NVM, I've checked some legal documents about this sort of membership issues and the issue is that OUR laws are not properly set up in this respect. Due to this, since the error is in the law and not in the member, the resolution should be given IN FAVOR of the member, hence, please have Ike sign in the thread with his active TWP nation, and he will be elegible to vote in this election.
The same CAN'T apply to those who CTEd, however, since they really DID NOT HAD a nation on TWP whatsoever.

When someone gets the keys to the Foreign Affairs area, we actually have a thread with restricted access where we can be rude to one another and argue about stuff like the text of treaties.  It's secret, so everyone thinks we are all best buds.

This needs to become a running joke in TWP.

Elegarth, I barely touched on you in my message. I didn't attack your personality, or attempt to smear you. I simply mentioned that it seems to me that your failure to mention the Ambassador Corps, despite the fact that it was incredibly prominent in campaigns between Milograd and myself, was a mistake and possibly indicated that you did not care about the subject enough to personally try to reform it while in office.
 
I was appointed Ambassador to the South Pacific by Darkesia before the passage of the Executive Council Act. The Executive Council Act did not explicitly render the office of Ambassador void; as such, my appointment stands.

I do think that bombarding people with Telegrams once they are created may not be the best approach Llamas. You must remember many of them, by just getting created, will be BLANKETED OUT with telegrams from a dozen different regions within the first few minutes, without even realizing they can block some of those out. We could rely on a welcome telegram, that as far as I know the delegate can do, and we could coordinate with the delegate office to set up, and a good interesting WFE (which we already have) and the RMB.
I'm not a fan of adding up MORE individual TGs to new nations.
