Russo, please don't just concentrate on this: ... but also this. The fact that some, such as myself, still support you as rightful delegate set by Max's laws, doesn't mean that you are free to ignore concerns about your policy and behavior as leader, especially when those concerned are members of the old guard.

Okay. I know that Russo's been always busy. I know Russo hasn't done much. I know that, ever since I joined TWP, Russo's delegacy has been the most unsightly and the most despairing. But, above all else, he IS our delegate. No, above the fact that he is our delegate, he has been our friend. Faithful and true. It is my sad belief that I am seeing EXACTLY what happened to my real life homeland around the early 1950s; it first got divided into half, then it got crushed into smithereens. It took two and a half decades to even START rebuilding what we have lost. The crisis we have on our hands right now should not tear us into half. This should not become a fight between the forum government and the on-site authority. This should not be a struggle between the old guard and the new. This should not become a war between two entities who, frankly, need each other to survive and exist. Who cannot decide that their counterpart must leave office. Who cannot replace each other. I am not trying to deny the problems of Russo's delegacy. Yes, it has been the most inactive. And yes, we almost lost our forum government, due to a bit-foolish decision he made behind all our backs. Yes, the West has entered a state of crisis and turmoil. We need change. Now. But not like this. What Hariko said is totally right. Just like Yy pointed out on his RMB etiquette thread, not all of us are in the same time zone. Hariko and Russo live in New England, and as such they use the US Eastern Standard Time. BBB is Texan and is in the US Central Time Zone. Drach, who is Greek, uses the Eastern European Time. And I use the Korean Standard Time, commonly known as Tokyo Standard Time, which is UTC+9. Greenwich Mean Time, also known as Coordinated Universal Time(UTC), is generally used as a standard time zone in situations like this, when people live in places where different time zones are used.

Until Friday, as in until September 18th 11:59 pm, Greenwich Mean Time?

So uh... yeah. Since the Voice, OUR Voice, is now reinstated, it seems like a good time to choose new government officials, and as such I once again run for the position of Deputy Advocate of Foreign Affairs.

So uh... since Russo has now approved of the residents' rightful actions, the Voice has been de facto and de jure reinstated, and TWP's vocal cords restored. There will be celebrations in Malviet tonight.

That would be sufficient, but I'm detecting some sarcasm...

So... as of now, 3 of the 4 guardians are members of the Voice. *looks for Hari*

Yeah, that was when and how I joined the forum community, along with Drach, BBB, Fujai, and many others.

What do I want from our Delegate? To use the powers given to him by Max, such as sending region-wide telegrams, to promote contributing in the Voice, or if that is not sufficient, at least get our fellow TWPers to join the forum community.
