Fujai got a reaction from Nalibia in Rugby World Cup V [rosters, roleplays, results]
    Fujai
Folkskommunarna Fujai (fu:'jaɪ, foo-yEYE) is a small coastal nation of just over 7 million residents, located in the north of the Polari continent. Rugby is the most commonly played sport in Fujai, especially in rural and industrial areas of the country. The Dalimbari are often credited with bringing modern rugby to Fujai during their occupation of parts of the country beginning in 1242.
    The Landslag
The Rugby Landslag, colloquially known as Fnokkirni ("the [snow]flakes") is made up of the finest players in Fujai, a few of whome would be considered of truly international quality. It is sponsored by Fujais Rugby Idrottsforbund (FRIF - Fujansk Rugby Sports Federation), a member of Fujais Idrottsforbund (FIF - Fujansk Sports Federation). Most Landslag players come from Fujai's top league, Højserien, though a few come from the second league, Midtserien. The winningest clubs tend to be from the regions of Jornstrand and Mærte, where the sport is most popular.
The Landslag is looking to reclaim its historical winnings, and has an eye out for the prize this Cup.
    Fujais Idrottsforbund
Fujais Idrottsforbund (FIF) is the federation of labor unions representing all sports players and workers in sports-associated industries. It is separate from the Fujansk government, but receives accreditation and financial and infrastructural support from it. Its structure includes clubs at the local level (e.g. a local sports club), which are constituents of fylke organizations, which are a part of the larger federation representing specific sports (e.g. Fujais Fotbollforbund for football), which are then members of FIF.
    Fujais Rugby Idrottsforbund
Fujais Rugby Idrottsforbund (FRIF) is the labor union that governs some forms of football in Fujai and represents all players, related workers, and clubs in the country. The main sports under its purview are rugby union, sevens, and league and gridiron football. FRIF's Rugbyseksjon organizes the nation's rugby union league play, with twelve clubs competing at the highest level.
The twelve clubs that currently compete in the top flight of rugby union are:
Brattisk IF - Brattfors, Vørreshall, Jornstrand Bruland IF - Keiserholde, Keiserholde, Vestfjordarna Hæreby KRF - Hæreby, Vemselag, Mærte Hafstrand 07 FF - Hafstrand, Keiserholde, Vestfjordarna Havnarbetirs IF - Braskvik, Heldingland, Mærte Kalsborg Fossen FK - Kalsborg, Ekemark, Rannland Lakseåkar IF - Lakseåkar, Oppmærte, Mærte RF Ludde - Ludde, Firsmark, Skolland Rønnon IL - Rønnon, Vørreshall, Jornstrand Solbakken IL - Keiserholde, Keiserholde, Vestfjordarna Tåkstads RK - Tåkstad, Mærtesund, Mærte RF Vemdemning - Vemdemning, Vemselag, Mærte

    Important Notes (!)
Editor's note on gender: Fujansk culture does not have individual gender categories. The five common genders were historically recognized, though categories and classifications of gender expression have broken down in the last few centuries, resulting in today's non-categorical perception of gender. Since the Fujansk language does not have gendered pronouns, most Fujar choose choose to use gender-neutral pronouns when interacting in the common tongue, such as they/them. All players on the Landslag use they/them pronouns in the common language.
Translator's note: Landslaget translates to "The National Team," while Landslag translates to "National Team." In the common tongue, one would say "the Landslag did well" or "Landslaget did well," not "the Landslaget did well" (the translated equivalent of "the The Landslag did well"). This is because the Fujansk language uses suffixes to create definite nouns instead of articles. See Den Fujanske Ordboken (The Fujansk Dictionary) for more information.

This House That Held A Universe
    by Kristiina Raadik
This house that held a universe – now echoes sigh alone –
Where laughter bloomed, a chilling wind now makes a mournful moan.
The chairs that cradled company, stand stark, with vacant eyes,
And memories, specters pale, through drafty hallways rise.
I walk a stranger in this room, where once I danced with glee,
Pale reflection in a looking glass, a face I scarcely see.
The Love that filled this hallowed space, a phantom, cold and thin,
Like frost upon a windowpane, where warmth once held within.
Do they who left, still hold me dear, in whispers, soft and low?
Or am I but a faded dream, the one they used to know?
Perhaps their hearts hold other suns, and mine, a dying star,
Lost in the vast, indifferent dark, unseen, however far.
Is even memory a curse, this constant, gnawing ache?
Of fireside tales and gentle hands, a love I cannot take
With me, into this chilling night, where shadows twist and turn,
And whispers mock, "Does anyone still love what you've become?"
Can embers, buried deep within, be coaxed to life anew?
Can love, once lost, rise from the ash, bathed in a gentle dew?
Or am I doomed to wander here, a ghost in shades of gray,
Forever lost within this house, where love has gone away?
A Jury In The Corner Hangs
    by Kristiina Raadik
A jury in the corner hangs, of silken thread and gleam,
Eight watchful eyes, a silver stare, upon my being beam.
No gavel falls, no verdict rings, yet dread begins to creep,
As though this silent, splindly judge, my very soul doth keep.
It spins its web of woven thought, where conscience hangs on high,
And each slow turn, a pondering, on virtues left to die.
Did honesty hold fast and true, within this fragile breast?
Or did deceit, a sly serpent, find welcome as its guest?
Compassion's thread, is it worn thin, by trials yet unseen?
Or woven strong, a sheltering cloak, where kindness intervenes?
The verdict hangs, unspoken still, a weight upon my mind,
For terror grows with every tick, the clock of judgment kind.
Perhaps it seeks a hidden flaw, a chink in virtue's wall,
A whispered sin, a shadowed thought, for which I soon shall fall.
But oh, the silence amplifies, the dread that fills the air,
Awaiting pronouncement, swift or slow, to find me wanting there.
I long for accusation's sting, for anger, hot and bright,
Than this unending, silent stare, that chills me through the night.
For is there not more solace found, in fury's righteous flame,
Than waiting for a verdict hushed, and bearing endless shame?

    The Final Verse
    By Jaan Kapp
With dawn's first blush, I greet the restless sea,
A canvas churned with foam, a symphony
Of crashing waves that lick the jagged shore.
These weathered cliffs, where salty winds implore,
Have seen a lifetime pass, a heart grow old,
Yet hold a beauty that can still unfold.
Here, where the gulls cry out in morning's light,
I chase the muse, a phantom taking flight.
My inkwell's dry, the fire within wanes,
Each verse a sigh, a whisper of past pains.
Love's melody, a songbird long since flown,
Leaves echoes in this heart, now mostly stone.
Noon finds me scaling heights where eagles soar,
Among the peaks, where clouds like giants pour.
The sun, a crown upon the mountain's brow,
Casts long, stark shadows on the world below.
    A lifetime's climb, a summit hard-won prize,
But from this height, where memory resides,
I see the tapestry of years unfold,
The triumphs sung, the stories yet untold.
The valleys bloom, where youthful fancies played,
Now tinged with amber, where pleasant dreams have stayed.
And in the distance, faintly, I recall,
A face, a touch, a love that conquered all.
Dusk paints the south in hues of fading fire,
Where swaying grasses whisper on the pyre
Of day's demise. A lone wolf lifts his head,
A mournful cry that echoes 'til it's dead.
The warmth of twilight soothes my weary bones,
A quiet peace upon these golden tones.
Life's final journey, to these lands I've come,
To seek a spark, to chase a phantom's hum.
Though beauty lingers, and the world inspires,
The well of verse runs dry, consumed by fires
Of time's own making. In this fading light,
I close my eyes, and greet the coming night.

Fujai reacted to Overthinkers in Rugby World Cup V [rosters, roleplays, results]
We are honored to welcome the world to the Republic of Overthinkers for the Rugby World Cup V. Our doors are open for all to partake in our rich culture and visual marvels, both natural and man-made. It is our goal that all of you not only enjoy the event, but enjoy the journey itself.
    What is Overthinkers, anyway?
Overthinkers is situated on the eastern coast of Andolia, the historic gateway of commerce between Auran powers and the central and south regions of the continent. In between its advanced, modern cities are wide swaths of mighty forests and charming homesteads. It is the largest economy in Andolia. Its two most significant cities are Aurum, the center of government and culture, and Cangham, the center of commerce and industry.

The lands of Overthinkers are the ancestral home to five people groups: the Antali, the Brunnes, the Ethaertin, the Kargan, and the Koard. After centuries of struggling for power and subjugation, the modern Republic was formed out of a vision for a unified, egalitarian system. The symbol on our flag comes from native tradition and signifies a multitude acting as one.
    How will I get there?
Travelers for the World Cup are advised to book flights to Cangham International Airport. Not only does KNG have the widest selection of regular commercial flights, but you will be right in the center of the action. You will also have easy access to the other match sites and attractions by catching a train across the street at Nuron Central Station. The RugbyPass™ is available at all National Transit Authority stations, providing unlimited fare on our public transit system for the duration of the event at a deeply discounted price.
Automotive travelers are particularly advised to use caution on the Barrett-Maxwell International Highway due to the anticipated increase in tractor traffic from Hertfordshire and Jammbo.
Where will the games be played?
RWC5 matches will be played at eight different locations across the country.
    Premier Site (A) - Cangham
Cangham is the largest city in Overthinkers. Its skyscrapers and industrial parks are balanced with a very reasonable amount of greenspace and public facilities. Cangham will host Group A matches as well as knockout matches all the way through to the finals.
    Grand Merchen Stadium, Cangham
Grand Merchen Stadium is the best of the best in outdoor sporting arenas. Named in honor of the late Geoff Merchen, the most prolific patron of sport in Overthinkers history, the stadium opened for business in 1421. Since then, it has been the site of the Tryhards Rugby League (TRY RL) Championship, as well as other turf sports. It has a seating capacity of 89,000, the largest in the country. Merchen will be the site of the semifinal and final matches.
    Len Condor Stadium, Cangham
Len Condor Stadium is the home field of the Cangham Condors TRY RL team. It has a seating capacity of 47,000, and is second only to Merchen in terms of luxury options for spectators. This stadium will host Round of 16 and quarterfinal matches.
    Site B - Hestmere
Hestmere sits on the edge between the bright and postmodern Cangham area and the simpler, quieter Kargan lands. It’s also the undisputed capital of rugby in Overthinkers. Group C matches will be held here and in the Cargan Valley, as well as knockout matches.
    Roller Field, Hestmere
Roller Field is the home of the highly popular Hestmere Thunder professional team and renowned as Overthinkers’ loudest stadium. It is the largest and highest-value stadium in Overthinkers to be fully community-funded (i.e., without major corporate sponsorship). A fully outdoor stadium, it has a capacity of 63,000. Roller will host knockout matches all the way through the semifinal and the third place match.
    Valley Dome Arena, Cargan
Nestled in agrarian Cargan Valley, the Dome has hosted some of the most intense, brutal battles in the history of Overthinking sport. And there were some pretty good matches on the pitch, too. Expect full contact from all 48,000 spectators.
    Site C - Aurum
Aurum is the political capital of Overthinkers and boasts some of its most iconic architecture. The historic Port District is now a sprawling hub of retail activity, and the Administrative District also exists. Occida, located just to the west, features some of the most upscale neighborhoods in the country. This region will host Group B matches.
    Glace Field, Occida
A short ride from Aurum, Glace Field is another high-end stadium, reflective of the sustained prosperity of Occida. It serves as a key cultural and entertainment venue as much as for sport. It has a capacity of 46,500.
Garner Swoop Stadium, “The Eyrie”, Aurum
Garner Swoop Stadium is part of the National University at Aurum campus and adjacent to the historic Administration District. One of the smaller facilities in this packet at 38,000 capacity, its proximity to the heart of modern Overthinking culture nonetheless makes it a must-see venue
    Site D - Anders
Anders is the “last stop on the right” for travelers by land or sea. Originally a hub for regional farmers, the expansion of commercial rail developed it into a significant commercial crossroads where inland and southern trade meet en route to the port of Exvia. Group D matches will be played in this region, as well as some knockout matches.
    Liegen Star Stadium, Anders
This stadium with 53,000 capacity is located a stone’s throw from the Barrett-Maxwell International Highway (“the Barry”), the gateway between Overthinkers and southern Andolia. Liegen is the home field of the Anders Comets TRY RL club. Liegen will host Round of 16 and quarterfinal matches.
    Welker Stadium, Anders
Local legend has it that cheese magnate Joseph Welker had this stadium built on his land so that he didn’t have to travel to see a rugby match. Regardless, the Welker estate has kept the facility in top shape, and it’s a popular site for regional tournaments. Welker has a capacity of 41,000.
I have a free day. What else should I see?
If your team has a rest day, or you’re a Doll Guldur team eliminated in group play, there are a number of attractions that make for great day trips during your stay.
If you’re interested in architecture and modern geopolitics, check out Aurum’s Administrative District. Many fine historical government buildings that line Gore Avenue date back to the 1200s and the rise of the Mercantile Era. Most have been turned into museums and are no longer in government use because it’s easier to get funding for a brand new building than a new air conditioner. If you have a revolutionary streak and enjoy three-hour train rides, leave your wallet at home and visit the iconic walled commune of Brunnes, the Unbreakable City. From when a small faction split from the Ethaertin nation to the height of the Koard hegemony, Brunnes has always been resolutely different.  If you’re more leisurely minded, consider the high class culture of Main Street Occida, or hop a boat and sail along the Inner Sirenas off the coast. Experience the cutting edge of technology firsthand by visiting some of Cangham’s industrial innovators. Endoras Industries, GarreTech, and Large Box Inc. are just a few businesses offering group facility tours for inquiring minds. The RWC happens to coincide with the annual Wine and Cheese Festival in Ligon. The most prestigious vineyards and dairy operations in eastern Andolia fill the Arbor Forum for four days to peddle their wares and compete for culinary recognition. Suggested itineraries for all these trips and more can be found free online at visit.ot/RWC5.

Fujai reacted to United Adaikes in Rugby World Cup V [rosters, roleplays, results]
Please do not post in this thread if you are not a participant. Also, no OOC posts, please.
Welcome to Rugby World Cup V! This is an international rugby union tournament. If you are a participant, you can start posting about your nation's rugby team (logo, players, kits, and any other related information). You can also post about your team's preparations for this event!
Another important thing to include in your roster post is the "role play permissions". If you want to role play while making sure that the other RPer(s) won't do inevitable things you don't want to happen to your team, you can post these below outlining what the other RPers can or cannot do, for example:
RP permissions: If my opponent RPs first, they may... Choose my try scorers: Y/N Choose my kicker: Y/N RP injuries: Y/N Godmod scoring events: Y/N Godmod injuries: Y/N Godmod other events: Y/N The last three permissions, godmodding, is the role playing unrealistic or unbelievable things happening. So if you want a more realistic experience for your team (and what we hopefully want in the games for the duration of the tournament), you can ask other RPers not to godmod in your matches. You can also add, leave, or remove any role permissions you want. It's your team, so we will let you dictate the way your team plays (as long as it is realistic).
Also, you can include what we call a "style modifier". This is a number between -5 and +5, which indicates if you are a defensive (leaning to negative numbers) or an offensive (leaning to positive numbers) team. If you don't put one, you'll automatically get a neutral modifier (0.00), and that is just fine.
There will be 3 attributes that will determine the skill of a team for the scorinator (xkoranate): base skill, RP post bonuses, roster bonus. 30% of the base skill and 70% of the total of the RP post bonuses and roster bonus will be the basis for the skill attribute of a team in the scorinator.
The base skill will be from the latest Rugby Rankings being managed by the Free State of Dalimbar. NPCs will have their base skill halved in the scorinator during the whole duration of the tournament.
As this is a sports RP event, all RPs made by a participant will be given a bonus. However, we believe in "Quality over quantity". It does not mean that a participant with the most number of RP posts in the tournament will have the highest RP bonus. It should be known that multiple posts of a participant before a specific matchday will only be credited to that incoming matchday alone except for posts about the team roster, as it is also a different RP bonus attribute.
For RP posts, the highest score that a participant can receive in a specific matchday is 1 point, with the lowest score being 0.1, based on the quality of the current best RP for that matchday, as determined by the OOC host. On succeeding matchdays, the RP bonus received from the previous matchdays will be accumulated to the total RP post bonus.
The roster bonus is about your team (as mentioned above, the logo, players, kits, and any other related information). Participants posting only the starting XV of their team will only receive 0.5 points. Posting 31 or more players will receive 1 point. Anything between 15-30 will have 0.70 points. Roster bonus will be doubled if a participant submits a comprehensive team information (with team logo and kit(s) at the minimum receiving at least a 1.2x multiplier for the roster bonus).
With this, may I request that the post regarding your roster shall be posted first and your RP for the first matchday shall be separate.
If you have any questions, you can always ask me in Discord. You can DM me or drop your question in #rwc5 of the RP server. You can also ask me in the OOC thread.

Note: Reserving posts are only for the IC host (Overthinkers) and OOC host (United Adaikes).

Head of State: Tennō Xing Yizhu
Head of Government: Jiāngjūn Tao Puyi
Sekiya is a nation in Southern Nur, bordering Peourouin, Rivalfiume, and Ionia. It has a unique government structure, with a Jiāngjūn serving as the country's leader. Regional governors, known as Dàmíng, have varying levels of autonomy depending on the province. The Dàmíng may be either elected by the population or hold their position hereditarily. Together, they form the Sovereign Council, the upper house of Sekiya's parliament, and vote on the Jiāngjūn. Members of the Wǔshì class can run for election to the Sovereign Assembly, the lower house of parliament. There are several paths to becoming a Wǔshì, including family lineage, wealth, military rank, or specific occupations like headmasters, senior doctors, or senior public servants.
Sekiya's economy is primarily based on agriculture and manufacturing, though the service sector is growing in some larger cities. Sekiyans are very community-oriented, largely united by the Starist Faith, which about 90% of the population follows. Religion plays a crucial role in their daily lives, with a belief that good deeds influence one's luck and success.
The Sekiyan calendar differs significantly from those in the rest of Esferos. The Sekiyan New Year falls in mid-June according to the Markan calendar. The Sekiyan calendar has 13 months, each with 28 days, divided into four weeks. To make a full year of 365 days, an extra day is added at the end of the 26th week, right in the middle of the year. In leap years, an additional day is added after this extra day.

Fujai reacted to Candeluian Minister in Doll Guldur 1394 continental culture festival / Founding of the GECA
In the year 1394, Candelù was the nation which held the continental festival.

The city hosting it is New Maserut.
The city was built to show unity between Zannese and Granzian people, two Guldurian ethnicities, and for this it was seen as a perfect place for traditions from all over the continent to meet.
A stage was offered to all nations of the continent, and it could be customized in any way prefeared by the nation's organizer.

Even though this was already an historic moment for the continent, something else was being planned. After years of wars, unstability, and general problems throughout all of Doll Guldur, leaders from 4 nations started reaching out to eachother, these being Candelù, Zhiznovsk, Nouveauterra and Emmeria. They were planning the creation of the GECA (Guldur Economic Cooperation Agreement), which would be a union open to all nations of Doll Guldur, with various objectives, indicated in the proposed Statement of intent.
"The intent of the Guldur Economic Cooperation Agreement, hereafter referred to as GECA, is:
To foster economic growth among signatory members through increased trade
To spur growth in internal economic activity of member states
To increase regional economic security from large disruptions to the global economic system
To promote regional economic and political security
To aid in the development of signatory member economies through economic incentives and programs
To provide avenues for cross-member projects and programs"

Fujai has a total area of 521,912 square kilometers and a population of 7.3 million, mostly concentrated in south and west Saisland and south and east Hasmark. The country is bordered by Dalimbar on the east, shares an extensive border with Cambria to the south, and in the east borders Gloibria and the Cambric exclave of Corentin. Much of its coastline, especially in Saisland, is broken by deep fjords, with large areas covered by forest, tundra, and mountains. Its maritime location heavily moderates its climate, making it relatively temperate compared to its latitude in the east and south, with its coldest locales located in the northwest.
Humans have inhabited what is now Fujai since approximately 11,000 BF. Berganisk peoples have inhabited the region since at least 2800 BF, being recorded in history in the centuries before the Markian Founding as the Saisar, Hasar, and Lanning, comprising along with the Glorar and and  the peoples known as the Næring. The period from roughly 200-500 AF was characterized by migration, settlement, and raiding along the coasts of northern and eastern Polaris. Independent states emerged in Hasmark and Saisland in the early 500s, uniting into the precursor to the modern Fujansk state in 1021. The personal union of Fujai and Gloibria occurred in 1042 in response to growing Cambric influence in the region, failing in 1113 due to the Fujansk Civil War, which established the short-lived Gulhatt Republikk before the monarchy's restoration. The next two centuries were characterized by increasing Dalimbari aggression, with the Lannreid Forbund joining Fujai for protection in 1211, and a succession of wars eating away at Fujai's western territory throughout the 1200s, leading to increased alignment with the Astorians to the south. The disastrous First Northern War (1309-1312) dramatically reduced Fujai's area and began an economic depression leading to the Fujansk Revolution, which established the Red Monarchy, a socialist directorial republic with an elected ceremonial monarch. After a decade of economic reorganization, the ceremonial monarchy was abolished in 1331, leaving the current system in place. The Second Northern War (1357-1365) resulted in the return of much of Fujai's land to mid-1200s borders, and aided in Fujai's postwar economic success. On an international level, Fujai has been closely aligned with the Astorian Union (AU) for over a century, primarily as a defense against Dalimbar, and while not a full member, is a signatory of many AU treaties.
Fujai is one of the few nations to use a directorial system of government. Executive power is vested in the seven-member Stadsråd (State Council), and its members and its Rodd (Voice) are directly elected yearly. The Velkting forms the legislative branch and has the power to initiate recall elections for the Stadsråd. Iren Kristoffshavn serves as the current Rådsrodd, Tova Landsvik as the Speaker of the Velkting, and Aldis Steredal as the Hovudmidjar (Head Mediator).
Fujai uses a democratic socialist economy with universal healthcare, education, housing, transit, and an extensive social security system. These are funded with some of the highest and most progressive taxes in the world. Profit is outlawed in Fujai, and most companies operate as worker cooperatives or are under public ownership. Much power is delegated to the local kommunar, which often leads Fujai to be termed a "decentralized" or "municipal" state, while acknowledging the immense influence of the central government. Other values central to the Fujansk system include the landsuveren (land sovereign) and bypraksis (city practice). Fujai maintains an extremely high ranking in many international metrics, including quality of life, health, education, protection of civil liberties and political freedoms, equality, prosperity, and human development.

    POLITIKK // POLITICS
The government of Fujai is a communal socialist directorial republic split into three branches: the legislative, executive, and mediative. Legislative power is placed in the Velkting, the parliament; executive power is placed in the Statsråd, the council; mediative, or judicial power, is placed in the Statsmidjerjon. Statsråd collectively serves as the head of state and government.
    Velktinget
The Velkting is Fujai’s parliament, made up of 211 Velktingsrepresentants (VRs). The Velkting has been a unicameral body since the Folkskongress of 1316 abolished the former upper house, the Højting, among other things. The Velkting is seated in Velktingshuset inside Solrunsborg, Grønnevej 100, Keiserholde.
    Functions and Members
The Velkting’s duties focus on acting as the peoples’ representatives, lawmaking, policy, and the running of the Fujansk government. Apart from these, the Velkting has the power to call snap elections for itself and the Statsråd with 60% support. The Velkting elects the Høytalar, the speaker, who is one of the most prominent public figures in Fujai. They are typically the leader of the largest party in the Velkting, though there have been exceptions to that custom.
Velktingsrepresentants must be Fujansk residents of at least 16 years of age at the time of election. VRs are elected for a maximum of two three-year terms.
    Elections
Velktingsrepresentants are elected directly using a mixed-member proportional system, where voters cast ranked preference votes for their mixed member district and a vote for political party. 100 VRs are elected through multi-member districts, while the remaining 111 VRs are chosen from open party lists to achieve a proportional distribution of political parties. Elections in Fujai are overseen by the Statskjøsingkomisjon (informally known as Kjøsa).
    Statsråd
The Statsråd is the council that serves as the executive power of Fujai. It consists of seven directly elected members, the Rådgafar, who each head one of the seven Ministerjonor. The chair of the council is the Rådsrodd, whose deputy is the Annarrådsrodd, commonly called the Rodd and Annar, respectively.
    Elections
Elections for the Statsråd are held yearly concurrently with Velkting elections. Rådgafar are directly elected to specific seats on the Statsråd by ranked choice vote for up to three one-year terms. The positions of Rodd and Annar are elected yearly by approval vote among all candidates running for Rådgafar, and may only serve in that capacity once. Only Velktingsrepresentants are eligible to stand for election and must give up their seat if elected.
Snap elections for all members of the Statsråd (and Velkting) may be called by the Velkting once per year, though not within three months of a regularly scheduled election. Rådgafar elected in this way serve out the rest of their term.
Recall elections for individual Rådgafar may be initiated with 70% support in the Velkting, or by successful public petition.
    Functions and Members
The Rådgafar serve as the heads of Fujai's seven Ministerjonor and they serve as the collective head of government of Fujai—no single member is vested with executive power. The Rådsrodd serves merely as a spokesperson and meeting convenor, and not as a leader, per se. The Utanriksrådgafar performs many of the foreign relations tasks that heads of state perform in many other countries.
