It's not so much the chaos that bothers me as the apathy that will follow. The R/D game flourished when it took skill and coordination along with political acumen. They killed the politics first. "Slingshot" refers to a maneuver whereby the Delegate switches places with a Guardian for a short time allowing that Guardian to eject nations which may pose a threat to the region. This preserves the Delegate's influence levels and rids the region of potential problems. It is a patented TWP method and is a testament to the high level of trust the region places in it's guardian system. If the method were to be used, the number of nations which were ejected would be very small.

I'm thinking if we want to get rid of any trouble makers, it needs to be done now. And that cap needs to be set at ten ish endos since that seems to be the target the mechanics are set at. Apparently even the non-WA nations will gain enough influence to mimick 10 endos,so there is no sense in setting the base cap less than ten. It's time for a slingshotor two to clean up the region while we still have the capability. Frankly, if it was my big chair, I would make endorsing the delegate and guardians mandatory on pain of ejection. But then again, I am quite the totalitarian monster when it comes down to it.
