  1. Spot 28 in dark green please.

    Umm.....what?

    Okay

    Reminder:

You must have a nation in The West Pacific with a population more than 250 million(allows you to name your capital city in game), and said nation must also have a named capital city(in your overview).

Any spot you wish on the map must be in two numbers: up/down, left/right, in that order, u/d first, then l/r.

The map cannot be changed other than the addition of any nations capital.

If you do not understand this, allow me to rephrase:

The map cannot be changed other than the addition of a nations capital.

Also, you are allowed only one spot on the map. This is considered fair by me, sorry if you have any puppets you may wish to add, only the main nation you wish to be represented on this map will be allowed.

  2. I see. The maps land masses cannot be altered.

    Sorry

Could we stay 39;33 or 39;34?

    Capital: N-City

You do not meet the requirements set forth in my dispatch game side.
You do not have your capital listed in your overview.

You need at least 250 million population to be able to name your capital.
The map is first come, first served, hopefully no one will choose that spot before you reach your population goal.

  3. Yes, RL and ingame have a hard hold on me.
Give me a few to update the map.

Edit: There is no land mass at the coordinates indicated. There is a crescent-shaped island due south of Medio at 31.8 however. Is this the land mass to which you refer?

  4. Can Zogradia be on the map? If so, I'd like Yakadu to be on 34,10. Zogradia isn't very big, we should fit in snugly just below Gariannonum. If you want to know what Zogradia looks like, I'll try to post a map in our NationStates factbook,

34.10 puts you in the water(no land masses). Is this correct?

The first number should be the up/down, the second number is counted from left to right.

34 down and 10 across is nothing but water on the map.

Did you mean 10 down, 34 across perhaps?

  5. Don't worry, it's easy!

Capital is the city, and capitol is the building. The easy way to remember is that one has the letter O. The letter O stands for the phrase “oh, shit.” Appropriate considering Congress's recent performance.

Leave out the 'oh' part and you've got it!

    :P

  6. Ohhh! I has a plot!

Are you going to the doctor for that?

    *edits*

Oh, I see what you meant!

    Yes! Yes you do!

Blue New Midgard I believe, correct?

Should I provide a list of nations whose cities are on the map?

As long as I see interest in the map, I will update it and entertain 'additions'(land feature names).

  7. I would like to throw my hat into the RP map world.
This is my take on The West Pacific. It is a work in progress and lists nations by their Capital City.
No boundaries will be marked and there is plenty of room to add other players/cities.

I myself, do not RP, however I will volunteer my time to try to keep this map updated on a regular basis if you all like it.

The cities currently listed are those of the old guardians, new guardians and a few rmb 'regulars' as well as past notable ex-guardians/delegates.

Please use this grid overlay to indicate a spot on the map that may be desired by you as follows:

Count from the upper left most square down to provide the first coordinate.
Count from the left most square to the right the number of squares to the desired point on the map to provide the second coordinate.
    Simple.
