It has cultural influences from French/Ancient Roman history, national foundation inspiration from Australia and the United States of America (colony to freedom), and a final civic cultural inspiration from the Netherlands/South Africa (cosmopolitanism) and government structuring based on the French government. It is very amalgamated, but will be ironed out more thoroughly with time.
