Bhang Bhang Duc reacted to Tweedy in Banning URAP
Thank you, TAO. I feel suitably chuffed! I might even un-retire...
If only we had that reasoning in RL!

Bhang Bhang Duc got a reaction from Malviet in Banning URAP
In my original post I had something in the back of my mind that DEN had some association with known forum destroyers, which I went and confirmed later.
Probably did that the wrong way around, but my first concern was the security of this site.
And yes two of the Admins have couped the region, but they were "family". By declaring for DEN URAP left that association and lost my trust that he would not try and do something stupid forum side.
You may find this hard to believe Vlagh, but I count you as TWP family, which means that there is an implicit trust in terms of things like forum security.

Nor with a region that gives shelter to Shadoke, a forum destroyer.

Little Sealand: I like tacos and burritos.
Shortest quiz show ever."

I presume all is well, now. Hail the new Delegate!

Bhang Bhang Duc reacted to Langburn in Banning URAP
A vote should be held in the Voice of the West Pacific Union.

Bhang Bhang Duc reacted to Westwind in Banning URAP
We're all on TWP's side except URA and his friends in DEN.
He has turned against the region, and his nation is now under another player's control. Unfortunately he was not up to the job of Delegate, and chose to go out in a blaze of glory. It happens sometimes.
More coffee is often good, but tomorrow will come the same whether you watch the show or get some sleep.

Bhang Bhang Duc got a reaction from Ktilqr in TWP Street Talk
Any talk on the street about TWP having a complete dickhead for a Delegate?
No? Only a matter of time then.

Bhang Bhang Duc reacted to Elegarth in Banning URAP
With his latest WFE update (All nations are required to endorse United RussoAsia or face immediate banjection.) I support this sadly

Well let's burn his here. We can never, ever trust him again and therefore he must go from these forums - permanently.

Bhang Bhang Duc got a reaction from TunApocalypse in Old Guard VS. New Guard, Battle 1 a.k.a. Russo Impeachment Debate
And then when you find out that Eli's mother has passed away, that's when you start your threats.
You lack balls as well as decency.
Coward.

Our second choice for Delegate and unfortunately we ended up choosing a complete fuckwit.
The only reason we have something approaching a functioning off-site government is that we told you to piss off when you "dissolved" the Voice.
We also had an embassy with the Pacific. You fucked that up beautifully as well.
And now public threats to a former Delegate who has done more for this region than you'll ever be capable of.
You're a complete waste of space.

Bhang Bhang Duc got a reaction from TunApocalypse in Structure Proposal from the Delegacy
None. Absolutely none at all. Let it die, salt the ground and move on.

Bhang Bhang Duc reacted to Drachmaland in A Call to the Members of the Voice of the West Pacific Union

Bhang Bhang Duc got a reaction from Eli in Dissolution
You do realise PD that you are probably the first person ever to receive a public apology from Eli. I had to reach for my defibrillator when I saw it.
Only joking Eli.

Unfortunately some people have forgotten that the principle of separation between in-game and off-site is a two way street. While the off-site does not tell the Delegate what to do in-game, likewise it has been custom and practice for the Delegate not to tell the off-site what to do either.
Up until now there has always been a spirit of co-operation between the two. Unfortunately URAP has made a right pig's ear of that.
Another point: the in-game government is the Delegate, not the Delegate and the Guardians. The Guardians are not the Delegate's Praetorian Guard, they are there for the security of the region. They are there to protect the region from external and internal threats. An internal threat has always included a Delegate who is ineffective or who has lost the confidence of the region.
