"Well done lads, that was a good win in the first match, I was impressed with you overall efforts on the field," said the manager Eddie Hansen in post match address to the team.
"Yes very well done lads, you executed stuck to the game-plans and executed them just as we intended. If you keep this up, we will be one of the teams to beat in this World Cup," said Coach James Mario, as Felix Cage nodded in agreement.
"The coaches are right. We've done really well, and converted the amazing training ground performance to a great match effort. Though we must not get complacent now, it's just the first match, and we're here to win!! What are we here for??" Captain Kirk said with all his heart in a bid to increase the spirits even further.
"We're here to win!!" the team replied.
"I can't hear you!! WHAT ARE WE HERE FOR??"
"WE'RE HERE TO WIN!!!!"
"THAT'S RIGHT, SO LETS ENJOY THIS WIN AND WORK ON OUR NEXT GAME AGAINST HANITA GRASCE."
"YES LETS GO," the team shouted as they prepared to leave for the hotel, spirits at an all time high.
"Get to the hotel and get in some rest. We will study how the Hanita Grascean National Team plays, and Kirk, you'll have an analysis of the team first thing tomorrow, go through it and convey everything to the team. Am I clear?"
"Yes Sir!! LET'S TRAIN FOR THE CUP LADS!!"

Zoran- Rugby fever has hit the world as the nations prepare for the much anticipated, Third Rugby World Cup, being hosted by the rebuilding nation of Zoran. The 3rd edition of the Rugby World Cup is all set to kick-off from 9th February, 1422. The live coverage of the Rugby World Cup is brought to you by Falconel Sports, your one stop for anything Rugby, in collaboration with our partners from Min-Su, The MBS Network.
And Ohhh! Do we predict a spicy group stage for Larxia, as they're drawn against the likes of the pretty neutral continent-mates Hertfordshire & Jammbo, a really great friend Blue Bubble, we haven't had that much exposure on the international stage with them Hanita Grasce, and we're not sure what is going on Giovanniland. While good friends, Min-Su have been drawn in Group D alongside United Adaikes, Cambria, Qostaoye and Nagaraningrad.

Leo Rugiet- We will be coming live for our group stage matches from the beautiful city of Leo Rugiet. The architecture, and the sculptures in this here city are truly breath-taking. The diversity of the past Saint Markan colonists and the native Zoranians is quite prominent, yet quite infused into one another. This city is a true example of how a benevolent colonist can actually bring about good change in a country. And when you look at the breathtaking Markanus Stadium, which will be home to the Larxian Team, the players are definitely going to enjoy playing here, as Larxia takes on Blue Bubble in their first match of 3rd Rugby World Cup. Larxia have participated in the previous edition of the RWC, but this is Blue Bubble's first appearance in the RWC, so they are an unscouted bunch. 9th February 1422, 9:00 PM,
"Janice, make preparations for my visit to Zoran for the World Cup, Mackenzie, Dominic and Jamie will be travelling with me as well," The King told his relatively newly appointed assistant, Janice Lopez.
"Right away Sir. I will also get the staff in the Estate to prepare for Your Majesty's arrival," Janice replied.
During this conversation, Prince Dominic, along with Prince Sergio entered the King's office.
"What are we talking about brother?" Prince Dominic queried.
"Oh, nothing much, just asking Janice to make preparations for our visit to Zoran. It will be very interesting to see first-hand, how they have been rebuilding their country. We did provide some assistance to them for the same," King James answered.
"I wanna go to Zoran too!! I haven't met Atsil in such a long time," cried out 13-year old, Princess Georgina, as she sat in the King's empty chair.
"You know I can't say no to you my lovely sister (imagine this but with a little more brotherly love tone)," the King said, "Janice, please make preparations for Gio as well."
"Right away your majesty, I will have everything in order. May I take you leave now?" Janice asked politely as she bowed towards the exit.
"Sure, good-bye,"the King replied.
"So are we excited to go to Zoran," the King asked Princess Gio, "You must be excited to meet Atsil. To be truthful, even I haven't met her since her nation descended into chaos. Dominic, you have been coordinating with Waholi and her, tell me, how has she been."
"I don't know, I guess she has been acting pretty usually, though I feel like somewhere deep down in heart, she feels a little responsible for what happened in Zoran, like it happened because of her," Prince Dominic replied.
"She has always been strong like her father, I'm sure she will be one of the greatest rulers Zoran has ever seen," the King remarked.

Future of Power Generation?

Nexillia- A young start-up, called Wattstep Inc., founded in 1420, by the then 19 year-old engineering student, Jay Adhikari, recently secured their Series C funding, receiving Σ75 million ($141.5 million) for 18.5% stake in his company, at a valuation of roughly Σ405.405 million ($764.915 million), from the biggest Venture Capitalist company in Larxia, New Larxia Holdings. At this valuation, Wattstep Inc. saw one of the highest ever Series C funding rounds in the recent years.
Why was this company valued so highly in just 2 years?
Well, the answer is simple. Adhikari created a solution for alternative production of energy in a bid to reduce Larxia's, and eventually the world's dependence on coal and nuclear power plants. As the world moves towards Electric Vehicles, our dependence on electricity will be even more amplified. While there are good alternative sources like Solar Energy, Wind Energy, etc., but the Solar or Wind farms occupy a lot of space that not many countries can spare, forcing them to depend on conventional methods of energy production like coal and nuclear plants. Adhikari found a solution for that. He developed a technology which goes under the roads, and generates electricity from the friction between the vehicles and the roads, or the the friction caused due to a person walking.
Why this valuation?
Until now, Adhikari had only supplied this technology in small, private projects, awarded to him by private corporations to make their office campuses as eco-friendly and self-sustainable as possible. Following his success in these private contracts, the company, Wattstep Inc. came into the periphery of King James, who has been trying to create an ecologically sound Larxia. He immediately talked with the executives of NLH in the next board meeting and convinced them to invest in this promising company. Wattstep Inc. was also awarded a Σ3 billion contract of revamping the power structuring of the Nexillia Metro in accordance with the Nexillia Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA). This power generating technology will be fitted in the walkways and staircases of the Nexillia Metro, hoping to make the Nexilia Metro network self-sustaining. Further contracts are expected to be awarded to the company based on the success of the Nexillia Metro Eco-Fitting Project.
Needless to say, both Wattstep Inc. and Jay Adhikari have a bright green future ahead of themselves, as visionary entrepreneur Elon Dusk, the owner of Teslar, the biggest Electric Vehicle manufacturer in the whole world, has shown interest in working with Wattstep Inc., and Adhikari.

With the recent increase in passport fraud across the Esferos, I, King James of Larxia, with the backing of the Royal Council, hereby declare my support for this venture. The new passports are expected to be brought into use by the population by the fourth quarter of the year 1422.

The King entered a sleek black armoured SUV in the middle of a 4 vehicle motorcade, with Prince Dominic and his trusted aide Jamie Marshall alongside him. He was quite confident about meeting the other leaders, but he was a little nervous as well, considering what had happened with that news anchor, Mario Diaz, or Ruiz or something. He was worried that many major political players would be offended, especially one of his closest friends, Prince Marcarius. He was worried whether the nation leaders would try to understand what happened and try to overlook what happened yesterday.
It was quite evident that something was troubling King James. So Prince Dominic tried to ask him about what was bothering him. The King replied, saying that he was worried after the Mario incident, and felt that the leaders would not give enough respect to his words in the meeting after that debacle. The Prince knew how serious of a problem that was, so he tried to reassure the King, reminding him that they had contacted the studio on the Mario situation, and the studio would give them an update very soon.
The King spent the rest of the drive in silence, as the motorcade whisked him to the Duchy Estate. At the Estate, Marshall announced the guests to the guard at the Duchy Estate. "His Majesty, King James of Larxia, accompanied by His Highness, Prince Dominic and myself, Sir Jamie Marshall." The King nodded politely to the guard as he let them through.
The King noticed that quite a few heads of states had already arrived as he entered the main hall. The first one to greet the King was the Mpitarika of Blue Bubble. "This is a really amazing Estate! It makes me want to buy an estate in Blue Bubble. The Esferiads have been treating you well. You must be proud of the work your athletes have put in the Games, rising above the set expectations. You already know Dominic, and this is my trusted aide Jamie Marshall." The King then turned towards Meklit Guntur, "Hello Meklit? Guntur. Meklit Guntur, nice to meet you, quite an amazing performance in Esferiads huh. Congratulations on the bronze medal. Meet the Foreign Affairs Minister of Larxia, my brother, Prince Dominic, I am sure the two of you will get along well, and I hope Larxia and Blue Bubble will be even stronger allies than before
The King then proceeded to mingle with the other leaders, the first one being Prince Marcarius Halohin of Saint Mark. "Marcarius! It's been a long time, how have you been? That is great to hear. I'm fine as well, You already know my brother, Dominic, and this is Jamie, my closest aide. Oh! And sorry about that news broadcaster, I am looking into that matter," the King said, as he plucked a flute of champagne off the tray as a waiter offered a wide selection of drinks, " This estate sure is beautiful isn't it? I know! Makes we want to buy an estate of my own in this nation. Hey, I was wondering if our nations should collaborate and possibly sign an initial trade treaty. We can take it forward as convenient after a review of the benefits. On a side note, I was wondering if you would be open to joining an Internation Scientific Regulatory Body. It is a good initiative that is sure to benefit Saint Mark as well. The monarchs of the world have got to stick together. Alright I'll see you again, I'll meet some other leaders as well. Sure see you later."
The King then approached Sultan Arif Nazhim and his wife Isabella. "Arif and Isabella! How have you guys been. It's been a long time since we meant. yes, I believe the last time we met was when our parents were still the monarchs. I have been talking to some leaders here about establishing an International Scientific Regulatory Body, and was hoping that you would support such a positive and constructive initiative that will only improve the infrastructure and the standards living around the world. It was really good to meet you. I'll go and try to drum up further interest in the Scientific Body. Let us try to meet again soon. Bye Arif, Isabella."
The King, accompanied by Jamie Marshall, continued to talk to the leaders, trying to drum up interest and hopefully get a few members into the Science Body straight off the bat. Prince Dominic also talked to some of the leaders trying to get a trade treaty in here or there, and selling the Science Body in the best way possible to the world leaders.

October 27th, 1421
Mario: Welcome viewers to Day 3 of the Esferiad news. Today we will cover the happenings in the Esferiads over in Quoriv and Kharventhin, as Larxia managed to win another 2 medals, once again a gold and a bronze. I will pass it over to Natasha Diaz, who will bring you news from Quoriv. Over to you Nat.
Natasha: Thanks Mario. Hello viewers, welcome back to Quoriv, as our athletes duke it out against athletes from all over the Esferos for the prestigious Esferiad medals. In the 100 m Run, athletes Florence Carter, Chris Davies and Paula Pryce managed to qualify for the semi-finals, which saw the elimination of Pryce, as Davies and Carter made it into the finals. Both of them finished at the exact second, finishing at 11.01, but Davies was unlucky, as he was a tad bit late than Carter, missing out narrowly on a Bronze, or maybe even a joint bronze. High Jump athletes Dani Levante and Austin McMop, both qualified for the finals, but they weren't able to finish in the top three. Tennis! Tennis is where it was a good for Larxia. Tennis Start Rafael Nodial went all the way and won a well-deserved gold in the Tennis Singles Event. Emma Williams also came close to glory of her own as she barely lost to United Adaikes' Lacey John. In Baseball, Larxia handily defeated Fuentana 10 runs to 6 as Larxia go top of Group B. There was no Basketball match for Larxia today, as this was a rest day for the Larxian team. That is all there is to report in Quoriv. Back to you Mario.

In other exciting news surrounding the Esferiads and Larxia, the leader of Blue Bubble, Mpatrika Kassakira Petrovikan has invited nation leaders from across the world, and give them an opportunity to network with other powerful people. King James is said to be attending the meeting along with his brother, Prince Dominic. Other leaders who are expected to attend the meeting in Kharventhin are Santo-Dominian heiress, Carnot Golberg, Hertfordians leaders Presizent Clarksov and Mecislaaves of Doben, Giobannilangian PM Amore Gilbrek and Prince Marsarius of Saint Mars. Jamie: Are you okay Mario? Well, thanks anyways. I'll be taking over for the news for Kharventhin. Larxia had an average time here in Kharventhin. Marta Diaz our very own Nat's sister, managed to qualify for the finals of the 200 m Backstroke, but lost a medal position by 40 seconds finishing behind 3rd placed Ethel Merman from Saint Mark. In case of Trap Shooting, there was no Larxian representation in the finals of the event. The Water Polo team had a good day in the office as they beat the team from Teralyon 10-6, making their way to the 2nd spot in Group B. It was a day of rest for the beach volleyball duo of Garcia and Velasco, as the other 4 teams in the group battled it out today. That was all for the results of Day 3 in Kharventhin, though i believe tomorrow there will be a lot more to report on tomorrow as the leaders will sit down for a formal meeting in the Duchy Estate here in Kharventhin. I am very delighted at being invited to the formal meeting being hosted by you in the Duchy Estate of Kharventhin. It will be a good opportunity to talk to the world leaders and improve Larxia's network.
I am writing this letter to you to personally confirm my attendance for this event, and look forward to talking to you soon. My brother, Prince Dominic, who you might also know as the Foreign Affairs Minister of Larxia, will also be in attendance for this event.

October 26th, 1421
Mario: Welcome ladies and gentlemen, to the Larxian Esferiad Show, I am Mario Ruiz and we bring to you updates from Quoriv and Kharventhin, where the Esferiads are being hosted. As all of you are aware, Larxia had a pretty good 1st Day, but the fortunes of our athletes didn't favour them on the Day 2 of the Esferiads. Well we can't change what happened, but we will continue to support our athletes through thick and thin, and athletes, if you're watching this, all of us here in Larxia are very proud of how you are performing and representing Larxia on the international stage. Now I will pass the time to Natasha, who will get you the news from Quoriv. Over to you Nat.
Natasha: Thank you Mario. The second day of the Esferiads were a complete opposite to what happened on the first day. Our Equestrian Dressage team managed to secure qualification, but came in 6th in the final round, losing a medal in the process. The Tennis Singles event was one of the best things to happen to Larxia on Day 2 as all of the athletes from Larxia comfortably qualified for the next round. Larxia fell to a close defeat at the hands of the Andolian neighbours, H&J, losing a mere 6-5 loss. The Basketball team on the other hand was handily defeated by the Cambrians, 81-66. Even after this result, Larxia sits 3rd in the group out of 7 teams. That is all for Larxia in Quoriv. Back to you Mario.

Jamie: Thanks dude. Now to the news in Kharventhin. The 3 m Springboard event was one to forget for the athletes, as only Jake Kidd managed to make it to the Semi-finals, where he ended up missing qualification, so Larxia had no representation in the 3 m Springboard finals. The 1500 m Freestyle Swim also saw no representation of Larxia in the finals, as every swimmer of the Larxian contingent failed to secure qualification, with Marcus Alejandro being the best performer for the nation. Well, onwards and upwards for the swimmers, as they will be looking to improve on their performance in this event. Larxian shooters Drake Maxwell and Hana Lee also failed to qualify in the 10 m Air Rifle event. We wish them the best for their future events and they will be training hard as well. The Larxian Water Polo team had a good day in the office as they handily defeated co-hosts Giovanniland 11-5. And the Beach volleyball duo of Garcia and Velasco fell to another defeat in their group drawings. Needless to say, they will have to step up and give it their all if they wish to qualify to the later stages of Esferiads. That is basically it for news in Kharventhin. Mario: Thank you Jamie. As things stand, right now Larxia has won a gold medal and a bronze medal, putting us at the 7th position in the Medal tally. The athletes will be working very hard for the remaining days, and we suggest that the people turn up to support our athletes. October 25th, 1421
Mario: Greetings fellow Larxians, I am Mario Ruiz, and I bring you the news of Esferiad currently being hosted by Giovanniland and Blue Bubble. I believe that most of y'all have been following the Esferiad Games live, on our sister-channels LSPN 1 through 4. If you're not watching the live telecasts, and need a short summary of what happened, you are in the right place. The first day of the Esferiad was quite eventful for nations like Larxia, Blue Bubble, Saint Mark. Blue Bubble, the co-hosts of the competition started the Esferiads with a big haul of 5 medals on Day 1. Saint Mark had a haul of 3 medals, while Larxia, Nieubasria and Santos-Dominius added two medals to their tallies, with the three nations winning a gold medal and a bronze medal each. Onto news regarding Larxia, we won a gold, which was brought to us by Michael Phillip, who in doing so, also equalled the Esferic record for 200 m Freestyle Swim. Isn't that an achievement to be proud of. This was the 19 year-old's first Esferiad appearance, and he managed to snag a gold in his primary event. Needless to say, all eyes will be on him as we will see him in action in the other swimming events. Our on-location crew tried to get an interview with Phillip, but he replied that he could not come on air as he had to practice for the remaining events, but has promised us time after the Esferiads have culminated. Our other medal came in Artistic Swimming. You could see the amazing coordination between the team-mates. This event also saw the first Gold-Medal tie of the II Esferiad, between Nieubasria and Santos-Dominius. I will now pass over the "torch"(exaggerated air quotes) to Natasha Diaz in Quoriv. Over to your Nat.
Natasha: Thank you Mario, I'm here in Quoriv, where Larxian fans have flocked to the stadiums to support our athletes. You could see atleast one Larxian flag every 2-3 rows of stands. The turnout has been completely overwhelming, and the athetes have shown in their performanes, how much the supporters' presence means to them. Moving onto the status of the competition here in Quoriv, the Larxian Baseball team managed to overcome the team from United Adaikes, in a close match, ending 5-2. The Basketball team also managed to handily defeat their counterparts from Fujai 75-51. Archery was a little underwhelming for our nation, as archer Alex Garcia fell short of qualification by one position. That is all the news related to Larxia here in Quoriv. Back to you Mario.
Mario: Thank you Nat. Now we will move onto the events taking place in Kharventhin. The report in Kharventhin will be brought to you by our on-field team, led by my colleague, Jamie Olivier. Over to you Ollie.
Jamie: Thanks a lot Mario, and welcome to Kharventhin, where our very own Michael Phillip has tied the Esferic record for the 200 m Freestyle Swim. It is definitely a moment to be proud of, as a Larxian has made a mark in the history books of the sport. Also, both the medals won by Larxia on Day 1 were won here, in Kharventhin. It would seem that our treaty and friendship with the Glenpavians is our lucky charm. In other news in Kharventhin, the Beach Volleyball duo of Davide Garcia and Max Velasco lost a close defeat to the duo from Teralyon, losing both sets 21-19. Considering how close this match was, I would say that our dynamic duo have a really good chance of making a comeback. In the 10 m Air Pistol event, Larxia's Riley Brooks lost out on qualifying for the finals even though she had the same amount of points as the last qualifying person, Nine Leiffson from Dalimbar. We do not have the full knowledge as to what the rules are in case of something like this, but Riley has accepted what has happened with her, and is looking towards the future, probably making sure she qualifies safely, so such a situation doesn't arise again. Our Water Polo team suffered a really close defeat to the Cambrians, losing 8-6, which is not that bad. They definitely have a shot at qualification. Mario: Greetings fellow Larxians, I am Mario Ruiz of Larxia Times, and I will be your host for the duration of the Esferiad Games. I will be bringing you news from the LT Studio here in New Larxia, while my colleagues, Natasha Diaz and Jamie Olivier will be bringing news about the Esferiad from Quoriv and Kharventhin respectively. This show is brought to you in association with the Comité de Esferiad de Larxia.
Mario: I will now hand over the broadcast to Natasha in Quoriv. Over to you Nat.
Natasha: Thank you Mario. Greetings Larxians, I am Natasha Diaz, and I will be bringing you live news about the Esferiad and the Larxian delegation from Quoriv. The Larxian delegation has just landed in Quoriv and a are making their way towards the Quoriv Esferiad Village to freshen up before the Opening Ceremony. His Royal Highness, King James has also travelled all the way to Giovanniland to be a part of the Opening festivities of the Esferiad! We have reports stating that Leo Messy and my lovely sister, Marta Diaz have been announced as the flag-bearers and the leaders of the Larxian delegation. The complete delegation is in Quoriv right now, and they will be divided after the Opening Ceremony, as the athletes who will be participating in the sports hosted by Kharventhin will make their way to the Kharventhin Esferiad Village. We also found out what the Larxian delegation will be wearing in the Opening Ceremony. It should be on the screen right about now.
Natasha: I have also seen a lot of Larxian fans flocking to Quoriv and Kharventhin to watch the Games and support our athletes with extreme fervour, like extremely extreme fervour. It's so contagious, like I can't, I just can't. It is totally....

Quantum Stealth is the way Forward

New Larxia- A sub-division of the Defense Research and Development Agency(DRDA), in association with Military Industry Giants, Falcon Industries, have successfully created a new material that the lead scientists behind this project have named 'Quantum Stealth'.
DRDA, the agency responsible for the military research was established in 1327, when the then King of Larxia, along with the President and the Parliament, decided that Larxia needed to make its own mark and spearhead the military research internationally. Since then, the DRDA has been one of the front-running agencies in terms of military research, collaborating mainly with the Larxian Military Industry, with Falcon Industries being one of the most common partners in research. Only the very few trusted officials know where the DRDA is situated.
The DRDA and the Falcon Industries have been working on this project for about fifteen years. This project was initiated by the previous King during the last few years of his reign, hoping to make a final mark on the history of Larxia. Unfortunately he is not able to see the success of this project that was so very important to his heart.
'Quantum Stealth', as named by the lead scientists and engineers, is a lab-created material that can make a human or entire buildings completely invisible to the observer by using the laws of Optical Physics. When you place it in front of what you want to hide, it makes it completely invisible by bending light waves around the object that is to be hidden. This material is also called the 'Invisibilty Cloak'.
While the material itself is still in prototyping stage, initial tests have shown positive results, with the Cloak being able to hide things from a bike helmet, to a full grown man. Further testing is set to begin by the end of September, wherein it will be tested for the larger military equipments like Tanks, APCs and Jets. The team from Falcon Industries and DRDA is very close to acquiring an international patent for the material, following which it will be mass produced for the Larxian military and the other militaries.
The Quantum Stealth Material is also said to be able to steer mechanical wave energy around the objects behind the cloak, protecting them from blasts, shockwaves, earthquakes or any other kind of vibrations. The team that developed the material will now be attempting to make suits that can be worn by the soldiers in a field of war.
We were only able to report a small article on this very interesting subject because we are not aware of the schematics or the more secret information pertaining to the project. The information we have is strictly Civilian-level information, and the important stuff is kept under strict supervision to make sure nothing of note is leaked to the enemies of state.

Medical Research reaches new heights

New Larxia- History was made on 25th July 1421, as a team at one of the most premier hospitals and medical institutes in Larxia, The Brookes Memorial Hospital, in partnership with the bio-technology firm, Aoxes Biotech, as they successfully transplanted a 3D printed organ in a patient, without any complications.
The Brookes Memorial Hospital and Medical University, founded in 1271, was previously called the Exodus Hospital. It was renamed in 1309, named after Dr. Maria Brookes, 7 years after her demise. Dr. Maria Brookes was the first female surgeon of Larxia, who had practised her entire life in the Exodus Hospital. That was why the Hospital was renamed to pay a tribute to her.
Aoxes Biotech was founded in 1392 by Antoni Kruschev. Kruschev founded the company because he was passionate about advancing the medical stature of Larxia, and humans as a whole. Though Kruschev is still the CEO of the company, he sold majority shares of the firm to billionaire Elon Dusk in 1405. Since then Aoxes Biotech has been majorly owned by Elon Dusk, while Kruschev retained some shares for himself. After the company was acquired by Dusk, he worked to make sure this company not only made it to the biggest league, but the company would be one of the leading global medical research firms.
After extensive research, with almost Σ1 Billion spent to perfect the formulas, and make sure that the 3D printed organs won't have any adverse effects when they eventually moved to transplantation, on the 25th of July, 1421, a successful transplantation of the pancreas took place in the Brookes Memorial Hospital. The patient was also kept under observation for a week, after he which he was discharged from the hospital, completely fit, and healthy.
What is the Pancreas, and why is it so important?
Pancreas is an organ located in the abdomen region of your body. It is right below the stomach and plays an essential role in the digestion of foods. There are two types of gland, exocrine gland, which secretes hormones into the bloodstream through a duct, and the endocrine gland, which secretes hormones to the bloodstream directly, without the presence of connecting ducts. Now normally a gland is either exocrine or endocrine, but the Pancreas is both, and endocrine and an exocrine gland (or mixed gland). Now the Pancreas is very important as it secretes Insulin and Glucagon, which are very important for the body. A lack of Insulin or Glucagon can result in different forms of Diabetes depending on which hormone is deficient. This is the reason why Pancreas is so important, and also why this advancement in medical research is so significant.
Why is it so significant?
It is very significant. If you look at the financial aspects, the cost of transplanting a real Kidney in a patient is more than Σ165,000, while the 3D bioprinter, the printer used to create the 3D printed organs, can cost as little as Σ6,000. This is expected to drop even further as technology evolves over the coming years. This will be very feasible for the hospitals, and subsequently cheaper for the patient, and the wait-list to get an organ will also be somewhat reduced, which is sure to shake up the Healthcare sector.
How will it affect the Healthcare Industry?3D printers have successfully recreated complex body parts such as blood vessels, which just proves that this technology has a lot of untapped potential. 3D printing has ushered in a new era of efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the Medical Industry. This technology has led the path toward the development of a sustainable framework for tackling poorly functioning organs, and with the latest developments, it has just proved what experts of the field have been predicting for the uses of 3D printing in Healthcare. Other areas where we have seen reduction in costs are the 3D printed prosthetics, which provide the same functionality as the conventional models, but at as little as half the cost of the conventional models. At the end of the day, we believe that the 3D printing technology, and the recent developments of a successful organ transplant will only launch the field of Medicine and Healthcare to the next level.

The Blue Falcon Pact
The Kingdom of Larxia (henceforth referred to as “Larxia”) and Blue Bubble (Henceforth referred collectively as “the Nations”),
SEEKING to further friendly relations between the Nations,
BELIEVING that creating the Agreement would enhance their economies through competition and investment,
DETERMINED to establish mutually rewarding rules for trade and travel between the Nations,
HAVE AGREED upon the following:
ARTICLE I

The objective of this Agreement is to liberalise current trade, improve travel, and promote a closer economic relation between the Nations.

The Nations shall endeavour to support each other within the limits of their possibilities, and cooperate to follow this Agreement of Trade and Travel in order to further strengthen the relations between the two nations.
ARTICLE II
This article is to simplify trade and travel between the Nations, as part of Paragraph 1 of Article I of this agreement, where each Nation shall:

Agree to grant full recognition to the sovereignty of either Nation.

Respect each other’s territorial integrity, and internal and foreign policies, including elections and referendums.

Open borders to the other Nation, not limited to:

Visa-free travel of Citizens with a passport of either Nation,

ARTICLE III
This article is to promote economic relations between the Nations together, as part of Paragraph 1 of Article I, where both Nations shall:

Open their markets to each other’s companies, and provide them access to domestic market information.

Reduce tariffs on imports from either Nations, provided that the goods imported do not lethally threaten Vital Domestic Industries.

Not support an official trade embargo placed upon either nation by a third-party.

Assist each other economically, to ensure the prosperity of both the Nations.

Blue Bubble will allow the monetary use of the Larxian Dollar alongside the Blue Bubble Ariary in order to reduce the volatility of its exports.
ARTICLE IV
This article is to improve the understanding of the world, by promoting scientific collaboration between the Nations,as part of Paragraph 2 of Article I, where both nations shall:

Collaborate on projects in the industry field of maritime research, and try to work towards improving the maritime environment of the Contracting Parties.

Engage in research projects, broadly, Theoretical and Experimental Physics, Astrophysics, etc.

Open the domestic universities to students, and scientists from the Nations, and spearhead the formation of an international regulatory body for Sciences.
ARTICLE V
This article is to improve the respect of each other’s culture by encouraging cultural events and cultural understanding between the Nations, as part of Paragraph 2 of Article I, where both nations shall:

Engage with each other’s culture

Promote the study of each other’s cultures within their universities
-
Conduct joint annual cultural events to educate the populace about each other’s cultures.
ANNEXURE
A Vital Domestic Industry is an Industry that is either:

In regard to Blue Bubble, this includes:

This Agreement shall remain in force unless terminated by either Nation by notification in writing of the intention to terminate to the other Nation. The termination will take effect six months after the acceptance of notification by the other Nation, unless agreed otherwise.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, duly authorised to this effect, have signed this Agreement.
DONE at New Larxia on the twenty-seventh day of July in the year 1421, in two originals, both in the common language.

Storm Valeria the most destructive storm experienced in Larxia in the last 75 years

New Larxia- Larxia, on 23rd May, witnessed one of the most devastating storms in the last 75 years. Many people had to evacuate their homes, and go inland to get away from the path of destruction. Luckily, the T20 World Cup Final, taking place in New Larxia, did not have to be delayed, because the stadium was in the northern areas of the city, while the storm passed over the southern parts. We would also like to commend the players and coaches, who pledged thousands of dollars to the Valeria Relief Fund.
The path of the Storm Valeria (charted by LMD on 19th May, 1421)
The Larxian Meteorological Department should be commended for their vigilant nature in identifying, and quickly alerting the authorities about the destructive storm. The LMD was also very accurate in their predictions about the path of the Storm, and the wind-speeds.
Total loss was estimated to be somewhere around Σ24 billion- Σ12 billion in losses to households, Σ5 billion in losses to commercial businesses, and Σ7 billion in losses to the public sector. Almost 2.4 million people were displaced due to the storm. Total number of confirmed deaths were around 21 thousand, and around 92 thousand people are still missing. The Valeria Relief Fund, with the help of you, the average citizens of Larxia, was able to raise around Σ10 billion, and many people also contributed by letting the displaced people stay at their homes for a few days, feeding the unfortunate masses, and all in all, just demonstrating the humanitarian side of Larxia. The Windlar Castle also saw some damages, which will be fixed.
The Larxian Military has been working day and night to search for the missing people. At the beginning of the Military operations, around 180 thousand people were missing, but in the 12 days of constant searching and saving, the Larxian military managed to rescue almost 90 thousand people, and around 12 thousand animals. The Army is working tirelessly on their search ops, since the past 12 days. The Air Force has been patrolling the skies, with the helicopters, looking for any signs of life on the ground below, while the Navy has been working to reducing the flooding of the storm-hit regions.
The King, in a statement, said, "Dear citizens of Larxia, while it brings me great sorrow that the people have suffered so much, I am proud to announce that our military, working tirelessly since the past few days, have done a remarkable job in their rescue operations. They have managed to rescue almost 90 thousand people, who are being reunited with their families as I give this statement. We have incurred massive losses due to the storm, and this might set back our economy for some time. While we do have a Disaster Fund, this Storm has overshot our Fund by almost Σ8 billion, but the citizens of Larxia raised almost Σ10 billion, and I am proud, that the people of Larxia stood up for each other. While we did manage to cover the Σ8 billion, we still need to rebuild our cities and towns, so our economy might suffer for some time, but I have been assured by the Economic Advisors that the slump will be very short, and we will be back very soon, even stronger than before. We will focus on rebuilding, and re-establishment of the infrastructure, but we will be aiming to rebuild it better than before, with the newest technologies, and the greenest form of energy. I, King James of Larxia, will also be furnishing the Relief Fund with an extra Σ5 billion from my personal wealth. Also, as you may know, the Windlar Castle has endured some damages. Let me assure you, that only the renovations required for basic security reasons will be done to the Castle for now. The people of Larxia will be given the first priority, and the focus will be completely on the repopulating of the storm-hit areas. That is all I have to say for now. Take care of yourselves, and help the affected people in any way you can."
Never thought we would see a King who prioritises the rebuilding of the general populace's home, even before his own home. The Kingdom of Larxia is definitely very lucky to have a monarch like King James. Other notable contributions were from the Larxian National Sports Teams, some of the richest men of Larxia, Elon Dusk, Steve Task, etc.
Larxia is expected to fully heal by this time next year, with major infrastructure contracts being handed out to major players of the market. Economists reckon that after this rebuilding, Larxia will be even more economically sound that before, as they forecast great weather in the NLSE and LSE in the years to come.

The Hertfordian National Team perform a victory lap around the perimeter of the field, flags in hand, celebrating and hugging each other. They could not believe that they had won. They were now World Champions of Cricket and Rugby. The action filled match ended with a victory for the Hertfordians, as they beat United Adaikes by 29 runs. The logistical team of the T20 World Cup Organising Committee were busy setting up the podium for the awards ceremony. King James of Larxia congratulated the Hertfordian leaders Prime Minister Clarkson, and Tsar Mečislavs I, who were both in attendance. The King then made his way to the field, accompanied by the two Hertfordian leaders, and President Luke Salazar of United Adaikes.
After the podium was set up, the President of Cricket Larxia, Nuno Esprito started off the ceremony. He said, "Before we give the trophy to the Champions of the First T20 World Cup, I would like to present some awards to individual players, who have given one exemplary performance after another, improving the standards of the tournament. The first award, the Best Batsman award, which is given to the batsman who has proven time and again why he is one of the best batsmen in the World, scoring 689 runs in the tournament, the winner of this award, our very own, Rohit Sharma." Sharma got up on the podium to receive the trophy. You could see in his expressions that he could've done more for the team in the Semi-finals.
"Next up, is the Best Bowler award, which is given to the bowler who has claimed the most wickets in the tournament, and have proved their mettle in the World Cup, with 29 wickets, another award claimed by a Larxian, Jasprit Bumrah. He was a very important element of the Larxian National Team, as he was the diamond of the Larxian bowling line-up." Bumrah made his way to the podium to receive the award. He smiled for the cameras, but there was an underlying sorrow.
"Last, but certainly not the least, the Player-of-the-tournament award, which is given to the player who has shown an all round performance, that needs to be recognised, straight from our runners-up, United Adaikes, the captain, Wynne Albrektsson. He has been very important for the Adaikesian team in this tournament." Albrektsson made his way onto the podium to receive the award. He looked a little sad, clearly believing that he should have done more for his team in the finals. "Congratulations to all the winners, you have been amazing in this tournament, and you deserve the cheers.
The Larxian Sports Ministry Chief, Georgina Alves went up to the podium, and addressed the people in attendance. "Your Highness, esteemed leaders of the world, players, and the fans in the stadium today, and all those fans who have been supporting and following their teams since the commencement of the T20 World Cup, I would like you to cheer for our runners-up, United Adaikes Steelbats, and welcome them onto the stage, and congratulate them for such a feat. They have achieved an admirable feat, coming in 2nd out of the 16 teams that participated in the World Cup!" Everyone in the stadium clapped, and cheered, shouting at the top of their lungs in support of the Adaikesians, as they went onto the stage to receive the silver medals.
Georgina Alves said, as she looked towards King James, "I would like to give the honour of announcing the winners to Your Highness, King James. Please come up to your podium Sir."
King James made his way to his executive podium, the trophy sitting there, just beside him. He started, "I know you want to celebrate the victory with your team-mates, but bear with me for a few moments. First of all, I would like to thank every one of you for participating in the T20 World Cup, and holding the game at the standard it deserves to be on. This tournament would not have been possible without the co-operation of the countries. I would like to thank the dignitaries, for accepting my invite, to join me in the One World VIP Box for the viewing of the World Cup Finals. I would like to commend the Cricket association, for the successful organisation of the T20 World Cup. To the Sports Ministry, our work is not done yet, we have still a ways to go, if we wish to win the World Cup the next time it takes place. I would also like to thank the players who contributed to the Valeria Relief Fund, your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Each and every player who contributed to the fund, will be given the Third highest civilian honour in Larxia, the Order of the Duke. I apologize for taking so much time. "The Falcons have done it. After 28 years in the league, they have finally won the coveted trophy and have been crowned the best team in all of Larxia!!" a commentator could be heard on the TV in the background in the house of 15 year-old, Jake Kirk.
"Dad, one day I'll be up there, lifting that trophy high above everyone's head, and you'll be so proud of me!" an over-excited Jake told his father as they were celebrating their favourite team winning the league.
"Oh you wanna play Rugby do you? Son, we're struggling to make ends meet, I have had to take out loans just for you tuition. I don't think we can afford the Rugby. Trust me no one would be more happier than me even if you play at that stage," his Dad, Matthias Kirk replied, trying not to dishearten Jake as much as he could.
"But Dad!!! Please, I'll work on the side if I have to, but please do something," Jake pleaded to his father, who was showing signs of hesitation.
"I'll try my best to get some sort of arrangement about flexible payments, but I want you to be prepared in case no one agrees," Matthias warned Jake.
"Okay Dad. Thank You just for trying!! Love you so much," Jake replied with as much gratitude as his 15 year-old self had in his body. He was truly overjoyed at this.
"Well then, Let's get to training you and getting you ready. We'll have to show off your talents well if we want to have any chance of getting good coaching."
"Yes!! Let's Go DAD!!", Jake replied with enthusiasm as they went to a park near their house to throw the ball around.
They used to spend hours on the weekends playing Rugby, passing the ball, and Jake used to play a lot with some of his closest (and quite relevant to the story) friends.
