It doesn't work that way. Either vote or not vote. There are no "conditional" votes. Your disregard for the law is getting old and boring. Is that how you pretend to grow the region?

That would be an illegal limitation of the rights of every member of the HGA, so I'm afraid I won't do it. Also, all votes MUST be recorded in the election thread within 5 days of the thread opening up. It is honestly responsibility of each and every member of the assembly to submit its vote within the allotted time. If you are pissed off cuz the right legal processes was followed, then you may have an issue on your end. Also, I'm a man. Not a she. -

I honestly second this motion. The issues seems to still be rolling and we don't yet have a full account of this.- 69 replies

Elegarth replied to Reçueçn's topic in Voice of The West Pacific Union
At this point, it would just be easier to issue a declaration of disgust and perhaps a request for NPO to disentangle from all matters on Lazarus. I told them so, anyway.- 69 replies

A Few Public Questions for Elegarth
Elegarth replied to URAP's topic in Voice of The West Pacific Union
I think foreign affairs is a pivotal point of any region, and if I didn't add it on my platform is mainly cuz I don't have any specific plans to CHANGE anything, instead I want to REVITALIZE it, this is, I want to get our diplomatic team to be both fully active, proficient and empowered. I think the decisions on which regions we should approach and set relations with should be based on a joint effort between the delegacy, the forum government and the general population, to make sure we can work united towards the same regional goals. About the bicameral legislature with an in-game element, I must remind people often that as TWP is currently established, the in-forum government has no interference over the in-game delegacy and vice-versa. If we REALLY want (we = the general population) then we need to make sure it does not interferes with the setup as it is, or find out if it can be changed. To tell you the truth, I'm not totally comfortable with the idea of in-game legislatures, as they can be more easily manipulated in ways that would allow for foreigner intervention... If we set something like that up, it will require commitment and lots of work from our members to ensure it is no abused! Mostly, what I want you to understand, is that what I want for TWP is to have an active community and make sure I can empower that community and enable it to have what it wants, without rushing into an environment where activity instead dies down. -

So you are insulting me and my mother without reason? So very nice if you... is this something TWP culture has taught you, kiddo?

What does your signature says?
-
Yes, I did. As it was my legal right to submit my vote within the 5 days. As I mentioned elsewhere, I was told on IRC I hadn't voted and I went and voted. Also, sorry, what is SOB and DOB? Finally, any comment on the actual topic?

I'll be PMing all active HGA members elegible to vote in the election that starts tomorrow. This is a suggestion some members of the HA made, and I find it can be good to implement it. This is the message I'd be sending: To be clear, the list of elegible people to vote would be the same than the previous vote, minus any member who loses HGA membership. I will check again before opening the election, to review for nations that CTE and remove them from the list of voters as well. Currently, the list would be: Please comment.

I've reached out to ask about the forums, and it seems they were brought back online, without anything deleted, a few hours ago: (I'm guessing the timeframe to be honest, I was just told they were open) http://w11.zetaboards.com/Lazarus/register/ I used to have an account but I've lost the password myself, so I can verify is anything is missed. I don't think, however, they are planning to use it again, so I honestly don't know if this changes the situation or not :/

Suggestion: "Nation" Profile Field
Elegarth replied to Pestarzt's topic in Technical Forum Part Duex
Or we could just require people to list there their HGA nation or something...
