Metropolitan cities of Drir and Aibuz opening secession talks: What it entails for Helmaamoi and the representatives in the national Budynok Narodu

The island archipelago of Zolhan and Drir are separated from the mainland by the Viatic Ocean and Ersan Channel. Despite the founding of the ancient era of Peouroun people beginning on the island of Drir, it and the island of Zolhan have always been estranged states when in the union with the other states.
Drir, the first to ratify the current constitution, was an avid player in uniting the Peouroun people from the grips of numerous cliques and smaller republics that tried to consolidate regional power through force. Along the way, another amicable entity was Aibuz (Zolhan), who joined Drir in their efforts to put our peoples under one flag.

By 1340, much of the modern-day borders were official. With differences settled with Sekiya with the establishment of autonomous regions in both countries, each piece was settling into place to have the first republic established under Peouroun authority.
Feziklyr was the capital of the then republic and was monumental in situating Peourouin into the international light at the time. The city slowly grew to an overbearing 1.3 million in the spaces between the river Myv and river Fransoissignant, an area of barely 150 km2 (smaller than D.C.) by 1353. The eventual sprawl of the city kicked off by 1354 growing west and southwest into the current municipalities of Roshtimal, Uksuralya, and Misto Feziklyrsouts. These municipalities drew in major island and immigrant populations for its inexpensive land, cost of living, and influence they could have in national politics.
By 1357, the city more than doubled its population of 1343 to just under 3.0 million and reached north of the river Fransoi. to the border of state of Baoken. The city was on its frills during its breakneck pace of expansion and population growth taking a toll on the infrastructure and essential services being provided by the city. Two major accidents instilled the fear of Feziklyr as the massive, "Frankensteined" layout of the city.
The first accident occurred on 3 March 1365 where a freight truck carrying ammonium nitrate collided with a fuel tanker on the inner ring expressway along the river Myv. The accident sparked a massive explosion in the heart of the city, causing >1,000 deaths and >15,000 injuries in the nearby vacinity. Residential blocks, highrises, and historical buildings were extensively damaged, if not already demolished by the shockwave it sent throughout the city. Damage figures were estimated to be as high as 15 billion Ńeupyturs (adjusted for inflation).
The second accident occurred on Peourouin Ratification Day, 12 April 1378 where the rail bridge connecting Feros'--an exurb of Misto Feziklyrsouts--to Feziklyr Central Station was shut down after reports of the ride across the section became hazardous. The long distance train from Wropens, however, did not receive the discretion to reroute north of the original route and continued in the direction of the shut down section of track. Making a stop at Logdyshch, the train intended to pick up servicemen and women from training bringing them back home for the remembrance of the lives laid down for the good of the country. The arrival of the train was late, so the conductor increased the speed of the train to at least minimize the delay of the train, but approaching the section of track the train began to encounter track unevenness until the train derailed off the bridge. 239 passengers were on that train, 190 perished and 45 were injured.
These accidents sparked the opinion that the fragility of the city did not make it feasible to name Feziklyr the capital of the country. Though, the states of Drir and Zolhan strongly argued against the switch to a new capital claiming that the representation of the island states would be glossed over. Knowing that the majority of the country would be in favor, the states staged a collaboration party that pushed for the islands to gain independence during the election season of 1404. Though it initially did not gain traction, the past election year, 1422 saw the first time the opposition party (Independence for the Islands Party) ran directly against the highly popular People First Party of current President Aleks Humatiy. And earlier this week, the first official secession talks were held.
The situation is novel, and we will bring the latest from Drir and Zolhan as soon as our reporters in those states gain any information.

Matchday 3: Peourouin's Perilous Loss Against United Adaikes, Home Boys Enraged as Team Has "Put Shame" on Peouroun Legacy in Football

The United Peourouin Sports Authority proudly represents Team Peourouin at the World Cup of Football.For the third match in a row, the United Peourouin Sports Authority team representing Peourouin at the WCF3 has lost against its opponents from Cambria, the game with 7 scored goals, a record for the WCF3 at this point in time, Teralyon with a 2-0 score on Peourouin, and this past match with United Adaikes with a 1-0 score.
Supporters in Feziklyr--the most avid of supporters--have been nonstop talking about the previous three matches, but some have taken their frustrations out on the streets. Some blame the aging coach, some believe the games are a simulation, both coming from fringe supporters.
The team has been working diligently to put up their best defenses against attack-focused compositions and tactics, but to no avail. We were again able to speak with Head Coach Nikolas Saprots and one of the managers, Mikhail Ascerbiv, on the recent games.
We spoke to Head Coach Saprots right after the game:
B. Trella "We've seen major work being done on the field, and with your expertise, it's no wonder the team has been kicking and screaming at every game."
HC Nikolas Saprots "I certainly agree with your assessment of the team, they've put tooth and nail into every pass, corner, and attempt. These guys are impressive to say the least."
B. Trella "How have you and the team stayed positive in light of the loss after loss?
HC N. Saprots "The team has gone through a deep introspection into themselves before putting themselves on the field. Because what happens on the field stays on the field. You can't change the world while playing UA's team, Tera's team, or Cambria's team. And considering they're going on 6 days of matches and practices, they're exhausting their batteries and they need to recharge.
B. Trella "Peourouin is up against Sekiya next, our southern neighbor; how do you suspect the game progresses as allies and opponents simultaneously?"
HC N. Saprots "Sekiya as friends, it will always be. Whatever people say, they've been our most outspoken relationship our two nations have had. While they have had a good run, time can only tell if they worked up to the 4th match."
HC Saprots was still optimistic, sanguine about the abilities the team was able to perform and exercise during regulation.
Manager Mikhail Ascerbiv reached out to Peourouin Today to inform us about the matches in Ryxtylopia, the state of the team, and the business PM Olaysiy Udemmiena has coming along with the team.

"You are the manager of the players, what is the stadium schedule looking like?"
TM M. Ascerbiv "Right so MD1 and MD2 were at Istadio Gral. Tavara Diparti, against Cambria and Teralyon; MD3 is at Istadio Raquivas, which required the team to travel basically across the territory and was against United Adaikes; MD4 is back at Istadio Gral. Tavara Diparti and will be against Sekiya; and MD5 I do not remember. I apologize."
B. Trella "No worries, we will get that info after the next Matchday. So given the circumstances the team has experienced, what has been the state of the team lately?"
TM M. Ascerbiv
"Nothing major, we did have Sasha Vedmyyds--a defense reserve--leave to go back to Peourouin, no word to me about his reason but did notify the team that it was urgent. No significant injuries or fatigues (or inbalances of bile)."
B. Trella
"That's good to hear, and what about the PM's intention of attending the WCF3?"
TM M. Ascerbiv
"Interesting question, but no real motive but just a woman needing a holiday and some fun. I don't blame her; the food, culture, atmosphere, and the energy emanating from all of the fans is invigorating. It's a shame the President didn't also visit!"
Team manager Ascerbiv was also optimistic about the match later this week. The team has seen nothing but losses, but every match hews our knife's edge, making the team sharper than ever and ready to take on its next opponent.

The final score on MD2 came as a disappointment as the Peourouin team fell short, with the score being TRL 2-0 APR.
We were able to reach Coach Nikolas Saprots earlier today and get his perspective on the team's standing. Saprots stated "Teralyon's composition was more sophisticated and nuanced than we were expecting, however, the athletes are resting and we're hoping that MD3's game against United Adaikes picks up. It'll for sure be an interesting game to tune into." He was optimistic and appreciated the team and thanked PM Udemmiena for attending the games.
PM Udemmiena witnessed both faulters of the United Peourouin Sports Authority team in the stands. We asked for her opinion on the state of sports and its effects on international appearance, she hasn't responded, however, she praised the team's strong effort in the matches.

The team is spearheaded with Head Coach Nikolas Saprots, the leading coach of the University of Fradif's Division Football team. His experience on the field made his candidacy for the role second to none.

Starting the match, the Cambrian team scored 2 points five minutes apart at 10' and 15', laying out the opponent's grip on the Peouroun team. Both teams kept tossing the ball between themselves and the goalkeepers, Cambria evidently going on attack more often causing Peourouin to rely on its considerably stacked defense. Peourouin then at 30' threaded the needle with Nortssk's quick and precise kick to Hass through the tight Cambrian defense. The ball went too far for the goalkeeper to deflect it, making the score KCM 2-1 APR by half-time.
Resuming for the second half, the break did wonders for the Peourouns. They were light on their feet and worked the Cambrians down for everything they had. Hopping away at 52' with a wide-open pass from Zelehvy to Ussrsaii. Cambria gained back its lead at 74' with a clean shot. Peourouin fought hard minute by minute, and their efforts yielded another goal at 89', closing the gap between them. The match ended KCM 4-3 APR, the most goals in a match.
Peourouin ends with -1 in Group B after MD1, but a fighting -1. For MD2, Peourouin will be up against Teralyon. Teralyon, who was absent for the previous World Cup, has returned this year. The team is taking an ice bath, preparing for the match tomorrow, November 19. 1423 has been a year of interest, tomorrow is something you should not miss.

Prime Minister Olaysiy Udemmiena travels to Ryxtylopia along with the United Peourouin Sports Authority for the inaugural presense of Peourouin at the World Cup of Football III

Despite the protests in Ryxtylopia, PM Olaysiy Udemmiena has proceeded to travel to Vynitiná to observe Peourouin's first appearance at a World Cup of Football (WCF).
PM Udemmiena trip has apparently been approved for international travel by President Humatiy, however, many have heeded the lady PM to be vigilant in areas of conflict.
One subscriber to PT stated, "The PM should be protected, and she should be wary about her whereabouts. I know that our security detail will inform her of any suspected target on her, but it shakes me to my core to have such an important figure in Peouroun politics fall victim in foreign hands."
The consensus of the nation is troubling, but the PM stands firm in the undermining eyes of many. President Humatiy has sent regards to her and the Peouroun team. He stated in a quick soundbite, he would be watching the performance. "We must show the world that we are not an easy opponent, but we will work towards the top on the field or through pen on paper.

BREAKING: DAMAGE FROM TSUNAMI AFTERMATH
Following the cliff collapse and the subsequent tsunami, damage seen throughout the coasts on the Gulf of Qukquk were expected.
Coastal, pastoral regions up to 8 km inland were affected.
Evacuations, from witnesses of the disaster, were successful in mitigating harm to life.
Citizens in Haoux-Polter, the closest major mainland metropolitan area that the waves reached, was prepared and mostly unscathed. However, the old Ibuet Theme Pier was completely inundated and washed away.
Residents in Aibuz and Criim experienced surge and damage almost confined across the plains of the Criim isthmus.
Feziklyr had some coastal flooding, partially submerging the University of Saint Adaikes Zoo. Flood protection across the Peouroun coast were put to the test and the expected 2-meter waves forecasted were only measured as extreme high tide conditions.
No reports of waves or rough sea was reported in Jairprozhia or Uhulask, therefore, the Sekiyan coast was not threatened by the tsunami.
Threat of tsunami to Andolia or Aura was eliminated due to distance and energy dispersion of wave would have dissipated to normal ocean current.

Me, Aaron, Kaaia, and Connor all go to the sauna where we see a few of our group either sprawled out, video calling their families, or crying because they can’t bring their SO’s to Dalimbar. Well, if you want to be confined in a solitary cell barely bigger than a ventilation shaft, go right ahead. All over a “special” blue card.
We walk into the spa where we finally have a moment to clear our minds over that loss with Overthinkers. 14-3 loss is painful. Just like the 10-7 loss in the first match. That word, loss, it just has some negativity. We don’t want negativity.
“Hey,” Kaaia nudges me out of my trance, “you doin’ alright?”
“I don’t know,” I lied, “Just bummed. We trained like hell too.”
“Not all things will come so easily,” she exhaled, “Our style is +1, and versus a style +3.1, it’s not that surprising.
“Don’t beat yourself up about it either. Even Krasna and Carlise had trouble keeping them back.”
I sighed. It was terrible and I just wanted to get through the process and talk to people. “Hey, if anyone needs me, tell them to text but don’t expect me to answer.”
“That my boy,” she poked.

It really hurt me seeing him so distraught. But I digress. He showed up and performed phenomenally, Markus was especially happy-looking to see him out there.
“Florence got everything sorted out with the Dalimbari government Blue Cards for athletes. She said that it was ‘something to be said about monkey business.’ I wasn’t about to question any sort of message that any miscommunication would be solved by solitary confinement for an issue on the printing of the barcode. I could write an essay with all the words I am saying. Anyways, Florence was able to play and play well she did. Better than I did.
“Not to mention it’s currently chilly- at least for me. Ihashipol couldn't ever be this cold. Back home is almost 29 Celsius and much more my style. Eh, I miss home but it is what it is.
“I’m still optimistic after the MD4 rest, we got some time to rest and regroup our forces- I mean our team to always keep them on edge. Sorry, that’s my "inner soldier" coming in. Anyhow, I’m extremely proud our women and men on our team. It really represents Peourouin and my home in the right light and the great mix we are.

Rugby Match Day 2: Peourouin's Win Against Einherfell
Peourouin, coming back from a loss with Nieubasria, spruced up the lineup for this game. Putting the new members, the age 17 players, to the test against Einherfell. Many opposed throwing the newcomers into a game without prior match experience, but their worries were soon soothed.
Beginning, the team was, by some, sluggish and lethargic, almost letting in a couple of penalties past their grasp. The first half ended 0-0, fans booing on both sides. Half-time was where the Peouroun team switched out the experienced players for the more novice members, most notably Maria Holden and William King. But the fight was not over, as Einherfell too renewed their lineup.
The first half of the second half was quite quiet. Peourouin, regaining much of their strength, went for 2 trys both successful and within 8 minutes of each other. A penalty worth 1 point was also scored, it was clear Peourouin assured the victory.

The Peouroun crowd in the stands are wild about the game with Nieubasria. Peourouin's first Rubgy World Cup.
The game began with a strong hold for Nieubasria with their first try within a mere 3 minutes. Peouroun offense was evident that they would head for the try, which was accomplished close to the end of the first half with a try by Grenwich.
Second half was heavily contested with constant and missed penalties. However, Nieubasria was able to secure the penalty with seconds to spare.
The loss comes devastatingly for both the fans and players, but sportsmanship was present between the two teams.

1423/03/28, middle of the night
I woke up to the silent sobs of Aaron. Aaron had been stressed about playing in the World Cup and recently, his partner Lukash was falling severely ill. Though Aaron was not ill himself, the thought of seeing him suffer made him sick. I rose and walked over to where Aaron was.
"Aaron?" I whispered.
Aaron did not respond. I stepped closer, placing his hand on his shoulder. "Did something happen?"
Aaron, voice raspy and choked up, spoke. "Lukash was admitted into the hospital... His sister told me."
"I'm sorry Aar, he's going to be okay." "You don't know that. He was sick when we left."
Aar broke down, clearly worried. I left him there and sent Kaaia a text saying I was coming over.
The corridor to her room was surprisingly open, glass all along the wall letting the city shine on me. I knock on her door. She was still awake, surprising given she always goes to bed at an unorthodoxly early time.
"Buchiav, something awry?"
"So- Lukash was admitted into the hospital and Aaron- is self-explanatory."
"Ah, well, Florence isn't able to leave customs since her Blue Card was unauthorized."
"Didn't we all receive our cards at once?"
"Yeah, but they held her at the airport and eventually took her to the police department."
"No f-in way." "The government was not joking. Speaking of, where's yours?" "Here." "Remember to keep it close. Alrighty, tell him his attendance is optional but recommended."
"Roger."
She despises me saying that. She says it's because of her ex-husband that brings a "bad aura" to her. Whatever that means.
I return to our room and see him huddled into a corner.
"Hey. I talked to Kaaia about Lukash. Since I knew you wouldn't be fully focused, she said you can skip warmups. But if you get better, you can join us."
"Thanks Yeddy. Means a lot, night."
"Night."

Much of the country’s density is on the coast, however, many cities like the capital are inland due to river tributaries that allow for inland development. Politics were primarily solidified by the social structures of natives, now of allied regions (North to South): Ethoem, Peourgogne, Celatata, Mais, Apexpol.
