  1. Dali's post in the recent activity feed made me look whether I had Guardian masking forum-side or not. I'm not sure if the Speaker mask is above the Guardian one, although I think it shouldn't be. It seems the other newly-appointed Guardians this year, namely @Aelitia, @Dilber and @Fuentana, don't have the mask either, so I'd be thankful if it could be added forum-side too. Thanks in advance!
  2. How is everyone doing?

  3. Hello, welcome to the TWP forums! Right now I don't think there's an embassy thread for the IDU here, though you can apply on this thread. I'm sure it'll get accepted, considering we already have an in-game embassy, though the MoFA has the ultimate authority on this.
  4. Welcome! Kind of a late reply, but I somehow missed this thread. Feel free to ask any questions about roleplay - we're excited to see you join it - as well as other parts of the region!
  5. I love this! I drew something, though it should be easy to know what drawing was mine
  6. Hello, welcome to TWP! I see you're already a citizen, which is great - the next step is applying to join a ministry (or more than one if you wish) and work to enhance our region! Feel free to ask any questions!
  7. Giovannilandian Olympic Report - 9th and Last Day 1 Gold - 4 Silver - 2 Bronze Time for the daily Giovannilandian Olympic Report! It's the last one for this event, sadly... but this was an eventful day, so let's review it! Tennis Singles: Amanda Sousa-Favonio had no luck on the quarterfinals, as they lost to Gaelle Sellier from Reçueçn. Baseball: A tough game between the Giovannilandians and the Nieubasrians, we can say. For most of the time, it was a tense game, but sadly Nieubasria scored at the very end. We got a silver medal, though, which is nice for the first ever tournament our baseball team has played in! Football: Unlike the baseball game, the football match against Nieubasria had a whopping 9 goals on total! Sadly, over the course of the match the Nieubasrians proved to be better, and the Giovannilandian team ended up losing 3-6. Volleyball: Another match against Nieubasria didn't go well either, this time in a 3rd place match. It was a close match, but our team lost in the tie-break. Water Polo: At last, some good news! Giovanniland won 7-6 over Teralyon and earned the bronze medal. A nice finish! This is it for the sports, and we're sad that the event ended. We hope you liked our Olympic coverage, and our channel will be happy to report on any further regional events that may come in the future.
  8. Giovannilandian Olympic Report - 8th Day 1 Gold - 1 Silver - 0 Bronze Hello at the Giovannilandian Olympic Report, again! I see we've got a large audience today, and we're proud to have the chance to inform you all for 8 Olympic days already! Let's review yet another day in this inter-regional event. 100 m Run: Giovanniland did well in the qualifiers, as Kyro Velsio-Sousa and Roberto Quernio Varrone qualified, while Telles Arpineyo and Anna Urydesi did not. However, no medal was acquired, as Roberto was placed 4th in the finals and Kyro, 7th. Tennis Singles: In the first round, Amanda Sousa-Favonio qualified, winning both sets, but Karlo Herbario lost in a close match against a Hertfordian athlete. Amanda further won another match in the second round, paving the way to play more matches in the upcoming days. Baseball: Amazing news, Giovanniland is on the final! The Giovannilandian baseball team won 5-0 against Hertfordia, and will meet Nieubasria on the final. Football: After a 1st half with no goals, the 2nd half of the semifinal against Fujai was very eventful. Fujai got the lead on the early minutes of the second half, however it was not the end, as Giovanniland quickly reacted and scored 2 goals in an amazing comeback! Just like in Baseball, the team will now meet Nieubasria on the final. Volleyball: Not everything can go the right way, sadly. After a close semifinal match, Giovanniland lost against Hertfordia, and will dispute the bronze medal with Nieubasria - seems we can't escape them even in the 3rd place match... Water Polo: Another loss happened here, after the Giovannilandians lost 6-8 against Nieubasria. The 3rd place match is scheduled to happen soon, against Teralyon. We've seen a great effort by all teams and individual athletes, even if the results weren't the most favorable. As the Olympics soon come to an end, we hope you liked watching all sports, and our report as well! See you for more tomorrow.
  9. Giovannilandian Olympic Report - 6th and 7th Days 1 Gold - 2 Silver - 0 Bronze Hello at the Giovannilandian Olympic Report! Today we will cover both the sixth and seventh days of this great international sports event. 6th Day: 1500 m Freestyle Swim: Yesterday, in this event, only Andreana Viriato from Giovanniland could qualify for the finals, but they did not succeed, as they were placed 7th overall. Our other athletes, namely Helena Vindemia, Edna Persona-Tommasi, and Vinikio Kaetano Emiliana, did not even qualify for the finals. Volleyball: Now for some good news, Giovanniland won their last match against Fujai, and topped the group with 9 points. Our team advances to the quarterfinals! 7th Day: 200 m Freestyle Swim: Only one athlete succeeded on the qualifiers, this time Milite Laroni. Other ones didn't do so well, as Valeria Yanseno got 21st, Teresa Ferrari got 24th, and Farlina Arruntio-Kommodo got 30th. However, on the finals, our athlete Milite brought the second silver medal to our country, as he finished 2nd overall! Volleyball: Giovanniland won against the Unified Missourtama States on the quarterfinals! As other teams get eliminated, we hope our team succeeds on this event. This is it for these two days! Although not much happened, we're happy to see another medal for our country and a successful road so far for our Volleyball team. More to come tomorrow, so stay tuned!
  10. Giovannilandian Olympic Report - 5th Day 1 Gold - 1 Silver - 0 Bronze Five days already! Today we present another Giovannilandian Olympic Report, and now we have a medal count as well to help you keep track of our medals. Let's review the events of yet another day in the Olympics! 10 Meter Platform Diving: Giovanniland had no luck on another diving event, as Lorentio Nakamura-Aureli got 15 place, Ivo Spindola-Terentio got 22nd, and Gabriella Santanna Prasini was close to last place with a 27th position. Judo: Ulisse Yanseno was unlucky on both games, as he ended up on 4th place while Zoran claimed gold, bronze and silver medals. Volleyball: Giovanniland won against Cambria, with 2 wins and 1 loss currently. The last match against Fujai will decide which teams will advance to the knockout stage. This is it for today! Follow our Olympics Report for more news about our Giovannilandian athletes, and see you all again tomorrow.
  11. Giovannilandian Olympic Report - 4th Day Another day in the Olympics has passed! Today we will review the events of the fourth day and Giovanniland's performance in them. 3 Meter Springboard Diving: Giovanniland had no luck, as Amando Nivoso, its best player, only got a 5th place. The other athletes, Venusta Merkuria and Manuella Sevia, got bad finishes as 15th and 18th. Judo: Not the best combination of events happened here, but there is still hope. Tamara Giakobo and Ernesto Ferrari got both eliminated by Zoranian athletes, but Ulisse Yanseno won both round of 16 and quarter-finals to be the only non-Zoranian athlete in the semifinals. Will he win? Baseball: Surprisingly, an upset occurred, where Giovanniland defeated the group leader, Irador, with a large margin of points. This allowed the team to catch the 1st place in the group and advance to the knockout stage. Basketball: Giovanniland wasn't so lucky in basketball. As they were eliminated already, even the close win against Bobki didn't save them, as group leader Nieubasria won another match to get 9 points. Football: In a close match against Irador, the winning goal for Giovanniland came in the last minutes of the second half. The runner-up, Cambria, was unlucky and lost to Hertfordia, deciding the group and enabling the Giovannilandians advance to the knockout stage. Rugby Sevens: Here, Giovanniland won against Nieubasria by such a large margin, but depended on other teams to get the best runner-up spot. Luckily, all runners-up from all groups had 3 points, however Giovanniland's +4 point advantage was a bit bigger than Marble Mallorcan Republic's +3 and Hertfordia's +2, earning a place on the knockout stage for our team. Volleyball: Giovanniland lost to Nieubasria, but there are 2 matches yet to come. The situation's still unclear, but we hope for the best! Water Polo: To finish with more good news, Giovanniland qualified to the Water Polo semifinals even with a loss to Teralyon, with a runner-up place being enough to secure a spot. This is it for today! Be sure to follow our Olympics Report tomorrow for more news about our Giovannilandian athletes. See you all!
  12. For the record, Liberillia doesn't seem to have been active on the forums recently, but you can telegram them in-game (same name as here). Plus, I'm not an authority here, but I'd say please try to not post on random threads from 3 years ago.
  13. Giovannilandian Olympic Report - 3rd Day Here's your awaited Giovannilandian Olympic Report! Let's review the events of yet another day in the Olympics. Handball: The Giovannilandian team sadly not qualify for the knockout round, as they lost 32-22 on a close match to Hertfordia. The team couldn't get the best runner-up spot either, as Teralyon and Bobki had greater goal differentials. Baseball: It wasn't a wonderful day for the baseball team either, as they lost 3-0 to Fujai. It is not over yet, though, as the team can still advance as best runner-up. They need, however, to win against Irador, the group leader, and score as much as possible. Basketball: Yet another loss (against Nieubasria) ended the hopes of Giovannilandian basketball fans. The team now sits at last on the group with zero points, and even a victory against Bobki won't save it. Football: A close match against Cambria resulted in a draw, even after extra time. The last match against Irador will decide if the team goes to the knockout stage. Rugby Sevens: Giovannilandian rugby fans were also sad after seeing a loss against Zoran, ending most chances of qualifying as the Zoranians now top the group with 6 points. There's still a match against Nieubasria, however the team would need a miracle to win enough points and be the best runner-up. Volleyball: To end with a good news, Giovanniland won 3-1 against Reçueçn on volleyball, as they initially lost a set but went on to win all the following ones. There is lot to come as the team will meet Cambria, Fujai, and Nieubasria soon. Despite these losses, our athletes stay strong and there's plenty of chances for more medals in the coming days! Be sure to tune up tomorrow for another Olympic Report.
  14. Giovannilandian Olympic Report - 2nd Day Hello all for another Giovannilandian Olympic Report! This day in the 1st Summer Olympics, there was plenty happening, as several team sports had their first matches. Let's make an overview of everything! 10k run: In this tiring event, athletes had to run 10 kilometres! Giovanniland did pretty good on here, as Marko Kambraya got a silver medal for running the entire distance in 27 minutes, just 36 milliseconds after Molly Hurdle from Fuentana. Other athletes didn't do so well, as Anastasio Fernando-Vittoriani, Giorgio Quirano, and Sara Urbana-Amorio were placed 20th, 21st and 22nd, respectively. Handball: The Giovannilandian team got off to a good start in a close match against hosts Cambria. Both teams played evenly, and Giovanniland won by only one point, with the final score of 24-23. Soon, the Giovannilandians will play against Hertfordia, leader of the group by point difference. Baseball: It was a wonderful day for the Giovannilandian Baseball team, as they won 5-3 against Cambria. Giovanniland now tops the group, being ahead of Irador, which won against Fujai, by point difference. Basketball: While our country had luck on other team sports, the Basketball team did not succeed, as they lost on a close match 61-70 to Larxia. The team still has chance to qualify to the knockout round, as they will play Nieubasria and Bobki. Football: The Giovannilandian Football team succeeded against Hertfordia, winning 2-1. In the first half, the Hertfordian team scored a goal pretty early, however the star of the match Regina Horatiano-Viselli scored 2 goals on the second half to turn the match around and give the win to Giovanniland. Water Polo: This was yet another successful start for Giovanniland. Our team played against hosts Cambria (again!) and won 8-4. In conclusion, this was a very eventful day! There was only a silver medal, but the many wins on team sports show that Giovanniland has great chances of getting into the knockout round of these, and possibly win more medals for our country. See you tomorrow!
  15. Giovannilandian Olympic Report - 1st Day Hello all! Thanks for viewing Giovannilandian Sports, the biggest sport broadcasting company of our country. Today, we start a special program, the Giovannilandian Olympic Report, where we'll carefully review the performance of our athletes at this event hosted in Cambria. 400 meters: Unfortunately, our 4 athletes did not have luck in this sport. Only Sersio Zara went on to the finals as he got 15th place. The other athletes all failed to qualify, as Fernando Mattei got 17th, Elisabetta Arelliano got 21st, and Kyra Helena-Giuvenoria was close to last place at 32nd. On the finals, Sersio did not succeed, as he was placed 7th among 10 athletes. 1500 meters: Here, we had better luck. Although Brinno Rodrigo (18th) and Giulia Santi-Abrenti (24th) failed to qualify, two athletes went on to the finals: Katia Terra and Gioseppe Edio, as they were incredibly fast to be placed 2nd and 4th, respectively. On the finals, Gioseppe arguably did worse, ranking 9th out of 10. However, the Giovannilandians cheered as the other athlete, Katia Terra, went on to have the fastest run (3:33.80) and win a gold medal! Hurray! This is it for today, as there were other events but Giovanniland decided not to send athletes to those. With a gold medal on the 1st day, we expect our athletes at Cambria to succeed on the next days, and bring more medals for our country! See you tomorrow for another report about the second day.
