Pero and Franjo just finished their shift at the Teralyon Naval base located on a small island northeast of the mainland known as Sandrja, every few days before they head their separate ways home they stop at their favourite pub on the island to have a few pints and complain about some new stupid idea the mainlanders are coming up with and today was no exception...
Pero and Franjo walk into the pub known as the Plavi Galeb (Blue Seagul) and sit down at their favourite stools along the bar, the bar owner walks up, a burley perpetually angry man known to the locals as Toni.
Toni: You two lazy bums better order more then one pint this time if your going to start arguing again, id prefer to see some actual entertainment then you too just arguing over where your favourite cafe was located in Tarajeva.
Pero: Relax we already said we're sorry plus we were both right, that café is now a franchise so there's multiple places.
Franjo: Ugh... Mainlanders ruin everything.
Toni: Whatever, keep it down I'm trying to watch the game.
Pero: What is that?
Toni: It's the Cricket World Cup! Don't you knuckleheads pay attention to anything besides this Island?!
Franjo: You know darn well we don't care about anything outside Teralyon
Toni: Then shut up and watch! Teralyon is playing!
"Welcome, Viewers, to the game that kicks off the Blue Runner's conquest in the T20 World Cup Tournament! How are you Jak?"
Franjo: Wait we have a Team? Why did they name them the Blue Runners?
Pero: Are we winning?
Toni: The game just started, and that's isn't our team, Its a GSN rebroadcast on TSPN, Now quiet!
Franjo: Why do we have a team? Who's paying for this?
Pero: So let me get this straight, Were watching a sport on some channel across the world while I cant find a channel that covers the Teralyon Water Polo League?!
Toni: Only you watch that now order something and shut up.
Pero and Franjo both reply with "Two pints please."
Toni: Each?
Pero and Franjo just stare at Toni, Toni sighs.."Oh well, I was, I mean... I cannot wait to spot Kassacira tonight, and the team were so confident. I hope that confidence pays off in the right way today. I'll bet you 5 Blues I will see her first!"
Pero: What are those subtitles saying? Whos that suppose to be? Can I get in on this bet?
Franjo: It's their leader. Don't you always brag about how smart and worldly you are? shouldn't you know this?
Toni: His hole world is this Island HAH!
Pero: Ha-Ha you just wait till I win.
Toni: Win what? They didn't shake your hand.
Pero: You just wait
Franjo slaps down a 20 Dinar bill, "I'm In"
Pero: See?
Toni sighs again and goes back to cleaning glasses
Pero: Oh and two gyros!
Toni: For bot.. nevermind."Welcome back to the Glenpavia Sports Network: Cricket Edition! The Teraljonska (As they say in the local language) team has just walked onto the pitch along with the Runners. I have a feeling this is going to be tough!"
Toni: Hey! Look! There's our team!
Franjo: Who picked THAT as the uniform? This must be funded by the Government.
Pero: What a stupid logo, do they have to slap that sword on EVERYTHING?!
Toni: Show some respect!
Franjo: He's right though, why couldn't they have some animal and a different colour for once?
Pero: Yea! like the Jevoi Swordfish on like some cool water blue?
Toni: Really? A Swordfish? That's What you want? Yes, lets replace the sword with a swordfish! Oh and lets use blue so we can look just like the other team who's already blue!
Pero: Well yea, but we could be bluer.
Toni: No We're Purple. Like we have always been and like it should be.
Pero: Fish would of been cooler though.
Toni: THEY HAVE A FISH!"I mean, the Teralyon team is a very aggressive team according to training and the Glenpavian team are pretty defensive, so it's a very well evened match. We are just going to have to watch this out. Looks like… Yup! The Teralyons are going first for batting"
Franjo: Wait wasn't that guy on the rugby team?
Pero: Why are we always labeled aggressive in every sport, Its not our fault the other team isn't as dedicated.
Toni: I suspect it has something to do with the doping scandal after they found all those Soccer players going to facilites in Dilber
Franjo: That was never proven, stop spreading rumours.
Pero: Is that guy is holding the stick upside down?
Franjo: Reminds me of that dumb movie "Golfketball""The runners are quick- Look at that throw, right that's two runs for the Teralyon on the first bat. Very good"
Franjo: I don't get it, are we winning?
Pero: I think so?
Toni: How have you two never watched a cricket game?
Pero: I got more important things to do then watch some weird mainlander game.
Franjo: Look, I just want to know if we're winning.
Toni: You both are born on the mainland, stop using that as a excuse.
Franjo: I never said that, now answer my question.
Toni: No. Pay attention.
Franjo: *mockingly* I'll pay you attention.
Toni: What?
Franjo: Hey we hit the thing again!

Franjo: We got this.
Pero: Basically slaughtered them.
Toni: You two are idiots.
Pero: Your just not patriotic, 'nother round!
Toni: Mainlanders......"And that's it for the first Inning! What a good score to beat..."
Pero: We won!
"I think the Runners can totally beat it- just watch this space. We will be back!"
Pero: Guess not.
*Toni Laughs in the background*"And we are back, for Blue Bubble's time to bat. This is going to be fun but a lot of hard work for the team. Yup, and we have Delkee and Jakano coming up to bat first. We wish them all the luck against Bowler Nayden Polonsky."
Franjo: Wait, Polonsky? Like...
Toni: Yup.
Franjo: And now Cricket?
Toni: Yup.
Franjo: After the hole mess with..
Toni: Yup.
Pero: Shut up, I want to watch our Swords win
Toni: Oh now your a sword fan?"Wow, the Blue Runners have really kept up with the speed of their gameplay, they may have a real chance of winning this"
Franjo: This is all Polonsky's fault.
Pero: Wait are we losing? How are we losing weren't we winning?
Toni: Get off your phone and pay attention and you'll find out.
Pero: Im watching videos trying to figure out what I'm watching since your no help.
Franjo: Classic Polonsky."Well, that's one way to make a statement, go Blue Runners!"
Pero: Huh, So we lost?
Franjo: Yea and its all Polonsky's fault
Toni: Not exactly.
Pero: How did we lose? I thought we won? This game makes so sense.
Toni: The other team just wanted the win more.
Franjo: Oh I didn't know we were going to give generic coach excuses, let me guess the Blue Runners had more heart too?
Pero: Do they even have coaches in this game?"That is one great win for the start of this tournament, I cannot wait to see what the guys bring to the next match!"
*Camera starts panning over the crowds*
Pero: Hey there's the Marshal!
Franjo: What the hell is he doing there?
Pero: Probably the same thing every state figurehead does.
Toni: Waste taxpayer money?
Franjo: If it was that useless politician we elected then yea id agree, but that's no politician.
Toni: Who knows or cares.
Pero: HEY LOOK ITS THE LEADER OF BLUE BUBBLE! WHERES MY MONEY!
Franjo: That's not them, they look like their hiding.
Pero: YES IT IS!
Pero pulls out his smartphone and starts showing pictures of the Blue Bubble leader while Franjo and now Toni both refuse to look and give Pero their money, they continue arguing into the evening while the sunsets on another typical day on Sandrja Island.

Based on the question I'd have to go with Batman, if you fallen off a building Spidey probably has the edge but Bats ain't far behind but if your kidnapped or something then Bats all the way.
Spiderman is cool and highly intelligent depending on which version we're talking about but spiderman still is limited on resources..
Batman on the other hand.. super genius creeper detective that knows more about you then you do will probably be able to track you down before you even know your missing.

I would definitely be a hard choice for me if it was a nice summer rainfall or snow just slowing falling with no winds then id pick both since I always found both of them calming.
But for 'Dark and Stormy Night' I have to go with rain, snow leaves to much work future me has to deal with.

I really had a tough time with this, I don't think I've listened to a full album since my teenage days and tastes have definitely changed or rather broadened in the last 10 years and i rarely listen to just 1 genre or 1 artist at a time so choosing just one album was tough. In the end though I've chosen:

Favorite track: IsolationLooking through my spotify, I really don't have one thing I listen too and 90% of songs i have saved in playlists are all from different artists, albums and its a mess with every genre possible showing up but out of that hole chaotic mess I did find I tend to listen to Nervous_Testpilot a lot when I'm working on something, be it something at home or when I'm at work I usually let his album(s) play when I know I will be there for a while.
At work specifically, when I'm testing alone or in the field while commissioning or troubleshooting the machinery my company builds I tend to turn it on to keep me almost thinking at slower pace which lets me be more methodical in my work instead of just running through things and making mistakes. The track "Isolation" is probably the song i always start with first thus ill say its my favorite (playlists always on shuffle) it is almost a sort of reset and focus track for me. In terms of an Album alone that i have played over and over and tend to play it has to be Wardialler.
There are of course many other songs and other artists that have some deep meaning for me for different reasons, for example,
"Gangsta rap made me do it - Ice Cube"[explicit Lyrics] I more then likely interpret this songs meaning completely differently then Ice Cube means but for myself it comes down to "Don't blame others for your mistakes, take ownership and rise above"

While the current Teralyon Passport is still deemed adequate for our high standards, the security upgrades the MWG is implementing has stimulated talk that the Teralyon Passport should be redesigned to meet these new standards as well.

I enjoy watching both, those athletes are amazing but since it's either or I can only base it off of what I personally like so let's see....
I love snowboarding so I should go with Winter Olympics but I also deal with the cold for far longer then I like....
When I get a chance for some beach volleyball though I look forward to it a lot more.
I guess it has to be Summer Olympics for me.

I'm not sure how to proceed with "Protect our Players Accord" since that is what it's called and all three of us felt it was important to add but at the same time looking at it now after its been mentioned it is skirting rule 4c quite close.
My associates and I will definitely be discussing on how to make sure this is not a rule violation.
We will also make sure to add more detail about Saint Mark's time as MoFA and roles held in the other regions.

What happens when an unstoppable force meets another unstoppable force? A lot of noise at the start followed by a hole lot of nothing apparently.
Coming off their game 2 victory and what was apparently a great "motivational" speech from the coaches the Teralyon team managed do it again and win their highly anticipated match against the Dilberian Dopin' Dogs in a 10-3 victory. Some fans from both countries however seem to have been let down by the match as they were expecting a much wilder game from the two teams that seem to employ a full offensive doctrine the game instead saw a very strong start from the Teralyians and a great penalty followed by a drop kick from the Dilberian squad only for the game to turn into a stalemate.

First Half:
The start of the game saw instant action with a great Teralyon try by Mecka "The Pounder" Michalković that almost single handedly scored the first try of the game in a spectacular move not seen since her Vana Sova Magriders days. This was followed up by a fierce offensive push by the rabid Dilberian squad with many players going into a rage and their skin visibly turning a purplish blue colour but it wasn't enough to stop the Teralyian outfit as Branimir "The Jackhammer" Prochaska was able to infiltrate like a prowler and get around the Dilberian vangaurd with lancer like precision to score the second try of the game which led to some choice words being exchanged between the two teams and with tempers flaring on both sides Slobodan Aždro was red flagged and kicked out of the game for striking a Dilberian player on his way out he was heard yelling "I'm Better then You" and "Zero Chance against me" This eventually lead to a great penalty kick by the Dilberian Dopin' Dogs and a stellar orbital strike of a drop kick from Sergio "The Liberator" Chade which concluded the first half of the game.
Second Half:
The second half of the game saw little movement from either side which resulted in a giant stalemate that made for terrible fan viewing but from what was seen on the field this was only due to both teams being in a state of mouth frothing anger interlinked and refusing to give up even a single centimeter of ground. There were some great offensive pushes across that were quickly rebuffed. By the end of the match there seemed to be a lot of new red bruises and black eyes.
Post Match Interview:
When asked what he thought of the game, all coach Milanko Kolev had to say was "Huh, Not bad"
The Teralyon commentator Max Scattercannon also stirred up some controversy with his post game social media comments
"Did you see our TR(Teralyon Rugby) boys and girls Decimate those smurfs?! I guess @Dilber will need to find a new conglomerate bio lab to buy their dope from since the batch they have now did nothing"

After a rough start in the opener against Gïovannilandiäna Equïpa Nacïonalia di Rugbio that lead to a 3-23 defeat. The Teralyon National Rugby Team have redeemed themselves after a Game 2 Win that saw the Teralyon's just edge by the Bingsearching in a 10 to 6 Victory.

Branimir Prochaska (77')
First Half: In typical Teralyon fashion, The team kept on the offensive throughout the entire first half only to be rebuffed at every opportunity. Both teams would almost nearly score only to have their offence fizzle out. The Score after first half remained 0-0.
Second Half: The second half saw Bingsearching have a successful Try almost instantly followed up by a successful conversion. It took almost till the end of the game for the fire in the Teralyonian players to reignite but after it did the Teralyon team got two successful tries before the end of the game.
Post Match Interview: In the Post game Interview coach Katerina Krakowski congratulated the team on their victory but also hinted some changes may be implemented for their next game.

The Security Council
The Security Council is the Counterpart of the General Assembly. Together they make up the World Assembly, the Security Council focuses primarily on Gameplay as opposed to the role-play centered General Assembly. Security Council resolutions are almost all based on Gameplay involving regional politics rather than any sort of role-playing. Unlike the General Assembly, the Security Council passes only three different types of resolutions: Commendations, Condemnations and Liberations.
Commendations
Commendations Are resolutions that are usually written in gratitude and meant to showcase the outstanding contributions of a certain nation or region.
Condemnations
While Commendations are written in gratitude a Condemnation is the exact opposite and are resolutions that are written to express disdain towards a certain nation or region.
Liberations
Liberations Are a type of resolution written that focuses only on regions, a liberation removes the ability to put a password on a region so that it may not be able to continue to be held by raiders that have taken over the region.
It is also important to note that all three types of resolutions can also be repealed. This is done by a new resolution being passed in the Security Council that nulls any previously passed resolution, for Condemnations and Commendations this will remove the badge that the nation or region gained in the previous resolution and for Liberations it will mean that a region regains its ability to place a password.
The Procedure for how a Security Council resolution comes to pass is done by writing one but its not just as simple as writing one out and have it be the next thing the Security Council votes on.
First you’ll want to follow the rules, there are 4:
- You cannot commend or condemn site staff for their actions unique to staff roles,
- Your proposal must have a new and relevant argument,
- Your proposal must contain an operative clause that explains what your resolution will do,
- Your proposal must fit NS canon.
It is important to note that to even be able to submit a proposed resolution you will first need to have your nation be apart of the World Assembly and it must hold a minimum of two endorsements.
Before you submit your proposal it is recommended that you get feedback, a great way is to go to the Security council section of the Nationstates forums.
The first thing to do after your new resolution has been written is to start by submitting your proposed resolution. Once you have submitted your proposed resolution you will need to reach the minimum number of members of a deliberative assembly which is called attaining quorum. For your proposal to reach quorum all it needs to do is be approved by at least 6% of World Assembly Delegates within 3 days of submission which can become very difficult since many delegates do not look through the proposed resolutions.
It is highly advised that you run a proposal campaign to try and reach as many delegates and get them to vote as you can within your 3 day period. One of the best ways to do this is by running a telegram campaign letter which will allow you to not only get delegate's to vote on your proposal to reach quorum but will also allow you see what delegate's aren't so convinced with your proposal and may end up voting against it.
If your proposal attains quorum, your proposal will be placed into the Security Council's queue but be careful and make sure that you have more then just the bare minimum of delegate approvals because if it falls below 6% the amount of approvals required, it will drop out of the queue.
Now finally if you attained quorum and made it to the front of the queue your proposed resolution will finally move to the voting floor and will be at vote for four days by all everyone that is in the World Assembly which means both WA delegate's and ordinary WA members will be voting.
It is highly recommended that you also are active on the Nationstates forums while you proposed resolution is at vote. Many WA nations will vote either for or against your resolution based on the arguments for or against that are made in the thread for your proposal so you should address as many criticisms people have about your proposed resolution there.
