Business Expo Min-Su 1420

New Larxia- The Ministry of Trade of Min-Su recently announced an Expo with various Business opportunities in their nation. Larxia is proud that this measure came after the signing of the Lar-Min Economic Corridor.
The Government of Larxia has confirmed that corporate giants worth billions, like NLH, Faltech, LNGC, LXS Aviation and Falcon Industries have shown interest in investing in the industries of Min-Su.
As a trade partner of Min-Su, Larxia would like to invite the nations of the World to attend the Expo as it could translate to stronger economies.
The complete list of companies visiting Min-Su is not yet confirmed but we can be assured that it will result in the further enrichment of our nation.
 

Trade Agreement between Larxia and Min-Su

New Larxia- An envoy of Larxian delegates were sent by His Royal Highness, King Maddy IV, to Qiye City to hold talks with the friendly nation of Min-Su. 
The idea behind holding the talks was to negotiate a trade deal with an old friend of Larxia, which would lead to an age of prosperity in both the nations.
The relations between these two nations have proven to be the epitome of international cooperation as the negotiations took less than a day and the treaty was signed by both the Monarchs immediately.
It has pleased the populace of Larxia as we ventured out to see the public opinion of these deal.
"It's great to see His Highness' working towards global partnership and working towards gaining an important place in International Politics. It will be a give a great economic boost to an already strong economy" said an Economic Specialist. 
We talked to a spokesperson of Falcon Industries, the largest Arms Manufacturing company in Larxia and one of the top in the world, a semi-state ownership company. He said,"This deal is really great for us. This deal has opened up a market for us that will bring millions of dollars to Larxia and also increase the manufacturing. We will also be launching a new missile (not literally) in the next expo, so countries, keep your eyes on the exhibit."
We also talked to a Government official. Although he didn't have the time to give a complete, he gave a brief statement in which he said that His Highness', King Maddy IV has been sending Diplomats and Delegates to countries around the World in order to draft deals that would benefit the economic standing of Larxia in the World.
In short the Lar-Min Economic Corridor has had a positive reply from the populace and Economic Moguls have predicted a prosperous time ahead.
 
 
 
 

The Government of the Democratic Republic of Larxia and the Government of The Holy Empire of Min-Su,
HAVING in mind the existing friendly relations between the two countries and their peoples;

FIRMLY desiring to further strengthen those relations;

CONSIDERING their common interest in cultivating and encouraging the technical and economic development of their respective countries and;

RECOGNIZING the benefits to be derived by both countries from a closer technical cooperation,
HAVE AGREED upon the following:
ARTICLE Ⅰ
1. The Contracting Parties shall endeavor to cooperate and support each other, 
within the limits of their possibilities, in economic and in the technical fields mentioned in Article 2 of the
present Agreement. Such cooperation shall take place on a basis of equal partnership.
2. Arrangements regarding individual projects shall be concluded
on the basis and within the framework of the present Agreement.

ARTICLE Ⅱ
The arrangements referred to in paragraph 2 of Article I of the
present Agreement shall provide for the Government of the Democratic Republic of Larxia 
to assist the Government of The Holy Empire of Min-Su:
1. In the establishment of technical training and demonstration
centers by dispatching Larxian military technicians and become the foreign supplier of the Minsun military;
2. By dispatching Larxian experts and/or consultants for specific
projects.
3. Opening the borders between the contracting parties not limited to visa-free travel and the establishment of
an official embassy, consul, and diplomatic relations.  

ARTICLE Ⅲ
On the basis of arrangements concluded under paragraph 2 of Article I of the present Agreement, the Government of the Democratic Republic of Larxia shall further endeavor to assist the Government of 
The Holy Empire of Min-Su:
1. By opening its market to Minsun companies, in the fields of food processing and beverages.
2. By promoting the advanced agricultural and aquaculture education of Philippine
specialists in the Democratic Republic of Larxia.

ARTICLE Ⅳ
The Government of The Holy Empire of Min-Su shall:
1. At its own expense provide as necessary land and buildings including appurtenances for the individual 
BPO projects in Min-Su.
2. Bear the costs of operation and maintenance for the individual projects, including the costs of 
equipment and supplies required.

3. Provide at its own expense indigenous technical and auxiliary
staffs required for the individual projects as well as interpreters;
4. Make appropriate arrangements to ensure that, after a reasonable lapse of time, the technicians 
from the Democratic Republic of Larxia can be succeeded by suitable Minsun technicians;
5. Bear the costs of round-trip air transportation fare for the
experts and technicians from the Democratic Republic of Larxia between New Larxia and Qiye City.
6. Provide local transportation for the experts and technicians
from the Democratic Republic of Larxia and bear the costs of operation and maintenance thereof.
7. Open its door for tourism and allow visa-free travel for Larxians.
8. Pass an imperial decree allowing for special non-fiscal incentives and income tax holidays valid for three years to Larxian companies and investments.
9. Allow monetary usage of the Larxian Dollar alongside the Minsun Yuan, to allow the 
government to reduce the volatility of its exports.

Details of the items contained in the preceding paragraphs and/
or of other items shall be settled between the Parties by means
of the arrangements referred to in paragraph 2 of Article I of
the present Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the respective representatives, duly authorized for the purpose, 
have signed the present Agreement.
DONE at Qiye City on 27th day of November, 1420, in two originals, both in the Common language.

Min-Su (Minsunese:ミンスの聖なる帝国) is a small sovereign state in Aura, covering the eastern-half of Lavender Island. Eriya is the sacred capital of the country. Eribi is the largest city, and Nanbu is the most populous city; other notable cities are Wuzhen, Erifi, and Dafeng.
Min-Su is one of the least-populated-countries in the world. About one-third of the country's terrain is mountainous, with its population of 6.6 million concentrated on the coastal plains. Min-Su covers 84,132 km² is divided into eight traditional provinces. The Greater Eriya Metro is the most populous metropolitan area in Min-Su, with more than 2.82 million residents. 
After centuries of absolute monarchical rule, Sacred Emperor Kang, the People's emperor, drafted the 1330 Imperial State Constitution allowing democracy to flourish under imperial rule. In the 1330 constitution, Min-Su maintains a unitary parliamentary semi-constitutional monarchy with a bicameral legislature, the Noble State Congress.
Min-Su is a developing country with a national GDP MU¥ 430 billion, led by Agriculture, Tourism, Electronics, and Shipbuilding. It has a GDP per capita of MU¥ 66,153.85.
The country’s namesake is the ancient Gaoist and present ruling-clan, the Min-Su (ミンス). The country is the only predominant Gaoist country in the world.
 

The Great Artztokzsyan Formation
Part 1
August 16, 1368
              The Delegates pour into the Grand Chamber, the silence made it able to hear the thousands of protesters outside.  They were slowly gaining ground on the riot police. shields alight from molotov cocktails and irritated eyes form tear gas with the Arminskish flag flying in the background.  The Prime Minister takes his place on the podium which is centered in the Grand Chamber. It's decorated with fancy curtains and the pillars are unique with advanced carvings on each end. For it was once the Dynasty's.
 
"What's the current situation on the riots" said the Prime Minister
A delegate cleared his throat, "The police are reaching their capacity, and the military seems too cruel of an option to use."
A rather young delegate called out, "Maybe we shouldn't have," he swallowed, "Maybe we shouldn't have overthrown the King."
"I agree, the people were unhappy then but they're clearly more unhappy now!" Called from across the large room
 
A wave of agreement flooded the crowed, but some clearly disagreed. The volume started to rise as the congregation became more split and aggressive.
 
"Are you insane!?" said a voice, "They're only protesting because we gave them the right to!"
"Well they're clearly voicing that they are unhappy with the current government." yelled another
"It's just a bump in the road, we're still suffering from debt form the revolution!" reasoned a delegate
"Well it's a bump indeed!" disagreed a delegate, "And it's clearly one we can't get over!"
 
Their arguing prevented them from hearing the biplane approaching them. It flew over the ever agitated protesters and the unaware police. It pulled up, only to leave 2 bombs in it's wake. A plum of smoke and fire lay where the Grand Chamber once was.  The protesters and police went silent. Only the sound of armored vehicles and tanks are heard.
