  6. Uh I got an appointment then... can it make it next Thursday?
  7. ESTA VIVO!!!! ESTA VIVO!!!! JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJA!
  8. DO not hit your head against the wall. We can hit Yy4u's head and let you do the thinking, boss
  9. Can BBD and ELI both be masked / tagges as current GUARDIANS (they've been rehired). They'll also need access to the Echo Chamber please
  10. That makes sense... hmmm... Is not a bad idea... Perhaps if guy A is interested in group A, he could volunteer to help ONLY on that
  11. Afterthought: Perhaps we could make round robins on HOW to ENACT ideas???? it may not be that one can do it, but a team could come up with it? With the actual way to MAKE things HAPPEN?
  12. No, you are actually TOTALLY WRONG. I'm asking for ACTION PLANS to implement ideas... Many of the ideas Hari mentiones I've also had them. But an idea is just a puff of smoke unless we can design a way to TURN IT INTO REALITY. See the groups idea for example: is there anything BLOCKING or PREVENTING it from happening? No. Then why does it not happens naturally? Several possibilities: people is uninterested, or a driving individual is needed, or perhaps they just don't feel like doing it here. This are JUST three options. Can you provide a solution to each possible scenario? Or an approach on how to identify which of them really is preventing this from occurring? What I'm saying is: Don't just mention ideas: turn them into plans, executable actions that can actually be TRIED instead of just words that can only be discussed. See my point? Also, drop the attitude please Malv. I don't hate you or dislike you, so is getting boring mate.
  13. The on-site government is the Delegate and his Guardians... Did you perhaps meant dissolve the OFF-SITE government?? And in any case, neither is not even remotely similar to The Pacific that has not only a very strong on-site government and a very strong off-site structure as well, based on regions and very active departments... Make sure you fact-check the stuff you say about other regions, our forums are fairly open for everyone to read and I dislike offending other regions due to lack of care when speaking.... Those can exist in the off-site (forum) without any issue. They actually exist already in the form of threads that people follows. This CAN'T be taken to the on-site cuz in the on-site there are 3 simple categories: Delegates and ROs, WA nations that are neither of those, and non WA Nations. And how are you proposing that is implemented? What stops them from existing now? This is no change tbh... Again, what prevents this from happening now and how is it different to the current status? I don't think the base of your idea is bad, but again, the off-site is already free enough for this to happen and is NOT happening, can you identify the root cause of why is not and how would you make it happen? I do think that dissolving the off-site government, if we are not really using it, is a good first step and simply run on the on-site government.
  14. I'd hate us to use something like that. WHy don't you guys reach out to Yy4u and see if he can come up with a stamp to represent TWP? Also, I've never been to any of the World Fairs, so I thank you guys for taking point on this
  15. This basically. I'd really rather have something ingrained in the in-game to be left out of this proposal, Dali.
  16. Holidays Traditions in the Elegarthian Empire As a foreword, please know and understand that the Elegarthian Empire is the free-form government federation of nations who have been founded by The Seeker of Power, also known as Elegarth the First, ruler of The Seeker of Power. This includes: - The NPO’s original nation of The Seeker of Power. - The West Pacifican Delegarth Nation of Elegarth. - The North Pacifican Democracy of Deslim the Recruiter. - The South Pacifican Guide-Writing Anarth the Journalist - The East Pacifican Rebel of Raegarth the Conqueror - The TRR Self-Indulgent Rejectedgarth the Handsome. - The Wandering and Lonesome Tuki. All these nations share the same traditions, as dictated by Elegarth the First. All of them are funded by the state, when required. The Secular Holiday Mandate. No festivity is based on a religious belief. All religious beliefs are allowed in the privacy of the Elegarthian’s Homes, but frowned upon on public areas: religions are a matter of spiritual and personal growth, for those who choose it. The Family Holiday Principle. On Dec 15th, the paid Holiday starts and all institutions not related to national security and health (like the police, fire-stations, and hospitals) stop working. Those who work for the institutions that do not stop working receive double pay for each worked day. The Holidays go from the Dec 15th to Jan 2nd. People is encouraged to spend their days off with their families and neighbors. Community work is also performed during these days. The Good Neighbors Dinners. Community centers, big houses and educational centers are open up for the communities to celebrate communal dinners; everyone is invited regardless of social status or economical capacity, to be a part of the celebration, each person needs to collaborate with something to eat, enough to share with a least one more person. Homeless or unemployed individuals are covered by the state. The Holiday’s Debt Collection. On Dec 1st, all banking institutions exchange any overdue debts for community work, so that people whose debts are going out of control can work their debts out by giving back to the community, during the Dec 15th to Jan 2nd period. Besides these, the people has kept the gift giving tradition alive, but culturally speaking it is not mandated. However, there is an overall preference for hand-made gifts that truly reflect the effort personally placed upon the creation of the gift. Typically, families give gifts to their neighbors and friends alike. Also, the state funds gifts of new clothes for unemployed and homeless individuals. Decorations in homes can be whatever the individuals desire to use. Public buildings and streets are decorated with lights and colors, reminiscent of winter season, nature, and the sun, moon and stars. Religious or commercially imposed decorations are avoided.
  17. That is part of the original charter and I'd rather not remove it: we once had to see the region freeze due to run-off elections that ended tied twice, and a third one would have meant over a month voting and doing nothing :S
  18. You mean In Character? My old nation The Seeker of Power used to have a history about traditions... I could change it to Elegarth's
  19. Technically, the right to rebellion is BEYOND the constitution and charter, since it is a right in-game: any region is allowed to rebel to its sitting delegate and try to take it off, as the delegate is allowed to try to hold to its seat, all within Max's rules. There was no clause of rebellion when we rebelled against URAP and there is no need to create one: it is a game coded right of any region and its population. My suggestion: I really like your # 7. No commens in your other changes. As Dali says, you'd become a Minister should this pass, and be both under the shared supervision of the Advocate, who is sort of a prime minister if you may, and head of the legislative voice, and the Delegate.
  20. If NPS indeed participated as part of the DEN team, we may as well elevate the decision to our judiciary system, which is flexible enough to simply be called to act. I do like to point out this attitude is troublesome, Malv: If you have FACTs, then just show them and I'm sure the advocate can simply put this in the hands of our judiciary articles, without anyone throwing a tantrum...
