Sorry, you mean to use the editor inside the Sidebar....no, that doesn't work and I don't know why.  It's not a permissions setting,  all status settings are enabled for all groups, so it's specific to the sidebar addition.  Those sidebar items are plugins and components of the fourm (off by default, I added them for users enjoyment), so they do not necessarily all work together with the rest of the forum software.  I can remove it entirely though if you'd like
The forum software is designed for users to use the "+ Create" option at the top of the forum to create a new topic or status.

To search members, go to Search, then select 'more search options' then select 'member search'.  They combined all search types into one search feature.

I'm not sure if there even is a memberlist outside the admin panel anymore...
Although I was able to cheat by using the search system... over over the search box and then click on the drop down (left side of the box) and select members....don't fill in the keyword box and then click search...it should return all members.

Is your nation cold, hot, or a mixture? And is it island or continental?

I believe my ethnicity to be approximately half Scottish and half Irish (we don't tend to delve too much into family history for some reason).
As for my nationality, I am Australian. I reside in a rural area, where we get to kill farm animals for food if we so desire, and Macca's runs are epic journeys. I'm not normally patriotic, as some of the 'patriotic' Australian behaviours absolutely disgust me, particularly the more racist attitudes of bogan-types, but this quickly dissolves whenever the Olympics are on. Don't know why, but I am madly patriotic whenever we're up against other nations in sports. Except cricket. Cricket is an abomination, in my opinion.
 

The West Pacific is the best region in the NSverse!  I am so proud to be the Delegate of this wonderfully fun community.  For several years, I have taken great joy seeing the dealings and conversation on our RMB and forum.  This culture has moved me to become active and work hard for the region first as Advocate of the forum government, as Commander of TWPAF, Guardian and finally as Delegate.  I will continue to work tirelessly for the nations of this region to bring glory to our home!
I want to thank our Guardians for their advice, wisdom and dedication to the region.  Their contribution to the region is so important.  As public figures they often catch heat from disrespectful young nations when they clean up the RMB.  I appreciate you all so much and ask you to stand for a round of applause as a thanks for your service to the region.  *claps voraciously*
People have asked me what are my plans for TWP.  I love our culture and history and I feel the world needs to know how great we are!  Most things aren’t going to change.  However, I have three things that will change with the purpose of increasing our activity as I feel it is the most important thing that can happen.  My three points of emphasis to increasing activity are foreign affairs, internal affairs and our military.  Work has already begun.  Since I have become Delegate, I have reopened our Foreign Affairs office, given a shot of life to our Internal Affairs office, and found a new Commander of TWPAF who has greatly increased our numbers.
Our new Foreign Affairs Minister Davelands is has successfully gotten a FA update out to all of our embassies and allies.  He is rebuilding our ambassador corp to help us reach out to our friends and let them know what we are doing. 
Former Delegate Neenee has become a Guardian and is leading our Internal Affairs.  She has gotten our newspaper staff to create a new issue and worked to create our Celebrate TWP Festival.  In the future, @neenee and her staff will be working to help nations find something that they would be interested in doing to help TWP!
My replacement as Commander of The West Pacific Armed Forces Yuno has been working hard recruiting and training new troops.  With the influx of new nations she has exponentially increased our military forces and has been leading them on many training missions and helping our friends and allies as well.
The purpose of this is to give our nations an opportunity to participate in our government to increase TWP’s standing in this game.  With nearly 13K nations in TWP, we have the opportunity to create something special with our region.  I would ask each nation to give to the region what you can.  Whether it be posting daily/weekly on the RMB, chatting on our Discord server, playing spam games on our forum, joining our ambassador corp, joining TWPAF, writing for the newspaper, or welcoming the new nations that are spawned in our region.  Do what you can do, but get active! 
If anyone has an innovation or idea that will help our region.  Please let me know.  I am willing to listen to any idea that will bring greater glory to TWP.  Since I have become Delegate I have spoken with hundreds of nations answering their questions, guiding them to greater participation, or helping them find the resources they need in the game.  If you have questions, concerns, ideas, or want to participate TG me and begin the dialogue.
I would like to thank all of our friends and allies for their many well wishes in our success and for joining us in the Celebrate TWP festival!  I want all of you to know that The West Pacific will stand by each of you in your time of need and to celebrate your successes!

Recently, TWP has been very busy interregionally!  We are working with our friends from Equilism and Europeia in creating a Friendship festival that will be taking place next weekend.  @Mediobogdum and I have been working on the Coalition Against the Ideology of Nazism.  This conference is working to create a treaty to combat Naziism in NS.  Furthermore, we are continuing our commitment in the GCR Sovereignty Accords with our friends from The Pacific and Balder.
I want to thank Neenee, Davelands, and Halo for their work and efforts in planning the Celebrate TWP festival.  I would also like to thank our friends and allies for joining us in the party.
Our region and all of its great nations are in a terrific time in our history!  As your Delegate I am looking forward to increasing our activity and visibility on the world stage.

Additionally we're now running on new hardware, and on a 1GBit connection instead of the old 100Mbit connection, so hopefully things seem a bit faster.
 
If you find you are getting odd pages (like no formating) try doing a forced refresh of the page (Press CTRL+F5 together on your keyboard).  This should force the page cache to refresh.

I've never had an issue with this personally, never seen Chrome go above 600 MB of memory. Even with around 10 tabs open on Chrome I can still run several steam games, mind you from like 2007, Intel HD graphics suck and strain RAM ):
 
Although it uses around twice as much as around firefox :\
 
I am surprised by the amount of computer techies we have here tho! I was planning on building my own desktop but then quite a few RL issues popped up. So now anyone know anything about the laptop market?
