The advantage of an actual slingshot would be the influnce used. An RO with BC has double the influence cost for ejecting. Also, if I understand correctly an RO can eject the Delegate.

Elegarth hit the nail on the head. Another problem with establishing an office that seldom is used; whomever is appointed falls into inactivity long before they are needed. So in effect, the only activity the judiciary ever saw was appointing new officers of the court.

Last time we (TWP) placed 7th in the list of survivors. In order to pull that off, I had to channel my inner hard ass General. But in the end, it was the people in the region who made it fun and kept it organized. I was a very proud Delegate.

1) Since Darkesia is back in the region, I should note it here. 2) Anyone confused about masking: The old mask was just the same as the general members mask with the addition of a badge. When Admin granted the request to unmask the entire body of The Voice, we simply deleted the mask as it was easier that way. So, don't worry too much about the masking. We will have to bribe Westy with gifts of bakery and booze and ask him to restore the badge, since it is his creation.

Well, this is probably a terrible idea, considering the blatant disrespect happening in-game. I realize that the forum government is separated from the in-game government, so it may be a conscious effort on the part of the forum government to maintain good relations. However, considering the complete absence of any in-game government right now, I believe it is not prudent to open an embassy here with an invading power.

So sorry to see this, Eli. Your Mom and Dad are back together, if you believe in that sort of thing. This game is the height of stupidity when compared to RL tragedy. Please take all the time you need. We will all be here afterward, probably having the same stupid arguments.

I would like to address the common request for more transparency. This government is completely transparent. Many seem to believe that there is some secret cabal of people meeting to govern this region. The truth is that you see everything. There is indeed a seeeekrit chamber for Guardians to discuss strategy. But this area has been very much under-used recently. And besides... The Guardians don't run the forum government. I'm saying these things because I believe that people are holding back their opinions in the false assumption that things are predetermined by people who "know better than we do." I am here to tell you that this is not true at all. Please, if you have any thoughts at all about the way you want to see the region governed, express them. I can't promise that people will agree with you, but I can promise you that if it is a question or comment you have in your head, it is very likely that you are not the only one with these thoughts. Speak up! This is The Voice afterall
