Drachmaland Posted July 18, 2015 Share Posted July 18, 2015 It depends on the place. But when the fries themselves are exceptional, a tad of mayo can help enhance their flavor if used right. Personally I usually won't put anything on divine fries, but (depending on what else is there) I can have ultra hot red sauces, liquid cheddar or crushed feta cheese, and of course lots of bacon.
