Maybe this is a crazy idea, you can both work together, sorta one of you being an important assistant, or like an internship. Whoever wins will be the PM, but the other one can still help with ideas and helping carry out projects..?

Actually, most feeders lost similar amounts of redditors, percentage wise. It is very common whenever there are player surges, that we also have deletion surges when their 28 days expire. Some remains, some others do not. Now, once things that we not always do is to promote the forums actively in the RMB and that might have helped to get some of them engaged. But out RMB moves so natural too, that it may seem artificial to promote the forum there much.
Now, regarding your specific questions, if we lack members for the Council, then the hands on approach needs to apply. We will make do with what we have, and if we need to cover positions and jobs within those willing to, we have to. That is part of the commitment we need to spread among our active community.
Why they left, is hard to say, as I mentioned, the fact that some regions in general advertise their off-site activities more openly and actively than we do may have helped. Or the fact that the redditors arrived in a period of time where, unfortunately, many of us were simultaneously hit by busy RL :/

Totally changing the subject:  I changed Cormac's masking without deleting his account!  Imagine the political fall out had I screwed that up.  Not sure if he is in the Assembly or not, but I thought that was a safe mask for him, till someone figures it out.

I just want to ask, what happens if there arn't enough active and willing members of the community to fill out the roles in the Excutive council?
And how are you attract vibrant people from other regions? TWP lost the most redditors than any feeder, that isnt a good sign, and that means we didn't have enough to offer, or just wern't as engaging as the other feeders at the time.

As such, I'm technically the new Prime Minister of TWP with a 4 months term serving from April 1st, however, I do not feel this is the right path to a mature fair and stable government, since I was chosen to serve as Speaker, not as Prime Minister. Due to this, I will present my resignation TOMORROW, effective on April 20th, and will also open both the corresponding Nomination Period (3 days as per the General Election Guidelines Act), as well as handle the election itself (which should run for 5 days, From Wednesday to Sunday next week) with a result coming out on Monday 20th, and hence a new Prime Minister effective as of that exact day.
In the meantime, as Prime Minister, I will NOT elect any officers, as it seems unnecessary for a 9 days period, and also irresponsible. I will, however, try to assist Darkesia in the currently existing issue regarding the Lazarus events. I have decided, that while the In-Game Embassy remains closed, and due to the discussion on this thread: http://www.westpacific.org/forums/index.php?/topic/1307-motion-to-condemn-stujenske-and-recognizing-the-lazarene-underground-movementI am considering temporary closing the Lazarus in-forum embassy. I've not decided yet, and I'll like to hear from other assembly members in THAT thread.

I can asure you that hell will freeze before I quit the region I was born into over 10 years ago. My future in the senate is another matter that has no relevance at the moment, as you are not a part of the NPO. However, to be very clear and open, Cormac, whatever your opinion is - and which you have a right to - nothing of what you say is something I should or shouldn't do. They are your opinions, and nothing more. I can certainly value them, specially if one looks as your alignment history, but you need to realize I'm not you and you are not me.
However, do expect news tomorrow. For once, you got one right in certain comments.

We should however, still be cautious of the NPO, should they decide to become more "involved" with TWP, and Elegarth was here a sizable amount of time before the Lazarus coup.

I am ACUTELY concerned with the coup in Lazarus. I wouldn't have such a problem if the delegate was the one behind it. However, seeing that TP, specifically, the NPO is behind this makes me nauseous. I have been hanging around a UCR and they are scared of the GCRs due to the fact that they find them either;
-A ) NPO targets
Or
-B ) NPO controlled.
This is IMMENSELY harmful to our reputation and relationship with other regions. We need to separate ourselves from the NPO, both in the minds of the players and in reality. I agree with dark in that elegarth seems fine, however, Pestarzt/Milograd/Yao is NOT someone I feel comfortable with. Yao is on the Lazarus WFE as someone to endorse. We need to strengthen our diplomatic position with UCRs, especially influential ones.

But seriously, his point makes a good deal of sense. I am very much afraid of what the NPO has the capacity to do here in TWP, and we should reevaluate our alliance with them to see if we really should be keeping them as an ally.
 
The problem is that this means we'll be needing help. If the NPO did this in Lazarus, we'll need to be certain that they can't do it here, and that means endorsements capable of being redeployed. UIAF recently collapsed, so we can hardly turn there. I suggest reaching out to the independent powers: TEP, TNP, and TSP, all of which are capable of fielding a powerful force, and all of whom I believe would serve as trustworthy allies, should we seek out their assistance. Building new ties to new allies to make sure we are well defended must be a top priority for the next administration.

I believe you misunderstand the nature of Stu's position. 
 
If I am to understand correctly, Stu is a place holder with no power or voice.  In effect, the legitimate leader of Lazarus is comatose. 
The problem with this is that we now have no means of communicating with them.  Compounding this problem is the revelation that the NPO was behind both this "autocoup" and the previous government.  So, we cannot withdraw support from one puppet government to another one.
 
It is none of our business, until the people of Lazarus decide what they want.  Then it will be our time to decide if we wish to open relations or not.
 
Heck, right now, if we want a relationship with either government, all we need do is go to TP.

TWP recognizes the seated delegate of any region as the legitimate delegate of that region.  The legitimate delegate of Lazarus has chosen not to engage TWP.  This is their right.
TWP recognizes the off site forum as it's own separate viable entity.  That entity has not chosen to engage TWP.
 
Because of my concerns regarding the sheltering of a known forum destroyer, I urge this forum Community to follow my example and disengage by quietly closing their forum Embassy with us.  This might not be possible now, considering the transitional state of the forum government at this time.
 
Note:  This in no way represents my intention to recognize the rebellion government.  Unless they become the forum recognized by the majority of the region.  Further, I believe it is very important that the TWPAF stay out of this.
