However please note that the name will change after we return from exile. Anywho I would like to thank all of the governments and regions that have come out in support of the Government-In-Exile. Esamir InvadesEsimaran forces scurry into Warzone Sandbox After a period of stability, the region of Esamir, known and hated amongst the Warzones due to their flagrant disregard of the native governments and abhorrent actions in Warzone Australia, invaded Warzone Sandbox and overthrew the Kurwan Government. It should be noted that most of the Warzones have turned against Esamir, along with some regions outside of the Warzones. With the fall of their occupation of Warzone Australia it seems highly probable that they will eventually lose Warzone Sandbox. The question is when? Kurwan Government Declared In-Exile; Acting Governor DesignatedThe Kurwan Government is forced to use foreign sand for it's temporary base of operations. After the invasion of Esamir, a question arose, "What would happen to the Kurwan Government?" Kurwa, the Governor. had gone inactive. However once the Diplomatic Minister had noticed he quickly went to work, taking up the reigns as Acting Governor (later cemented in Declaration 001,) and declared the Kurwan Government In-Exile as he sent out a message to all of the other Warzones informing them that the Kurwan Government is still the legitimate government of Warzone Sandbox and that help is requested. A little while later forums were setup and Declaration 001 was released. Following this, Warzone Africa and Warzone Australia both officially stated their recognition of the Government-In-Exile. This was later done also by The West Pacific. Warzone Europe and Warzone Asia are yet to release any official statement, but have offered support to the Government in Exile. An off-site embassy with Warzone Asia has recently been established. Warzone Airspace is yet to release an official statement on the situation, whether in support of or against the Government In Exile. Chanku Posted April 24, 2016 Share Posted April 24, 2016 I forgot we even had these embassies....sorry In any case we haven't really done anything but issue a statement against the Osiris Coup by Cormac and Co. which can be read below: Recently the players Cormac Stark, Tim Stark, and Koth have illegally taken over the region of Osiris from the lawfully elected government. The official reason given was for stability and region building. However we believe these to not be the truth, but to mainly be a tantrum of Cormac's for failing to get his way, along with Koth and Tim. We note that Cormac has abused the trust put into him once again, and has, once again, proven he can not be trusted. Further while we, as a Warzone, are used to coups and instability in this instance we have to take a look and think where we must act. As a Warzone we believe that there are some legitimate reasons for Coups, whether it is a tyrant that is overthrown by the people, a government change that the citizenry supports, a required movement because the government is unable to exist or fix it's own issues, a lack of successor in times of emergency, and a lack of government. While this is not an exhaustive list it should be noted that the reason of Cormac's overthrow is not included in it. The regions that hold a treaty with Osiris have decided it best to not support the illegitimate government and I must agree. As such the following shall be put into effect immediately: The Interim Imperial Government of Warzone Sandbox, and the region itself, shall not hold any embassies with the region except for off-site embassies with the legitimate government until the legitimate government's power is restored. No recognition shall be extended the government created by Cormac, Koth, and Tim. As such we view this government as illegitimate and shall henceforth refer to it as the Illegitimate Government Tim Stark, Cormac Starc, and Koth shall be declared Persona Non Grata and be barred from entrance into the region. Any active supporters and Government members of the illegitimate government shall be declared Persona Non Grata and be barred from entrance into this region Any members of the illegitimate government that have accepted this government shall be barred from citizenship in Warzone Sandbox and it's government. The Interim Imperial Government of Warzone Sandbox and Warzone Sandbox itself shall support any and all military actions against the illegitimate government The Interim Imperial Government of Warzone Sandbox and Warzone Sandbox itself shall lend any help necessary to the re-establishment of the Osirian Fraternal Order so long as our security is not compromised. The Interim Imperial Government of Warzone Sandbox and Warzone Sandbox shall be allowed to send in military troops into the region to perform stability operations and to help re-establish the Osirian Fraternal Order The Interim Imperial Government of Warzone Sandbox and Warzone Sandbox offers itself to hold any refugees and hold the legitimate members of the region until such a time that the official government is restored. The festivities begin on the RMB, our forum and our Discord server on Friday, October 14th. Join us first thing in the morning for our Friday Karaoke tradition. The official celebration begins at 19:00 (USA EDT) with formal introductions, and will continue throughout Friday into Sunday. There will be games, music, an open chat party, amusing stories about The West Pacific and a panel discussion on the history of TWP.
