It is popular to initialize militaries in NS, such as the NPA, NSA, ESA, TBR, TBH, UDL, FRA, TNI, UAIF, TWPAF. Since Tweedy is, himself, forbidden by ADMIN, it stands to reason Tweedy should be keeper of the forbidden. Guarding the region against all things which might spoil our image.
