Hello The West Pacific, I am Indycar Racing. I joined NationStates a very long time ago and The West Pacific was a long time region for me.
I do not know how active I will be but I refounded my nation recently. https://www.nationstates.net/nation=indycar_racing

I was probably before you. The first delegate I remember in TWP was Berhampore who was last delegate in 2004. I served as Minister of Defense in Dilber's cabinet back then, who I see is currently Minister of Foreign Affairs.
