"Okay,first question?".  "Hello sir, I'm Razif from Olympic Council of Arifiyyah. So you will facing the United Adaikes FA,can you share to us a few progress about the team?"

Ong Kim Liau: Well yes,the boys had already started training a few weeks before coming here. Day by day, I see the chemistry between the players getting built up, their skills getting better. A week before Esferiad, we had a friendly with Arifiyyah Professional League All-Stars, and we won 6-0. From there I already judge all the players. I'm sure they can win this match. Next?

"I'm Magnolia from Bernama tv,just a short question,What is your target in this Esferiad, considering this is their first time performing on the Esferiad stage."

Ong Kim Liau: Erm yes,for sure our maximum target is winning the gold,be the champ. And the minimum is to qualify for the quarterfinals. But I am confident that this team will be able to challenge for gold, silver or bronze medals. If you look at our performance at the world cup as well, it's great. This is almost same like the world cup, the only difference is that there will be 3 teams that will get prizes, and I am confident and hope that Arifiyyah is one of the 3 countries.

"I have a question for HRH Muhammad Nazhim,as a captain,how do you see the performance and relation between your teammates now ?"

Muhammad Nazhim: For me,day by day they're doing and getting better and better. The team bonding camp before we come here really helping. They become closer like siblings. And i want to say we will do our best for first matchday.

Summer Esferiad Day 6

Greetings to all! We have reached the sixth day of the summer Esferiad. Without wasting time, we will bring you the report of the Arifiyyah athletes in Quoriv and Kharventhin.

We move to basketball event, Arifiyyah basketball team lose 62-80 to Fuentana after two won two matches. The national coach said that his men failed to show an excellent performance in this game because there were 2 players who were worried about their father who was lying in hospital, namely the brothers Halimie Saddiq and Hakimie Saddiq. "Yesterday, we got the news that the father of these 2 players, was admitted to the hospital due to heart disease. A few minutes ago,we got called that their father was fine but still under the hospital's watch. Indeed, yesterday's training, they both didn't seems very well."

There is Giovanniland,taking the first place with 9 gold,6 silver and 8 bronze,follow up by Blue Bubble with 7 gold,13 silver and 8 bronze. Seems like the hosts dominating the Esferiad! Meanwhile Arifiyyah,still with no medal.

It seems more and more Arifians are arriving in Quoriv, because tomorrow will be the start of the football event and of course they want to give support to the Orangutan Rangers. Good luck to the national football and field hockey squad, as well as the athletes that haven't compete yet.

Sultan Arif Nazhim Shah, Sultan Arifiyyah with his wife, Queen Isabella,arrived at the Dutchy Estate. Arriving there, he met and shake hand with Prince Marcarius of Saint Mark.

"It's been a long time since we met! Well, congrats on your achievement in the archery event, and also to your team of athletes who have already collected medals at the Esferiad. About the Trans-Auran electric railway project, of course my country will make efforts so that we can make this project a success. Our local automotive company, Arifiyyah Automobile, also make a 360 km/h electric trains will be very open to collaborating on this project."

Then, Sultan Arif and Queen Isabella meet with King James of Larxia. "Good to see you,your highness. Of course we will give support about the idea to establish the International Scientific Regulatory Body. Just want to say goodluck to your football team,and can't wait to see they in action!". 

 

Then they both chatting with the world leaders,talking about Esferiad,and other things. Kassakira Petrovikan,Mpitarika of Blue Bubble asked Queen Isabella, "Just wanted to congratulate you again on your marriage with Sultan Arif. If I'm not mistaken, that was the first and last time we met, right? 

"Thanks! Yes,that time was the first time,My husband who suggested coming here first, he is really interested in sports. As far as I know, he said there is a proposal to create a National Sports Development Program, which is a program to develop potential sports in Arifiyyah such as football, badminton and others. He will share with other leaders in case anyone is interested in his plan."

After almost an hour there, Sultan Arif and his wife wished to return to their hotel. "Allow me to give a speech before leaving. Thank you to the Leader of the Blue Bubble for bringing us together at this beautiful Dutchy Estate. I am so happy to meet you all today, chat about Esferiad and discuss international relations. SUMMER ESFERIAD DAY 4

 

Greetings to all! We have reached the fourth day of summer Esferiad 1421. Today, we bring you some current news about Arifiyyah Team.

Pandalela Renang and Nur Dhabitah failed to qualify for the 10m platform diving semifinals after being ranked 27th and 30th in the overall ranking. In the 200m breaststroke event, Lee Kuan was only in the semifinals and Albert Soffian was in the finals. Albert ranked 6th out of 8 athletes.

400m run, is not something to be happy about, but it is enough to make Arifians proud of Anuar Zain and Nur Zahirah after they qualified and ended the event in the semifinals.

 

We also have good news for you, the national basketball squad has successfully beat Fhaengshia 78-76 after Hamid Hamidon, the team's PG scored 3 pointers a few seconds before the end of the 4th quarter. The Arifiyyah Orangutans are now ranked 5th in the B team, apparently there is still a chance for our national team! "The boys worked very hard today, it seemed useful our training yesterday. Having won, I see the spirit of our team is increasing, I am confident they can do their best for the next match", commented from the national team coach.

It seems Blue Bubble really love winning,already grabbed 24 medals. Follow up by Hertfordshire and Jammbo with 6 gold,2 silver and 4 bronze. Meanwhile Arifiyyah still with no medal. We believe in a few more days, we will get at least a bronze medal.

SUMMER ESFERIAD DAY 3

Hello everyone, I report from Kharventhin, Blue Bubble. Another less exciting day for us, after still no medal collection. However, we congratulate the athletes who have been in action today.

Lee Kuan Cheng, Albert Soffian and Alicia Rozak have competed in the 200m backstroke. 2 of them failed to get past the heat stage while Kuan Cheng finished the competition in the semi -finals, finished 6th and failed to advance to the final.

As for Bryan Charasandran, he finished the high jump competition in 16th place. Congratulations to the 20 -year -old athlete.

And for the equestrian, Mizan Zainal Abidin, finished the competition in 9th place. "I apologize to all Arifians, I can do better, but I feel sick since yesterday. Although the sports minister himself gave me the green light to quit from this event, but I still want to compete in it for Arifiyyah".

3 athletes on the running track, and 2 of them finished the 100m run in the semi -finals 2.

Not forgetting also the national Basketball team, taking advantage of a day without competition with full -time training to surprise everyone. Luckily for us, the national team is now ranked 6th out of 7 after Tupmonia recorded a defeat to Nieubasria.

Blue Bubble looks serious in this Esferiad after successfully collecting 5 gold 7 silver and 6 bronze! Followed by Hertfordshire and Jammbo with 4 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze. while Arifiyyah has yet to have any medals. We hope a miracle happens to our athletes the next day, to be able to at least get one medal to our home.

SULTAN ARIFIYYAH ARRIVED IN GIOVANNILAND

A few hours ago, His Majesty Sultan Arif Nazhim Shah, King of Arifiyyah and Queen Isabella Nur Hudson arrived safely at Violet International Airport on a royal private plane. He was greeted by his own brother, HRH Muhammad Nazhim, crown prince of Arifiyyah and also the captain of the national football team,and with minister of youth and sports.

The duties of the head of state was handed over to Tan Sri Rais Zuhdi, the prime minister using the title of Emir,till 7 november. 

We also interviewed him after his majesty meet our national athletes

 

Reporter:Welcome to Giovanniland, Your Majesty. This is a surprise to us.

Sultan Arif:Thank you. Yes, my wife and I intend to surprise our athletes here. Actually we wanted to go on a regular plane ride with the Arifians, but my personal assistant told me to take a private plane as well. 

Reporter: I think I already know why your majesty is here. But just want to ask, why did your majesty come here?

Sultan Arif: Well,of course i come here to watch the Esferiad events. In here Kuoriv and also in Blue Bubble. This is the first time our country has participated in this prestigious competition. That's why i come here,and feel so excited about it.

reporter: We all know that you are also a national badminton champion, why didn't you join this Esferiad?

Sultan Arif:Yes, but maybe next year. This year, I didn't served as Sultan for one year yet, so I want to focus on the country things. Next year, I am sure I will try to be active in the badminton again.

reporter: What's the sport that Your Majesty would like to watch the most.

Sultan Arif:All of them. While there are already a few events that have come to an end, I congratulate them on the effort given. But the most wanted to watch are football, badminton and the cycling track. This is one of the sports that I believe Arifiyyah can compete with.

reporter: Lastly, we want to ask for words of encouragement from Your Majesty to our athletes.

Sultan Arif: I want to say fight to the end, be proud of our country. For athletes that have finished competing, you guys have done the best.

2ND DAY OF SUMMER ESFERIAD

 

Greetings everyone, the results of the second day have come out, 6 athletes and one Arifiyyah team have been in action.

Pandalela Renang and Nur Dhabitah competed in the 3m springboard diving event. Pandalela made it to the finals, and finished in 11th place. Meanwhile, Nur Dhabitah, the 18 -year -old national diver, failed to qualify for the semifinals after finished at 7th in heat 5.

For the 1500m free style swimming, Albert Soffian and Lee Kuan Cheng both failed to qualify for the semi-finals after finished at 5th and 7th in the heat. And also with Nabil Ahmad failed to qualify for the windsurfing final.

 

It was also an unfortunate day for the national basketball squad after once again losing to the H&J national squad with a final point of 85-67. The national squad is currently at the bottom of group B without any point. "So, these two games are very difficult for us. However, we still have a chance to get at least 1 victory. We will strive to get a victory for all Arifians",said the national team captain,

 

and this is the latest ranking of medals by country.

First Day of Esferiad summer

Good day, some events have taken place, some countries have already won medals, and Arifiyyah is still working for it. Our country also competed in 3 events today, that are individual archery,one-Person Dinghy Sailing and basketball.

For individual archery, Ahmad Shabery Cheek finished in 9/16 and Shakira Hanifa in 11/16, while Saipuddin Ali did not qualify for the finals.

For the sailing event, Nabil Ahmad finished in the final round in 9th place

 

 

for the Basketball event, the Arifiyyah Orangutans Squad lost 76-77 to the Nieubasria national squad and is currently in 4th place in group B

The host Blue Bubble is in first place with 1 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals, followed by Saint Mark with 1 gold one silver and one bronze. Arifiyyah is now in 10th place without a medal.

Greetings to all! I am Ahmed Al-Babu broadcast live from the athlete’s village, Kharventin, Blue Bubble. We will be broadcast live on a daily basis, featuring sporting events attended by Arifiyyah athletes. Today, we would also like to share with you what flags we will be using at this Games the formal attire of the athletes at the 1421 summer Esferiad opening ceremony.

For the flag that will be used, we will definitely use the Arifiyyah national flag, Kuning Megah (The Great Yellow).

And for clothing, our athletes will wear yellow blazers, green and black stripes, where yellow is the national color of Arifiyyah.

 

The Minister of Sports and Youth was also with the athletes at the Games. We wish good luck to the Arifiyyah athletes, fight with all your heart. And also good luck to the other countries that also joined this year's esferiad.

II SUMMER ESFERIAD FINAL PREPARATIONS

The official list of 84 national athletes who will compete in 49 events at the Quoriv and Kharventhin II Summer Esferiad on October 24 has been released through the official website and social media of the Arifiyyah Olympic Committee (AOC). We reviewed the final preparations before Esferiad started in a few weeks and had time to interview some of our athletes.

The Head of the National Contingent said in an interview, "As we know, this is the first time we have competed in this prestigious event, so we do not place high expectations on the athletes. However, there are some sports that are our medal targets, such as football, badminton. and a few more. " The National Athletes Team is expected to depart to Giovanniland in a few days.

Medina Arif-Today, the Minister of youth and sports along with the president of the Arifiyyah Basketball Association (ABA) officiated the National Basketball League at the ABA office. "The National Basketball League was established after the increase in basketball athletes, and also for the National Sports Development program so that we can produce world -class basketball athletes. This will also be the country's second largest sports entertainment after football."said ABA president in his speech.

In addition, there is also the Orangutan Cup as a national basketball trophy tournament.

ROAD TO TWP OLYMPICS 1421

This morning, we accompanied the Minister of youth and sports, YB Tuan Isma Daniel to Medina Arif Sports City to review the preparations for the TWP Olympics which will be held soon. He said, "we have made initial preparations because this is the first time Arifiyyah will compete in this prestigious sporting event. We still do not know who will host this eventand when will it will be held, however we want them (athletes) to be ready from the beginning".

Arifiyyah number 1 men's singles badminton player, Lee Chow Yee, said he was confident that he would meet a very challenging opponent and would work hard to win a medal in the event.

We as citizens of Arifiyyah pray for the success of the athletes on the Olympic stage which will take place soon.

POLITICS: AMANAH JOINS PHA

 

National Trust Party(Parti Amanah Negara) signed a joint agreement with People's Hope Alliance (Pakatan Harapan Rakyat) at Harapan Tower yesterday. The AMANAH party president said he was confident of the PHA's direction and would help them in the next general election. The PHA president said, "We are the ones who offered the coalition to them, and they have accepted it. I am confident we will get an increase in seats in parliament whether we become the government or the opposition".

For everyone's knowledge, parliament is expected to be dissolved on August 20.

Dollah: The next ceremony, before the ceremony disperses, is the ceremony to present souvenirs to leaders and representatives of foreign countries as an appreciation for being willing to attend.
