  1. the green whiskey thing is pretty annoying if that makes you feel any better. I'm red/green color blind so I'm seriously against green anything...
  2. you weren't annoying at all DYP,
  3. if you don't like it leave Ike.
  4. Ike you'd have been gone too had I remembered your name.
  5. I should have left you in the RR, you're an idiot.
  6. I knew you could do it, as long as it wasn't on your phone.
  7. lol good question, are you goblin city in TWP? I think that was it. took you off the ban list, I figured you'd see why when I did it. *checks cormac for a sense of humor*
  8. some because of offensive slogans and I don't like them, the high influence nations will be next, there is a transition taking place and I am the executioner of the strategy
  9. The endo cap here is 70, not 10. I ran it without endorsement caps, BUT if anyone got over a magic number I sent them packing This is The West Pacific, you most certainly can mount an operation to overcome the Delegate, it is possible. RolHeath did it
  10. I am opposed to in game polls having any role what so ever with the forum government.
  11. rules are great, as long as they don't get in the way of doing the right thing
  12. can you send me a PM about how to find that option? I looked and looked. No hurry, I understand RL concerns have precedence.
  13. That is correct, should Tweedy decide that RL allows more time to participate here once again we will allow that. There won't be any opposition, I'm sure. If there is we will persuade them to adopt our point of view.
  14. I would never stand in the way of a compromise, I perceive a lack of compromise on that part of the author, thus my slash and burn answer.
  15. Thinking about you Westy. sometimes life sucks
  16. the forum government isn't in game, the military is in game, I'm just pointing out the (what I perceive as) lack of logic in your position. I'm telling you that if the 'forum govt' military opposed a position strongly held by me and I was Delegate I'd remove all of them from the region, permanently, and the forum govt could do as they wished with that result.
  17. If TWPs military is in rebellion against the Delegate they'll get banjected. Just like any other tawdry miscreant. If they're in rebellion then they aren't TWPs military but someone else's. If that's the case why have one at all? I have to agree with Vlagh, there is no legitimate role for the forum govt. with the military, it is solely a game function. If the Delegate wants to allow them to frolic without direction then I would defer to the Delegate, otherwise they need to follow the Delegate's orders or move somewhere else.
  18. The WA elects a Delegate, not a Counselor or legislator. Me thinks you don't understand the game Frat, the Delegate is the Ruler of the region. There is a HUGE difference between the forum government working with the Delegate toward a desired goal and ordering the Delegate to do something. Were you or the forum govt. to order me to do anything you'd be visiting Unibot in his fantasy world democracy, that you may depend upon.
  19. we've had 'defender' and 'invader' forces both in the same forum before here so I'm not saying I'm not still for anarchy. there was an 'invader' that supported me for Delegate back when, and when I didn't turn the region full out invader he was offended, thought he'd been double crossed. Actually I asked for his support, when he asked if I would support him, I said I wouldn't oppose him. There is a big difference in my mind between support and a lack of opposition. But other players not so much apparently. *shrugs* nuance can be important
  20. I would prefer that the Voice (nice terminology) would only express it's misgivings or recommendations (by a vote) about treaties that the Delegate may wish to enter into Surely any Delegate that wanted to maintain their position would work with the Voice to come up with a solution to any such issue without a vote in the first place. Likewise I would advocate that any in game military be ultimately subservient to the Delegate, if the Delegate so desires. But otherwise, I must say I'm quite impressed. Cormac you have done well with this.
