The first General elections will be held in Saronistan on 15 July 2020. 700 members of the Parliament, 39 Presidents of the regions and the General Secretary  will be elected .
Three political forces will be allowed to participate: The National Party of Progressives, The national Party of Moderates and The National Party of Conservatives.
Elections will be held every four years throughout the country. The voting age is 18 years.
 

REFERENDUM
The first national referendum will be held on 17th May 2020. Four proposals will be asked for voters:
1) Do you agree with the approval of the constitutional revision law regarding the reduction of the number of parliamentarians from 1000 to 700?
2) do you agree to allow the production of nuclear electricity in the national territory?
3) do you agree with the introduction of a majority electoral system?
4) do you agree in the direct election of the national secretary?

New investment plan to promote tourism.

Tourism is "a decisive sector of the national economy and represents 13% of the GDP.
Here are the contributions approved by Parliament for the formation of a better tourist offer to enhance its turnout and permanence.

- creation of the national tourism support fund: 5 billion Lire a year;
- increase of means of transport: improve the accessibility of port infrastructures, modernization of road and railway networks, the integration between railway, subway networks, bus stations, bus terminals and interchange parking lots;
- incentives for the inflow of private capital to finance tourism itself;
- tourist promotion offices and shops (in tourist areas) open until 10pm;
-Training and updating of museum and hotel staff;
-Diversify by promoting the creation of targeted tours,
-Power digitalization by creating clear, easily accessible sites with high-quality graphics, such as images, screenshots, infographics or videos.  

AGRICULTURAL REFORM  
Three-year protocol for increasing cereal production.
The goal is to increase cereal cultivation by 30%: organization is needed to efficiently bring cereals from the field to processing to the table. Not only horizontal integration is needed, but above all vertical integration. The unity of the agricultural offer must be created and agreements and networks between agricultural businesses and the food industry of mutual economic interest must be created.
Increasing production does not mean producing blindly without programming and without strategies. It is also important how the product is stored and how it is made: in order to enter into large supply contracts with the industry, it is in fact essential to achieve full and effective quantitative, qualitative and health traceability of the batches of raw materials that are stored. Traceability is the starting point to qualify the national cereal offer.
One of the priorities is to invest in developing the use of digital technologies. Digital technologies are an extraordinary opportunity to increase the effectiveness of the national agri-food model, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.
We will also focus on the dissemination of innovative precision agriculture practices, with support for research, support for new technologies; developing new varieties of durum wheat, suitable for the territory and different climates.
 
 
 

During the plenary session of the National Parliament of Saronistan, the proposal for the recognition of the referendum as a legitimate political process was proposed by the National Secretary, General Giuseppe Sarono. The proposal was accepted with 631 votes in favor and 369 against. It is therefore an instrument of direct democracy, which will allow citizens to pronounce themselves without any intermediary on a specific topic under discussion. A crowd of enthusiastic people poured into the streets of all the provincial capitals.

By a unanimous vote in the Commonwealth Assembly and the Federal Diet, the Chancellor-President of the Commonwealth has signed and ratified the Bill of Accession to the Auran League. The Commonwealth of the Citizens of Hong Kong hereby agrees to the terms of the Treaty. Charter of the Auran League
The Parties to this Treaty confirm their desire in the purposes and principles of the organization founded by this document and their desire to promote discussion and the exchange of ideas and solutions between leaders on global issues with a specific focus on economic issues.
Article 1: Organizational Structure of Organization
The Auran League shall be a council that shall convene once a year. Each year, the council shall convene in a different country and the host country shall be rotational based and the host nation shall be Speaker of the Council. Emergency meetings can be held should a global issue arise.
Article 2: Purpose of the organization
The Auran League is an organization composed of nations on the Auran continent with the aim of addressing challenges affecting the growth of the global economy. Leaders of member organizations have the ability to discuss and exchange ideas on a variety of topics besides the global economy such as global security and energy. No decisions or declarations made by leaders during summits are binding in any means.
Article 3: Admission of New Members
Should any state wish to join the Auran League, they must be on the continent of Aura and they must be recognized by pre-existing members and be approved for entry by a vote held by pre-existing members.

The Çandarlı-Yenesia Pact
As of the fourth of April in 2020, in the interest of lasting peace, mutual prosperity, and a desire to solidify a deep friendship between the people of the Sultanate of Lanorth and the people of the Confederacy of Zoran, the representatives of the governments of the aforementioned nations hereby declare the formal existence of the Çandarlı-Yenesia Pact. Seeking to protect the people on both sides of the Darkesian from foreign aggression, maintain the safety of commerce and travel, and preserve the freedom of Zoranians and Lanorthians alike, both parties agree:
Neither party shall take military action against the other and shall support each other should any coalition form against them Neither party shall conduct espionage on each other Should either party be attacked by a foreign nation without military provocation, or in such a way that threatens the territorial sovereignty of either party, the other party shall aid the threatened party in military defense. May this agreement stand as a warning to any who seek to threaten either of our nations and a testament to the friendship between the two nations.

The National Archaeological University of Saronistan, in collaboration with the Ministry of National Cultural Heritage, considering the importance of the archaeological finds in progress, has sent some archaeologists to the western region of Guldur. This initiative undoubtedly represents a great example of international collaboration, at the end of which we would like to organize a grandiose photographic exhibition at the headquarters of the Ministry of Antiquities of Saronistan. Our team, made up of 32 archaeologists, has unearthed ten imposing rock reliefs carved on two sides of the rocks near the ruins of the temple, depicting what might appear to be a sovereign or a high court dignitary and some winged figures that would suggest mythological beings or divinity. This construction would appear to be a long irrigation canal dug out of the rock and which runs the entire perimeter of the temple. In the ten bas-reliefs now brought to light, almost 5 meters wide and 2 meters high, the subjects are represented as they advance towards the right, in the direction of the current of water flowing in the canal. Our expedition hopes to continue these excavations which are revealing incredible surprises.

Libterrarian linguists analysed hieroglyphs and found that they are likely a ideographic or pictographic writing system. However, they were not able to decipher any words besides common ones. Similarities within the language show that the language is possibly. related to Libterrarian and Einherfell, but the evidence is scarce

Libterrarian geologist found that the rocks that were used in the construction of the temple were 7000-6500 years old, which is slightly younger than previously found relics. The stones used to construct the temple likely come from the coast of the lake at the border of Libterraria, Novia Xeneia and Novasamita.

The Libterrarian Government funded Libterrarian scientists exploring the ruins a total of 3.5 Million Potatoes = $2700000. Libterraria wishes to continue the expedition in collaboration with the other west Doll Guldur countries.

In the times of antiquity, long before the current calendar was formed, an ancient civilization ruled the western region of Doll Guldur. For centuries, mere fragments of the ancient nation was uncovered in the nations of Einherfell, Libterraria, Novasamita, and Novia Xeneia. However, about a month ago, a large cavern was found on the border of Einherfell, Libterraria, and Novia Xeneia. Archaeologists delved inside to explore. What they found was more than they expected.

A massive temple and some smaller buildings buried under the ground, hieroglyphs still intact, giving more clues about the old culture and peoples of the land. A camp was set up, and photos were taken and sent to the respective organizations and specialists that were assigned to the task of researching such a discovery. Now, a month later, each nation is here to unveil their initial findings, and determine whether it is worth continuing the expedition to uncover more knowledge of the lost nation, which is yet to have a name assigned to it.

Capital Punishment Has Ended!
Today on April 5, 1420, capital punishment, a subject that has been debated for years in Zoran, has officially been banned in the country after President Ani'-Wah' argued for it to be abolished in his own commune on Platypus Island. When put to a vote in the Platypus Island Commune, the people voted to have it abolished and prisons began the transfer of death row prisoners to maximum security. The people of Platypus Island were pleased by this and death row inmates thanked the gods for their life being spared. This caused other communes across Zoran to abolish the death penalty themselves to the point where all communes have abolished it. Thus, in accordance to Article 17 of the Articles of Unity, it has become federal law that the death penalty is abolished and that no person in Zoran can be put to death for their crimes. This is a monumental event in Zoranian history and when we asked President Ani'-Wah' what caused him to push for this change he answered,
"Well when I was looking at the expenses of the prisons across Zoran, I saw that a lot of their budget was being spent on those on death row due to the constant appeals the court system has to review. I found this troubling but what made me want to go forward with this was because of my niece, Ahyoka Ani'-Wah', who spoke to me after attending a protest on Zoranian policy and convinced me to try and do something about this. While I am president of the Confederacy, I really have no true power as written by the Articles and the Defense Council won't meet more than once per year unless there is a threat to the nation, so I decided to go to my local Commune meeting and put the idea forth."
People across Zoran admire President Ani'-Wah' for his actions and has inspired others to propose changes themselves in their local commune meetings as well.

Saronistan rose around the fifth century CE under the Roman Empire domain. Consequently, the Lombards entered and took possession of the territory until the Sarono family became sole proprietor of the land around 1000 AC. The family engaged in many battles for the rule of the lands so they had walls built all around the capital city to protect themselves from enemies. Today only a small part of the walls near the fortress is visitable. The kingdom of Sarono remained practically unchanged until 1946, when following numerous popular protests the royal family decided to abdicate to avoid unnecessary bloodshed. This constitutional reform was called "the ravioli revolution". The popular republic was then founded. As the members of the royal family were much loved by the citizens, the new central committee held a referendum asking if everyone agreed to appoint the firstborn of the Sarono family as "eternal president". The people flocked to vote and 99.9% of the voters voted in favor of this proposal.
