refusing to give up even a single centimeter of ground. There were some great offensive pushes across that were quickly rebuffed. By the end of the match there seemed to be a lot of new red bruises and black eyes.
    Post Match Interview:
When asked what he thought of the game, all coach Milanko Kolev had to say was "Huh, Not bad"
The Teralyon commentator Max Scattercannon also stirred up some controversy with his post game social media comments
"Did you see our TR(Teralyon Rugby) boys and girls Decimate those smurfs?! I guess @Dilber will need to find a new conglomerate bio lab to buy their dope from since the batch they have now did nothing"

    VS.
    Wednesday 26th February - Matchday 4 - Victory
Badgeria 10-21 Härtferdsierndeambeu Ragbi Junjen (HT: BBB 5-8 HRJ)
Tries: Mikhail Agnelli (22'), Niko Wesker (43'), Robert Lee (63')
Conversions: Isaac Ozbek (23'), Carl Jefferson (44')
Penalties: Mina Klebitz (10'), Mikhail Agnelli (60')
The manager of Badgeria has requested to not have any information regarding player names of their team in this report.
First Half Report: The match between Badgeria and Härtferdsierndeambeu began with tempers flaring on both sides, victory vital for either teams chances of progressing to the next round. It was end-to-end chaos with barely a dominant team in sight. 10 minutes in, though, and serious drama occurred. HRJ player No. 15, Scott Bevan, was tackled on the overly hard side by one of the Badgeria players, which resulted in a bust-up between members of both teams, resulting in 2 yellow cards for Badgeria and a lucky escape for Hertfordshire and Jammbo. Bevan's injury should last 1 match. He was replaced with Niko Wesker. Subsequently, Mina Klebitz scored the penalty drop kick with relative ease and a sprinkling of awkwardness. Ongo Vidopliassova had escaped cautioning after becoming involved in the earlier fight, but he didn't help his case much, as the referee booked Ongo for talking angry gibberish to the opposition coach. The coach made sure his team responded, for just 4 minutes later, Badgeria were in the lead after a very aggressive try. The attempted conversion was also aggressive, thus it spiralled out wide. Of course, it was a mere matter of time until Mikhail Agnelli remedied the situation, with the conversion of Isaac Ozbek adding to that. The rest of the first half saw HRJ go into park-the-bus mode and play such boring rugby that the Badgerian substitutes bench actually fell asleep watching the game.
Second Half Report: The second half got underway, and immediately became good. Niko Wesker casually intimidated his way through the Badgerian defence and planted a try so pleasantly, you'd swear he was a capo. It also helped that Carl Jefferson, straight outta Grove Street, pulled off a tough conversion. A return to wibbly-wobbly-rugby-wugby then occurred, except now Badgeria had a mountain to climb, against a small isolated nation from south-east Andolia. Insert questionable referee decision here, as the internationally disliked Kingston Ray, a smug and perverted man, was put out of action for the rest of the tournament, and frankly, everyone present was glad to see him go, including HRJ manager Jennifer Hammond. Better yet, it meant that Mikhail Agnelli scored a superb penalty. Just as quickly as the game restarted did Robert Lee, previous game's MOTM, place the game well and truly out of the Badger's reach with a tactical try that reeked of expert military general, because that's exactly what Robert Lee is when he isn't playing rugby. That wasn't to say Badgeria were done trying. After Ashraf Memento became cocky and slammed into an opposition player, thereby recieving a yellow card, same said player came up and scored a try, just to rub it in Ashraf's face. The match ended 5 minutes later, with Hertfordshire and Jammbo recording a comfortable win on an overall glorious night.
Post Match Report: Due to this result, the Härtferdsierndeambeu Ragbi Junjen have qualified for the TWP Rugby World Cup Quarter-Finals with one match to spare. Big Bad Badger/Badgeria on the other hand has been left wondering what went wrong as they crash out of the tournament, in 3rd after playing all 3 games.
Bonus Report: It is highly known that Prime Minister Clarkov was among the visitors in the official's box above the stands. Afrer witnessing the national team record a solid win, he burst into laughter as he heard the news that Dilber had been defeated by Teralyon, and was essentially out of the tournament barring a miracle. Here is what Clarkov had to say: "Hey, Dilberian Dopin' Dogs, where are your PED's now?! You see, citizens of Hertfordshire and Jammbo, this is exactly why drugs should never be touched upon, at any age of your lives". He then turned to the screen and raised a glass to the downfall of Dilber, and to the success of the HRJ.

Dilberian students LOVE the new school-focused mascot of the Dilberian Dopin' Dogs.  Replacing the old D.A.R.E class with a class taught by Dopey has led to enhanced physical performance, raising the next generation of rugby players, as soon as they finish second grade.

Giovanniland got a reaction from Fujai in TWP Rugby World Cup [rosters, roleplays, results]
    Matchday 3 - Win
    Fujai 7-10 Giovanniland
    Tries: Lavinia Tullio-Kesari (70', 78')
First Half: With a match of both teams with a defensive style, most people thought it would be a slower match than previously played ones. Indeed it was, with no successful tries within the first 30 minutes. However, the Fujansk team scored a try and a further conversion near the end of the first half.
Second Half: Although 7 points down, like in previous matches the Giovannilandian team didn't give up. However, with a slow and defensive game, most attempts to score were thwarted. The exciting part of the game was yet to come. At 70 minutes, Lavinia finally scored a try, but that was not enough to win. The Giovannilandian supporters started to lose hope, but when the same Lavinia scored yet another try just 2 minutes, they cheered. An epic ending to a well played game in both sides.
Post-Match: In the next round, the Giovannilandian team will have a bye. They will have a well-deserved rest until the last match of the group stage, against the Order of the Marsupial Inductees.

Giovanniland reacted to Bhang Bhang Duc in TWP Rugby World Cup [rosters, roleplays, results]
The Bhang Bhang Ducian team of HUBs (History’s Utter Bastards) played their first game today against the team from Westwind.  The HUBs missed their first games due to their preference for the taverns and hostelries over actually playing rugby.
In the first half the HUBs fly-half Adolf Hitler Williams kicked a penalty into touch and gave his side a lineout 5 metres from the opposing try line.  The lineout was thrown in by Genghis Khan Williams to the lock Julius Caesar Williams who palmed the ball down to the scrum half Napoleon Bonaparte Williams.  A sidestep and reach and N. B. Williams touched the ball down over the line. Try!  A.H. Williams missed the conversion giving the HUBs a five point lead.
The second half was tight with no tries scored by either side.  The HUBs kicked two penalties, after Westwind was firstly found not releasing in the ruck and secondly for offside.
Final score: Bhang Bhang Duc 11 v Westwind 0
Vlad Dracul Williams received a red card for eye gouging.

Giovanniland reacted to Reçueçn in TWP Rugby World Cup [rosters, roleplays, results]
Reçueçn, Reçueçn—Reçueçn City Chief of Police Marie Rocher-Éby released a statement today warning Fujar sports fans visiting Reçueçn for the Rugby World Cup not to join planned protests outside the Dalimbar embassy. "All protesters, regardless of nationality, will be subject to arrest and prosecution," said Rocher-Éby. "The Rugby World Cup has been planned here in Reçueçn as a wonderful opportunity to bring The West Pacific together, and it is a shame that anyone would want to ruin the very moment where we put aside our differences to come together in a sporting match with their divisive political agenda. An event like this, on Reçuecian soil, is not the time or place to be dredging up old conflicts between third parties." The Chief of Police also indicated that security would be tightened at all World Cup events. Subsequent to the the release of the statement, the Reçueçn City police department proactively stationed additional police patrols outside the Dalimbari embassy.
Other Reçuecian government officials softened the message. "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs may be vacant," said one ministry staffer, who requested to remain anonymous, "but that doesn't allow the Chief of Police to take over international policy. Reçueçn recognizes that the tension between Dalimbar and Fujai is nuanced and complicated, and actions taken by municipal police officers do not represent international politics decisions taken by our government."
These more moderate voices, however, have not put in place a more concrete response to the Chief of Police's statement, and news pundits backed up Rocher-Éby and seemed to think that most Reçuecians would, too. "We don't want our neighbors hashing out their fights in our country," said one talk show host. "It's not interfering in their politics to ask them to settle their problems elsewhere. Plus, if this protest is being indirectly sponsored by the Fujansk government, that's a big deal, and if they go through with it, I expect the response to get a lot sterner, fast. If those protesters show up tonight, I hope the cops lock 'em all up."
An interesting turn for this World Cup that had started out all roses and sunshine, and the first sign of tension between the historically amicable Reçueçn and Fujai in years.
