In any case, as I've already said in other posts in the past month, your personal actions on it were not a decision you made, you were just the messenger of orders given by the former delegate, and neither myself, nor should others by the way, consider your actions wrong: you followed the orders given to you by the creator of your position. In my book, the messenger does not carries fault for the message. so whatever was done wrong, it should be attributed to the former delegate.
Now well, you can quit the voice, or belong to it. The constitution is the same, same rules, no constitutional convention was done, and is simpler and easier to carry it over... 

The answer to the question of your job is that the 3 of us should meet on a regular basis to put forth a unified foreign agenda. Typically, i wouldn't even post what i'm posting now for public consumption, but I can't stress enough the importance of being on the same page.

I am going to need to keep the noms open until 6pm US EST. The reason is I won't have time until to update the membership list of the Voice. Worked till about 10PM last night (unexpected) and I have a poker tournament tonight (expected).
 
Common Sense says no one needs to reapply to be Voice members. I like Common Sense, good guy. I'm glad to see we have a number of candidates for the position of Advocate.

You can also just have it as an in-game position under the auspice of the delegate, and it would be un-involved with the off-site government 

That or a 'blend'. In game,directing new players to game info, off site, to provide discussion of said game play further.

A thread can most certainly be started for that.

Minister of NS Daily Issues has a nice ring.

That might be a thing to have Ministers in game to sort of 'mentor' the new players. A sort of concierge for the game.

I Wholeheartedly agree with PD

I think vlagh means the delegates approvals for war and treaties which are part of the charter but Elu removed from this.
I overall think this document has many contradictions with the charter's spirit and it borders on being a de-facto overstep on the separation of in-game and off-site... I need to analyze it more.

I actually think the only problem was URAP. That has been corrected and we're back to business.
 
One can argue that the off-site activity is a problem, but I still maintain we should try an on-site only solution. We keep trying to fix a problem (off-site activity) without understanding why it exists in the first place. And without understanding the problem, you can't recommend a solution that will work, imo.

Why would we need another position for something that is already a duty of the advocate? Seems an unnecessary slot to be filling over and over...
I really liked when the previous regional assembly could simply pronounce its own rules depending on the reality of the RA... we should go back to that instead of moving to a more bureaucratic system tbh
