Per Badger's request for for my expertise, some notes: - The only possible illegality I see is that the horrified clause may constitute an honest mistake (telling mistruths about the target, in this case about enforcement, since that may be assumed by being a passed resolution). It'd be borderline generally I think, but I don't know which way GenSec would rule on it. - The line of "requiring considerable time, effort, and resources of each government" is essentially redundant to the overall clause, I'd suggest removing it. - Using words like 'also' and 'further' in your clause beginnings reads rather oddly if you haven't previously used the second word as a clause starter. It'd probably make sense to drop the 'also' and the 'further' in such cases. In general, excellent draft. The one potential illegality is honestly outside my ken, but everything else is great (I disagree with some of the arguments, but that's to be expected given my personal inclinations on the GA, lol).

Per the request of Badger, some notes: - Nearly everything here appears to be legal (with the possible exception of the treaty name there, but that'd be a mod ruling more), 'game created region' is an illegal term under R4. - "in the feeder region" is a bit unnecessary, as in theory work in any suitably large region can be worthy of a C&C. Comma is unneeded there either way. - Clauses should generally end as if the entire resolution is a giant run-on sentence, usually meaning all lines not in a list end with a comma, semicolon, or colon (in the case of lists) - Otherwise, the basic needs to make this a successful proposal is detailing the accomplishments already summarized (like, what did Saint Mark do as MoFA, or what actual positions did they hold in Osiris, Albion, and TSR) and explaining why those things matter in some cases (for example, why does it matter that NSToday said they were one of the most influential nations?) In general, an excellent first attempt, especially with the almost entirely legal nature, that's rarer to get on a first draft of a first attempt.

Semifinals - Loss Fujai 10-0 Giovanniland First Half: In the semifinals, the Giovannilandian team would play against a known opponent from the group stage. With both defensive teams against each other, the match did not have much action on the first half. All attempts, whether if they were Giovannilandian or Fujansk, did not result in anything as the defenses were effective in blocking attacks. Second Half: The timer was closer to the end, the players were more nervous, and the supporters of both sides cheered even harder. But nothing. Not even on the second half. It looked like it would have to be solved in extra time, and so it went. Extra time: The first extra time in all of this TWP Rugby World Cup was about to happen, with two halves of 10 minutes each. Like in the 80 previous minutes, the teams continued their attacks, but sadly (for the Giovannilandians), a Fujansk player broke the defense and scored a try near the end of the first 10 minutes. Giovanniland tried desperately to level the game again. The exhausted Giovannilandian defense, however, let one more try from Fujai to slip through, and it was game over. Post-Match: While Hertfordshire and Jammbo and Fujai play for the title, the Giovannilandians will play against Dalimbar, who lost to H&J in the other semifinal. How will it go? The coaches congratulated the players even with the loss, and hope the team gets a 3rd place in the next match.

Overall I want to echo Joe and LD's thoughts. As a first draft this looks amazing. On the NSToday point - you may wanna put region tags around it and put the full region name in so those who don't know what it is can find out. Mentioning Halo's role in giving NSToday a lot of support, by coming on podcasts, signing the TWP agreement etc. when we were just starting to get established might be useful if you want to expand on that point. Expanding on the TWP achievements point by mentioning some of the many things Halo achieved as Delegate and MoFA might also be a good idea.

Most of what I think has been said by LD already. Some minor things: - Influence has a capital letter, I think you might want to change that. - You might wish to specify what he accomplished during his time as Minister of foreign affairs and what is role as Guardian meant. - Like LD noted, more specified information is needed on his involvement in Albion, Osiris and TSR. Really good first draft, though!
