I am the Most Serene Republic of Evender and I am new to NS.

Also, how do I link my NS nation to my profile on the forums? I saw a citizenship thread where some user couldn't link his NS Nation to his profile here that's why I am asking.

I don't see what you mean with linking your NS nation to your profile on the forums? That isn't possible, but if you are talking about the citizenship form, you do need to both post the link of your NS nation (https://www.nationstates.net/nation=evender) and your forum profile (https://www.westpacific.org/forums/index.php?/profile/3099-evender) in the respective questions.
