Bhang Bhang Duc
I have no idea how to upload an image from my computer into a topic post - and I don't want to store images on another site and link to them. Is it possible and if so how do I do it please. BBD
Westwind
You will need to use the Full Editor and attach files to your post to do that. When you are in the quick reply editor, you'll see two buttons to the lower right, 'Post' and 'More Reply Option'. Select 'More Reply Options'. Or, when you start a new thread, you'll automattically be given the full editor. Below the text box, you'll see to the lower left is says "Attach Files" with a button below that "Choose File". Click on that button and select the file you want. Once you've done that, click on the "Attach This File" button below the "Choose File" button. Once it's finished attaching the file, you'll see it listed above the "Attach Files" notation. To the right of that listing, you'll find it says "Add to Post | Delete" Click on "Add to Post" to show the image you attached in the post: And you're done, but it is only a thumbnail view that other users will need to click on to view it full size. Bhang Bhang Duc
The Attach Files option is visible here, but not when I try to use it in the Astronomy thread. Is there some masking or some such issue preventing me?
Westwind
Aye, it was a masking issue that effected everyone. It should be fixed now.
