I'm ok with the Delegate being Chief Executive, the Guardians being the 'cabinet' and having the Voice be the legislative body.

I agree with nearly everything said above. However, I am dismayed at the lack of participation in what we do here. It appears as though TWP is not interested in an offsite community. I've seen some criticism, but not too many offers to help from members that do come here.
There is no manual on what to do here. So I've searched the archives and seen what has been done in the past. I've spoken with experienced members about the needs of the job serving TWP.
The Deputy Advocates have been working on their areas. And for the most part have been successful in finding what needs to be done and doing it.
I have consulted with Medio and Ele on nearly everything we've done here. They've both been helpful and had an influence in the business conducted.
If anyone has any suggestions about things that can be done better, please let me know. I want to do right by my region and its citizens. If anyone would like to help, I've got a lot of jobs that need to be done.

On site diplomacy as I have said elsewhere is in the realm of the Delegate. The Foreign Affairs ministry has generally been one of administration, setting up embassies in forum, organising Ambassadors making sure they are active and posting updates when available in our embassies in other regions.
As far as I remember the Delegate leads in Foreign Affairs.

I apologize if I am not a member of the Voice yet (applied, but having confirmation of status helps), but frankly the board administration is the sole authority which has authority over the security of the board. URAP demonstrated quite clearly his lack of leadership, which would have been a political issue. But as a security issue, after handing over his nation to DEN in those extremely confusing hours, it falls to the admins of this forum to ensure that the board is secure and stable. Fact is, as far as I am aware, the matter has been taken care of, and it is time for TWP to move on.
 
Discussing this further is not worthwhile, and I have full confidence in Winnipeg and the rest of the admin team to keep this board safe.

I'm going to be in the minority here and agree with Lord Ravenclaw's assessment.

Poor grammar is the equivalent of Dr. Phil trying to fix your life. Sometimes it looks pretty or sounds interesting, but it's always most certainly wrong.

How stupid do players in TWP have to be to assume they do not have the RIGHT to rebel against a tyrannical government.  This forum is not the game and the game is not this forum. They are separate but related entities but they are not one and the same.  The institution we enjoy today ... and have enjoyed for more than 11 years ... was birthed in rebellion against a tyrant (Norion).  If URAP is a traitor to TWP, he can be minimized here in the forum until he either finds favor again, leaves of his own accord, or is banned.  That last is typically used only the most extreme of situations.
