I quite like the idea, though UCRs are not invulnerable. You just have to get to them from the inside... This would definitely spice up gameplay, though I can't help but think it would be a bad thing for RP and social based regions which don't have competent militaries and defence personnel.

It's just a computer file that runs through your command prompt. To answer the earlier question, yes it works on mac.

Income tax in unheard of, I don't need the peoples filthy money. But then, my government consists pretty much of just me and generally doesn't do an awful lot, so theres no real need for money. Though I have alternate nations where income tax is 100%
