Teviar is a city state of 6.8 Million inhabitants. It initially started as a trading post for different colonial powers, it gained independence in 1878 since its colonial owner was no longer able to afford maintaining it. Teviar is considered a melting pot of cultures thanks to its extremely lax immigration laws.

This city is inspired in the South East Asian cities of Hong Kong and Singapore and the Latin American cities of Panama City, Mexico City and Buenos Aires, I imagine it as a Latin American version of those South East Asian cities.
