In this version of the forum software, the theme automatically adjusts for desktop/tablet/mobile. The editor also changes, so there are fewer options in the toolbar - so it doesn't take up too much screen real estate. We can add more functions to the mobile editor toolbar if people would like.

Usually means it's been filtered as spam at some point. For example with my email, some emails get caught by the domain host's spam filters before it ever gets to my own filters. Then there are the blacklists...

I've approved the account, she should be able to login without the email verification now.
