  1. Really. Unfortunately, your 'very good authority' is just a bunch of morons from another online game in which this joke was initially made for lulz. I believe the joke/meme was 'prove there is no rust on this fine automobile'. Again, not very funny or accurate then, still not funny now eight years later. As far as my abilities are concerned, I don't believe anyone that instantly results to (erroneous) ad hominem attacks, name calling and vulgarities is qualified to judge them. But good try. OOC: I worked for Toyota (the largest car manufacturer in the world in case you have never heard of it) for 12 years and was in their financial division. I never sold cars, new or used. And I am currently working on my PhD at one of the top rated universities in the world. But yes, please feel free to insinuate that I am some sort of abject moron. Whatever makes you feel better about yourself.
  2. That is true. Good thing I am not, nor was I ever, a 'second hand car salesman'. Good job recycling a bad joke from 2006 that wasn't even funny then. Your intellectual abilities always astound me.
  3. AstroEmpires?
  4. Yes, I did see you posting. I moved to the UK. Mostly for the weather. BBD is over here so the warm breezes just keep coming.
  5. Yeah, I can see you getting off on playing at being a transgender.
  6. I find this humorous.
  7. Welcome back to The West Pacific. Everyone here is so nice.
  8. Me too. After all, this is the region that flipped out over a smilie. What else would we do?
  9. I thought it was masterfully handled.
  10. Thank you. As one that is accustomed to universal love and acceptance in every region in which I have ever taken part in the governance it is not unexpected. I would not agree with that decision. It has been my experience that political agendas are like a candle in the wind (to quote BBD's favorite artist), here today, gone tomorrow. Considering that I have know many in WECA for going on a decade now (God, really?) I am more than willing to bet that most of them would be willing to bury the hatchet (in my back) and allow you to work with them as part of the solution instead of the problem.
  11. Well, I support the WECA because the Delegate supports it, but I too oppose chocolate. Chocolate, like a cookie, is for fat people.
  12. Right. But, if the Delegate endorses WECA, which is would seem it does based upon the vast majority of Imperium government placements (you being a notable exception of course) then wouldn't it be more prudent to join the WECA and work for reform from within? I support the sitting Delegate but if I wish to influence Westwind then standing on the sidelines and yelling doesn't seem to be the best methodology. At least in my experience such practices have proven ineffective.
  13. If this is the party that supports the position of the sitting Delegate then That Called the Vlagh wishes to join. I would prefer to bypass the chocolate uniform if I may.
  14. So, I am interested in this concept. You guys oppose the government which is supported by the Delegate and have decided to base that opposition here on the boards which are also governed by the Delegate and the Delegate's supporters? Odd.
  15. Why do you hurt the ones you love?
  16. There are very, very few nations that I consider old friends in the Nation States world. You are one of them - although this incarnation never actually had dealings with you. Hello.
  17. Thanks. But I thought that was a universal feeling. Doesn't everyone miss me while I am away?
  18. I think you should keep it up. Provides something new.
  19. Hi Tweedy. I still have this from (I think) 2004 from you: Indeed. Still footing the bill for these guys I see.
  20. My good friend, BBD, said that I should sign up here because he has missed me so very, very much. Also, hello.
