Is this open to Ambassadors?

I am not surprised by Spiritus' actions concerning Mordor. I can also predict how it will effect Spiritus-Mordor relationships rather well. I can only say that it's getting boring, Osiris should play a different record and Spiritus should just come out and say what they think regarding Spiritus-Mordor relations. Mordor isn't bothered either way.

Personally, I think the telegram should have a copy and paste-able link to both forums and IRC to make it easy for people to find them.

I would say that mercy may be the best course of action in this case. Whilst the nation's name is regrettable, I don't believe the nation has the intent of glorifying Nazism.

The core information will be the same for everyone but there will be a degree of personalisation. Or, I could do it informally as a conversation.

Certainly, I can get a telegram set up for regular posters on the RMB to entice them to the forums.

I like the telegram, it has everything on it. It might be an idea to contain links to the IRC so that people can find it.

Now that update has passed, I will announce the first victor of the TWP Races! Using www.random.org, the first number drawn is 2147! Listed as 2147th on the rankings today is... The Holy Matrician States! The Holy Matrician States was founded 27 days ago and has been inactive ever since, nonetheless, they are the first Champion of the TWP Races! They shall receive a congratulatory telegram and a spot in the TWP Races' Hall of Fame for all eternity.

It would certainly shake things up although I'm not sure how difficult it would be to implement. It would also be the beginning of a new warfare, in that I agree with you. Do you see founders having the ability to decide whether or not to relinquish their hold? Also, this follows from the long conference the Mods and GPers held on R/D, they'll be implementing changes from that first.

Whilst on IRC last night, Westwind had a great idea concerning races and the 'Daily Rankings' that we are all subject to, so the following is credited to Westwind. The TWP Horse Races Every single day, nations are ranked in various categories and they are placed in accordance with how the nation has answered their daily issues. To many nations, these regional ranks are little more than novelty and the urge to look at them soon wheres off. Noting this, we proudly present the weekly TWP Horse Races. From the following Sunday, a number relating to a nation in the daily rankings will be chosen. These nations will have the honour of being inducted into the TWP Races Hall of Fame, to go down in history as a victor in the TWP races. These honoured few will have their nation name proudly displayed on the WFE for the following week, as well as having the honour of receiving a victory telegram from the organisers. These few will have the privilege to put the following in their signatures for all to see: "1st Prize in the TWP Horse Races [date]". Remember, the more nations you have in TWP, the greater the chances of you winning the competition! It is also my intention to hold a biannual interregional competition with interested nations moving nations to a predetermined region for a week of races.
