One of the main things and advantaged I see here is the spam cleaning... More eyes that can delete = less spam.

We should consider starting sending TGs about it as of later this week, with instructions and what not.

The DAs are institutionalized by the off-site government and hence won't get any of those. The guardians are part of our in-game and hence may be the ones getting stuff like that, or the delegate appointed staff. But no decision has been made, and none will be made hastily.

The reason was that it was seldom ever required and hence seemed easier to create a system based on need. When we need a judicial thing, we choose someone and deal with it. The rest of the time, we don't need someone sitting in an inactive position

In any case, as I've already said in other posts in the past month, your personal actions on it were not a decision you made, you were just the messenger of orders given by the former delegate, and neither myself, nor should others by the way, consider your actions wrong: you followed the orders given to you by the creator of your position. In my book, the messenger does not carries fault for the message. so whatever was done wrong, it should be attributed to the former delegate. Now well, you can quit the voice, or belong to it. The constitution is the same, same rules, no constitutional convention was done, and is simpler and easier to carry it over...

Scratch that. Since I was nominated and PD has not accepted yet, I'll conditionally accept my nomination. If PD accepts on time, I'll probably remove myself from the election, but if not, then consider my nomination accepted

Please consider it for now a delegate appointed position. Since I'm not the advocate nor has he expressed his intentions or desired about it, you should and could coordinate it as an in-game delegate appointed office and you should only need to coordinate it with us (Medio as current delegate, me in the future)

I'm afraid you are wrong, since the dissolution was considered not legal, and hence we simply kick started activity again. And the advocate can consider any signed up member as a member as of the date they posted, regardless of when was the list itself updated, simplifying / solving the issue.
