Intelligent Holograms Posted August 7, 2013 Share Posted August 7, 2013 It was my understanding that there is no exhaustive list of regions singed to COPS and you don't sign to it, per se. The COPS treaty is simply something acknowledged by understanding regions as something they should never break should they wish to be recognised as a respectable region by the NS community. Darkesia Posted August 7, 2013 Share Posted August 7, 2013 The best method of acknowledging and adhering to COPS is to put a copy of the treaty on your off-site forum with an acknowledgement letter and signature from the appropriate officials.
