It seems clear that we are all working towards a 'tier system' of endorsements and that makes perfect sense considering the changes proposed and the possible effects they will have. Similarly to TAO, I believe that a lower cap should be enforced over the first month or so, so that those flouting the rules can have their spot at Friday Karaoke revoked. I also believe, however, that whatever system is first imposed will be imperfect in detection and application meaning that certain aspects will need changing over time so as to improve it. I can't say I'm too keen on Dark's views on WAs not endorsing the Delegate, but I am happy (save Tier one) with PD's Tiers as a starting point, to be relaxed over time as the dust settles.

I have no comments regarding those above, it is probably time that some of the inactive embassies were closed. I have a question, though, where do you stand, AGP, on the embassies that were opened as a result of the NSR?

Is this open to Ambassadors?

I am not surprised by Spiritus' actions concerning Mordor. I can also predict how it will effect Spiritus-Mordor relationships rather well. I can only say that it's getting boring, Osiris should play a different record and Spiritus should just come out and say what they think regarding Spiritus-Mordor relations. Mordor isn't bothered either way.

I would say that mercy may be the best course of action in this case. Whilst the nation's name is regrettable, I don't believe the nation has the intent of glorifying Nazism.

The core information will be the same for everyone but there will be a degree of personalisation. Or, I could do it informally as a conversation.

Certainly, I can get a telegram set up for regular posters on the RMB to entice them to the forums.

I like the telegram, it has everything on it. It might be an idea to contain links to the IRC so that people can find it.
