I am not familiar with the region either. Perhaps they intend to defend us against some future, unseen threat. Or maybe they are planning to oppose the ROTM. Or perhaps they wish a distinction between the West Pacific and The West Pacific. Time will tell. Nice spot, BTW.

I have no idea why, but for a very long time, TWP has seemed to fail at getting RPs off the ground despite our best intentions. I think what it's going to take is someone to just jump in and start. There is too much talking about it and no doing it. lol

While I knew that about Lewis and Clark, I have always associated that nation with you (the player) and never thought of it as a "bad guy." The down side of too much Intel is that you miss out on some of the fun character play.
