They shall be elected every four months by an ingame poll where the region's native WA members will vote. The WA Delegate will be the Head of State of TWP. Guardians: A total of two Cardinal Guardians can be appointed by the WA Delegate and all remaining Cardinal Guardians will be elected in the same way as the WA Delegate. The Cardinal Guardians can remove the WA Delegate if the Delegate goes rouge. Grand Assembly: The Grand Assembly shall be the forum government of the West Pacific. The Grand Assembly can not infringe on the role of the WA Delegate and their Guardians. President: The Grand Assembly shall elect the President of the West Pacific who will be the leader of the forum government and Head of Government. Cabinet: The President shall appoint members of the Grand Assembly to act as Ministers.

North Pacific Spy Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 Thoughts on a minimum number of guardians as well? Otherwise there could be two guardians, both appointed by the rogue delegate. Also, some fixed government posts that must be filled (e.g. Military, FA etc.) Langburn 1

The Cardinal Guardians can remove the WA Delegate if the Delegate goes rouge. Won't work, you can't specify from offsite to how many Guardians a Delegate wants to have. Well, you can say it, but can't enforce it. It's a game mechanic matter ingame. And it might depend upon the individual Delegate and how active they are, or how vulnerable they are due to having low influence. The rest is basically what the Union already has, but with different names.
