Other than that, I'm actually inclined to agree with Eli at the moment. Besides, ultimately though the forum may choose to vote for guardians there is no mechanism for them to enforce it. Whether we "officially" recognise it or or not, they will remain highly influential simply due to the amount of endorsements they have. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That said I think any nation from the region that wants to get involved with decision making has to be at the forum, get involved, and then they can end up being the decision maker or part of the decision making process.
