I see a lot of old faces, I see a lot of new faces, I thought it would be nice to get to know a bit more about each other. I'll get the ball rolling, I played NS several years ago and did so much stuff I can hardly remember all of it. Some of the titles I remember from various regions were minister of defence, president, shogun, senator, and plenty more on top. I'm not sure I was ever big cheese but I was definitely some sort of a medium sized cheese. I've only recently started playing the game again after seeing it mentioned on another website and wanting to find out how much of it had changed while I was gone. Obviously quite a lot is different now but it's been a very pleasant surprise to see so many of the old guard still going strong and equally pleasant to see so many new people playing the game! IRL I'm a Welshman currently living in Manchester in England which is where I went to university. I've got an MA in International Political Economy and as such I am currently somewhere between being unemployed and a freelance writer, although more on the unemployed side of things. This obviously means I have a rather a lot of time to waste on the internet in between watching re-runs of star trek and playing video games! The last time I was here I was a fresh faced 17 year old (I think (and to be honest I was probably more pimply than fresh faced). I am currently a fairly beardy 23 year old.

I mean obviously I am very out of the loop but it is the invading/ defending/ endorsing game much the same as ever?

I was also a delegate of like three other regions so at this point I have no idea how many constitutions I have conventioned... convened? But yeah flexible and simple is good, I like the idea of letting everyone just debate it in a regional assembly sort of set up.

Hahaha yeah, constitutional convention's are always a barrel of laughs...
