This is a suggestion some members of the HA made, and I find it can be good to implement it. This is the message I'd be sending: Greetings, Members of The West Pacific Holy Grand Assembly! Today opens the run-off election for the position of Prime Minister, between Llamas and Elegarth. I will check again before opening the election, to review for nations that CTE and remove them from the list of voters as well. As it was my legal right to submit my vote within the 5 days. As I mentioned elsewhere, I was told on IRC I hadn't voted and I went and voted. Also, sorry, what is SOB and DOB?
