It helps us bridge the gap between the forum and the game, and makes it easier to find out our in-game nations. If you're not sure how to do it, it's: Process: ACP -> Members -> Custom Profile Fields -> Add Field Field type should be text input. Topic View Format? <span class="ft">{title}:</span><span class="fc"><a href="http://nationstates.net/nation={content}">{content}</a></span> You can also do this with "region" for ambassadors. You just need to replace "nation" with region" in the Topic View Format.

http://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/2650-awards-system/ This is actually pretty easy to manage, in my IPB admin experience, since you can let non-admins (i.e. Archsium) give awards to people. I think you could use this to put our TWPAF rank badges in our profile. It could encourage more people to join the WPAF, and it'd look cool too. I'd also like to see those badges used more, but that's neither here nor there.

I'm very curious and excited about the impending changes to influence, and I'm also pleased that more nations will be able to participate in R/D. I also wonder if the influence changes will effect how the Guardian system works here in TWP.

Do we have any use for it now that we have autowelcoming tools? If that front is covered, it might make sense to move this department's purpose on to getting people from the RMB on the forum, getting them settled off-site, et cetera. Thoughts? EDIT: I meant this forum.
