I would have been in support, had the Lazarus forums not been restored and I was shown good faith effort to rid TP (if not Lazarus) of the forum destroyers.

As I stated in another thread. Should this candidate win the election to head this government, I will NOT be cooperating with any government lead by him. He hates this region enough to do what he has done? Let him go elsewhere. I strongly suggest those who wish to invest their time productively, abandon this government and form a new one.

I need to walk away from this for a minute. Not sure if I will banject. But be assured that if he is elected to a position, I will not cooperate with that asshat.

I recommend replacing office names with Flintstone Character names during the drafting stage. It's a real trick I learned from editing academic papers. It keeps bias and assumption out of it. You can fight about names later and focus on the viability of the work.

Outstanding! You really are nailing it, Archi. Qartistan, I think you are missing the whole point. We don't WANT to be like other places, especially RL places. Keep it simple. Example: There are no citizenship rules except that of residency. That was clearly stated in the document above. It is always a bad idea to restrict voting rights/citizenship by post count or WA status or endo count or being "voted" for in a popularity contest. Don't disenfranchise anyone residing in the region.

How should a Prime Minister behave if things don't go his way? I disagree that the PM should be a guardian. The system works because of loyalty regardless of forum position. Forum position should NEVER be linked to in-game position.

It has been stated unequivically that the Delegate did not reach out to the NPO. But rather that the PRL was already a planned part of the NPO's insurgence. He was placed in the seat by the NPO. So, the shambles that were left by the previous Community government was simply the planned dismantling of it. This is not a viable POV for me, since "Stoic Stu" is not now and never was a participatory member of the community culture. This is a completely understandable thing, if you take in to account that Krull is the actual leader there and Stu is a placeholder. As I stated, I don't see anything wrong with that really. I don't know if there is a recoverable cultural identity in Lazarus any longer. They have been first mislead and then wiped away. And it will take a long time for them to find themselves an identity that isn't either NPO or Fake NPO (PRL). It won't be easy.
