The Constitution of The The United Parliamentary Socialist Republics of Artztokzsia

Preamble,
We, survivors of the great conflict united under the great our banner, in favor of establishing a greater governments than our predecessors, have drafted this constitution. It is to guide the government of the present and future so that it may provide the people within its borders with welfare, democracy, and security.
 
Article 1

The government will consist of the Legislative wing and Executive wing

Section 1

    The Legislative wing will be split into the region and national levels. The region representatives will take care of regional affairs by passing legislation, including laws, ratifying region constitutions, issuing licenses, issuing new taxes, and planning infrastructure. The region representatives will also delegate power to the district executive wing. The national parliament, which consists of senators, the Ministry of State, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Defense, is responsible for creating national laws, declaring war, signing treaties, issuing taxes, planning infrastructure, delegating power to regions, and set standards for services and needs. Every piece of legislation will be passed with a majority vote. 

Section 2

    The Executive wing will be split into district, region, and national. The Executive wing, in all levels of government, has to enforce the legislation made by the Legislative wing. The national executive wing will be split into 3 ministries, the Ministry of State, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Defense. The President will be in charge of all the Ministries and can appoint ministers to head a ministry or secretaries for the departments ministries contain, the appointees will be confirmed by parliament. The Ministry of State will consist of, the department of industry, department of infrastructure, department of land, and department of economy. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will consist of the department of external commerce, department of foreign aid, department of immigration, and department of diplomacy. The President will also have with him a Vice President. The Vice President will become active president if the current becomes unable to lead. The Vice President will also preside over the national parliament and will vote along with the senators if there is a tie in the parliament. The region will have a governor and a vice governor. The governor will delegate power to the district commissioner council and carry out the responsibilities the regional legislator requires them to do. 
 
Article 2

      In the government there shall be a Judicial wing. The Judicial wing will be split into upper and lower courts. They will be responsible for interpreting the constitution and law and applying it to those who infringe or break it.

Section 1

    Lower courts will be divided into local and appellate courts. Local courts will hear what is deemed civil and criminal cases. Appellate courts will receive appeals from local court cases to be moved up to an upper court. Local courts will consist of one jury for civil cases and two for criminal. A jury will consist of the citizens of the area and if the case is a criminal one and the judge decides it is needed there will be a second jury with experts in the field they are dealing with. In the court there will be a prosecutor and defendant. Both will be given 30 minutes to 1 hour to make their argument, call on witnesses, provide evidence, and more. The other side will be able to call on objections and the judge can either overrule or abstain them. After the arguments the jury or juries will meet together in a specified room and decide if the defendant is guilty or not. If the defendant is guilty the judge will decide the punishment. In Appellate courts there will be a judge that will hear the defendant or prosecutor’s arguments and decides if the case can be moved up. 

Section 2

    Upper courts will be split into national, national appellate, and the supreme court. National courts will handle cases that have been moved up from local courts and criminal cases that includes breaking of national law. Its structure will consist of 2 juries and a judge. National appellate courts will handle appeals from national courts. They will have a council of 9 judges who will decide if the case includes the constitution. Supreme courts will handle cases moved up from national appellate courts, cases that involve international law, a region suing a person, a region suing another region, and a nation suing a citizen. They will have 11 supreme justices that will hear and question the defendant or prosecutor for as long as they wish. Then they will then decide whether the law is at fault or the person is.
 
Article 3 

Section 1
    The district will elect a council member for each 1,000 peoples, the council member will be decided with a majority vote by the people. There shall be a region representative for every 100,000 people and if need be the number can be lowered to per 10,000 people, the representative will be chosen by a majority vote by the people. The region representatives will choose 25 senators for the national parliament. To become a representative or senator of the Legislative wing you must be at least 30 years old. To be a senator you must also be born within the borders of this country. To be a commissioner you must be more than 25 years old.

Section 2
    The President will be elected by the parliament and confirmed by the people with a majority vote. If the President is not confirmed by the people then the parliament are required to choose another candidate. The Vice President will be elected by a separate election that the people solely participate in. To be a President or Vice President you must be 30 years old and be born within the borders of this country. 

Section 3
    The Supreme Justices will be chosen by the people and only by the people. Other judges are appointed by the Supreme Justices.
 
Article 4

Section 1
    People born within the borders of this country will be deemed a citizen on birth. Those born by a citizen of this country will automatically be deemed a citizen. If a foreigner wishes to be a citizen they must submit a application to the department of immigration. If they are accepted they will receive a green card and must live in the country for at least 5 years, work a full time job, and not break any criminal laws. If they fail then they will be deported. If they complete those tasks they will be eligible to take a citizenship test if they pass they will be sworn in as a citizen.

Section 2
    All citizens are all protected by this constitution and the laws this government makes. Once a citizen their title cannot be removed unwillingly. A citizen must follow the laws and other legislation the government makes. A citizen must pay all taxes levied. A citizen must serve in court when called upon. A citizen must defend the nation when called upon.
 
 
Article 5

    All citizens have the right of express their opinions, ideas, and religion. All citizens that the government has deemed eligible have the right to bear arms. All have the right to a proper defense or prosecution in court. No citizen can experience excessive bail or punishment. All citizens must be subject to a quick, fair, and impartial trial. All citizens have unenumerated rights of which the supreme court justices must decide in a case. All unenumerated tasks are reserved for the regions.
 
 
Article 6

    The all levels of government has the power to levy taxes on the people. The government may also create businesses or corporations for funding, but may not create monopolies and provide the government businesses with an advantage over the people’s. 
 
Article 7

    Land is to be considered a commodity and can be bought and sold under the law. If a citizen owns land they may do whatever they wish to do, but the activities must be legal under regional and national laws. The government in all levels cannot restrict the purchasing and selling of the land and the development of private property.
 
Article 8

    Changes to this constitution must be passed through national parliament and must receive a 2/3 vote and must be deemed constitutional by the supreme court.

The Great United Parliamentary Socialist States of Artztokzsia was birthed from a Glorious War which ended in 1470. It's predecessor, The Socialist State of Artztokzsia, won the fight against the Arminskish and the Monglians with the help of other clans of the Azure region. The nation then fell into turmoil as the current government did not satisfy the needs of the newly Arztokzsyan people. The then current Premier, Malilov Artiskov, was replaced with the current Premier Georgi Benoran in 1476. Georgi Benoran was loved by the people and greatly improved the lives of people by creating Skyline Programme, where cities were built by a certian layout for maximum efficiency and productivity. This was a very risky action that paid off in the end. It created the economic boom that Artztokzsia needed to get out of debt. He also made many democratic reforms which benifited the people the most.

The Government of the UPSRA is split into 3 Wings the Executive, Legislative and Judicial.
 
Legislative Wing
      The Legislative wing is contained in the Central Committee. The Central Committee is made up of 100 representatives from the 4 regions each getting 25. There are also 50 representatives from the Ministry of State and 25 from the Ministry of External Affairs. The Central Committee handles issues on the national and international level while Lesser Committees handle issues on the regional and district level. The Ministry of State represents the executive branch and also carries out legislation made by the Central Committee on the national level. The Ministry of External Affairs represents the UPSRA on the international level and carries out legislation made by the Central Committee on the international level. Lesser Committees have 10 representatives from every district from their respective regions. Representatives in Lesser Committees are elected every 5 years and representatives from the Central Committee are elected every 10 years, representatives from ministries are appointed.

      The Executive wing is consist of the Premier, Deputy Premier, the Ministry of State, and the Central Committee. The executive branch carries out constitutional legislation made by the Central Committee. The executive branch also commands the military but all actions must be approved by the Central Committee. The Ministry of State consist of the Department of Finance, Internal Commerce, Industry, Education, Health, Transportation, State, Defense. Some departments split into offices. For example the Department of Industry splits into the Office of Agriculture,  Manufacturing, Mining, Resource Processing, Energy, and Labor.

              The Delegates pour into the Grand Chamber, the silence made it able to hear the thousands of protesters outside.  They were slowly gaining ground on the riot police. shields alight from molotov cocktails and irritated eyes form tear gas with the Arminskish flag flying in the background.  The Prime Minister takes his place on the podium which is centered in the Grand Chamber. It's decorated with fancy curtains and the pillars are unique with advanced carvings on each end. For it was once the Dynasty's.
 
"What's the current situation on the riots" said the Prime Minister
A delegate cleared his throat, "The police are reaching their capacity, and the military seems too cruel of an option to use."
A rather young delegate called out, "Maybe we shouldn't have," he swallowed, "Maybe we shouldn't have overthrown the King."
"I agree, the people were unhappy then but they're clearly more unhappy now!" Called from across the large room
 
A wave of agreement flooded the crowed, but some clearly disagreed. The volume started to rise as the congregation became more split and aggressive.
 
"Are you insane!?" said a voice, "They're only protesting because we gave them the right to!"
"Well they're clearly voicing that they are unhappy with the current government." yelled another
"It's just a bump in the road, we're still suffering from debt form the revolution!" reasoned a delegate
"Well it's a bump indeed!" disagreed a delegate, "And it's clearly one we can't get over!"
 
Their arguing prevented them from hearing the biplane approaching them. It flew over the ever agitated protesters and the unaware police. It pulled up, only to leave 2 bombs in it's wake. A plum of smoke and fire lay where the Grand Chamber once was.  The protesters and police went silent. Only the sound of armored vehicles and tanks are heard.

12:00 PM Over Time
In an undisclosed location that is definitely not in an ancient fortress from the height of the rule of Saint Mark over Zoran

“What do you mean you lost her?! How can you lose the daughter of Ani’-Wah’!?” exclaimed Wohali Lanusila, leader of the Monarchist Forces,
“We’re sorry sir, but this guy in a really cool black armor just took out the GSC forces that were in the apartment, took Auraelia to his vehicle, and drove off at fast speeds with her in tow. Since then we lost track of her.” said the soldier on the encrypted phone. Wohali took a deep breath and pinched the ridge of his nose before asking,
“Did you even attempt to follow the vehicle this mystery man was in?” there was a moment of silence before the soldier answered,
“No sir.” Wohali was about to throw the phone at the wall but instead he just poured himself a glass of Mist Over the Lake Badgerian whiskey with a shaking hand and downed it in one go. He let out a sigh before asking,
“What did this armored man look like?”
“Well we didn’t see anything that could make his identity stand out but he wore black armor and had a helmet mask.” The soldier stopped and the sound of discussion distant explosions could be heard on the other end of the line, “The scouting party just got back from the apartment and they found something which gave us the identity of the suspect. Sending you a photo now.” Waholi then looked at his messages and saw a photo of a purple card with black crown and a cookie on it.
By the Spirit CGZ has gotten into this, what is going on in this country anymore.
“Tell all forces to be on the lookout for any sign of CGZ, we need to find the future queen to be safe in our hands!”
“Sir yes sir.” Wohali ended the call and poured himself another cup of Mist Over the Lake whiskey to calm his nerves.
Without that girl our faction will be divided among who should succeed. I was able to unite the factions into supporting Adsila as the Queen but if she dies or goes missing then our forces will lose their purpose and we will lose this war.
He let out a sigh as he looked at his watch to see that it was time for him to meet with the delegation from Saint Mark. As a monarchy itself he hopes that their similar alignments may allow for some support to be arranged for the monarchist cause.
This country has been left ungoverned for far too long. While the ideals of the founder were noble it was flawed and chaotic. People have been stuck in poor conditions while the Council tells the world that there are no problems. President Ani’-Wah’ was the closest unifying force this country has seen since the days of Austenaco. Only a strong unifying figure with the power to enforce regulations and to create laws to protect Zoranians from unfair and unjust conditions can save this country. All this can be done through a monarch and the Ani’-Wah’ family are trusted by the people because of the late president. The GSC has practically already lost after a large number of their troops defected to our cause or to the theocratic cause. While the theocrats have a fire and a passion, they are few in number and lack support from the Divine Shaman himself. The only real threat is the Corporate faction because they have money, resources, connections, and influence.
Waholi thought about all this and more as he marched down the ancient halls of the Saint Markian fortress to meet a potential ally in his fight for a truly united and better Zoran.

The flag of the nation is represented by a navy blue swallowtail with its simplified coat of arms on the top left corner of the flag. The swallow tail design was chosen amongst the military and parliament for a sense of old fashioned culture. 

April 30, 1420
11:00 AM Over Time
“Adsila Ani’-Wah’ under orders of the Grand Defense Council you are under arrest for treason!” yelled a soldier from the other side of the door. Adsila looked at the door in fear as the thought of being put in a prison cell crossed her mind.
I didn’t ask for this! I don’t want to be queen! I wasn’t part of any of this!
She thought to herself. The soldier banged on the door again,
“Adsila Ani’-Wah’ if you do not open the door this instant we will be forced to use force.” yelled the soldier. Adsila could hear the soldiers planting charges on her door. She just stood there, paralyzed with fear.
Great Spirit please help me!
“Hey what’s the deal here? Don’t you guys think that ballistic breaching is a bit much for a normal apartment door?” said a muffled and unrecognizable voice. The sound of gunfire followed along with the sound of bodies hitting the floor, people being grappled, and a...wilhelm scream? Adsila leaned against her wall and slid down to the ground out of fear. Then there was silence and no sound was outside...until there was a slight click heard from the door followed by another click and a third click. After the third click the door unlocked and the door opened to reveal a man in a black reflective helmet mask in some strange black armor. Behind him were the unconscious bodies of six Zoranian soldiers and the man looked completely unharmed. He walked into her apartment casually as if nothing happened and looked at Adsila.
“Sorry about that, hope they didn’t cause you too much trouble.” said the man. Adsila could tell that the man’s voice was modulated as it sounded too deep for it to be natural.
“Who are you?” asked Adsila. The man’s body language shifted to give the idea that he was insulted,
“How can you not know who I am?! I am the one and only CGZ and I am here to save your hide from the idiots in the GSC, the fat cats in their towers of false power, the fanatics that use the Great Spirit’s name for their own desires, and from the monarchists that are the closest thing you have to a fan club. Look I am not on any side of this war but seeing as you are an enemy to three of the four sides and a potential pawn for the fourth and that just makes you a target. Now I am offering you the chance to come with me and hide until the war ends. Just going to say it now, I am probably your only hope kid.” CGZ offered his hand to Adsila. Adsila thought about her situation for a minute, what he said was realistic as without her one side in the war effort would fall into divisions over who to make into a monarch and so she would become a target by the two other sides. Also she already is considered a traitor by the GSC so it looks like she has no other choice. She takes the legendary thief’s hand and is pulled to her feet.
“Now before I take you with me I am going to have to blindfold you.” He says, taking out a black blindfold, “While I want to help you I can’t trust you with the location of my secret hideout. So if you could put that on it would make my job ten times easier.” Adsila sighs and begrudgingly puts it on. The thief then grabbed her hand and began to lead her out of the apartment building, through the conflict filled streets and into what she can assume to be a car. She was buckled into her seat with help from CGZ before he accelerated causing her to be pushed back into her seat.
“When did my life get so complicated?” she said out loud without even realizing it,
“Probably when your father died. Just stating the obvious here.” answered CGZ.
As they sped down the streets they could hear the sounds of gunfire and explosions. While she could not see, Adsila already imagined what must be going on. A few bullets even hit the car but they didn’t do any damage to the vehicle due to how armored it must be.
“Jeeves play My Mix!” said CGZ and a posh sounding voice answered,
“Right away sir.” A drum solo began to play from the speakers of the car and classic rock filled Adsila’s ears.
“How are you so calm during all of this?! People are literally dying around us!” Adsila says trying to yell over the classic rock music,
“Look it isn’t that I don’t care but it's the fact that I have to worry about getting you to safety without drawing too much attention to myself by using secret tunnels that I have all around the country. The thing is that the closest entrance to one of these tunnels is in the middle of one of the conflict zones. It is going to keep a level head when driving anyways.” says CGZ as he manages to swerve around a very obviously placed landmine that was set in the middle of the road.
“Damn that was a famous Dalimbari mine! How much funding do these private militaries have!? Anyways, as you can-oh wait you can’t see, well if you could see you would understand why I am having to be so calm while driving. If I wasn’t calm then we wouldn’t survive so if you would be so kind try not to interrupt the music.” Adsila didn’t know what to say about this.
By the Spirit I don’t know whether I am with a bold genius or an adrenaline junky madman!

His Serene Highness, Marcarius, Prince of the Holy Principality of Saint Mark, had been in Zoran for three days now, personally heading his nation's delegation paying respect to the late Zoran president. There had been somber ceremonies, eulogies, and state dinners. Although shielded from the masses by his position and his entourage, Marcarius had begun to suspect that something dangerous was brewing in the streets. Just now, his Chief of Security and his Chamberlain had confirmed his suspicions. Civil unrest at least, and possibly war at worst, was approaching. It was time to return to Saint Mark.

9:30 AM Over time
Adsila Ani’-Wah’

Sarcophagi lined the walls of the mausoleum with statues of great Zoranian men and women standing erect behind them. Light shone through the stained glass windows as Adsila and the SIC agent walked off to a secluded corner of the mausoleum to discuss her future.
“I would like to first give my condolences, your father truly was a great man.” said the man,
“Thank you, might I ask what your name is?” asked Adsila,
“I can’t give you my true name but you can call me 4012. You already know why I am here, I came on behalf of the SIC to ask if you plan on continuing your family tradition.” said 4012. Adsila let out a sigh, she knew that this would come up shortly after her father died.
“I am not sure. There is a lot of change currently and I am not sure if I want to go into the SIC.” She answered with uncertainty in her voice. 4012 nodded in response seemingly understanding what she must be experiencing,
“That is completely reasonable, but when we saw your father named you the new head of the Ani’-Wah’ family we looked into your academic record and we were impressed by what we saw and is very typical of almost all Ani’-Wah’s who entered the SIC. Graduating from high school early, being in your final year of university at the age of eighteen, having straight A’s, being fluent in three languages, and studying political science. You would make an ideal agent in the SIC.” Adsila was surprised at the amount of information that 4012 had on her. She didn’t know whether to be flattered or creeped out by what he knew.
“I can understand that but I don’t know. It is just a lot to think about and I am going to need some time. If you could contact me in a few days then I might have an answer for you.” said Adsila. 4012 nodded as his phone began to ring. He pulled it out and let out a sigh,
“I will be sure to do that. If you would excuse me I have to take this.” he said as he answered his phone and walked away.
If this is any indication of things to come then my life is about to get very complicated.
Adsila thought to herself before walking down the halls of the mausoleum to attend the ceremony that is being broadcast across the nation. She took her seat at the front of the ceremony and watched it while thinking about the future of her life.

11:00 AM Over Time

The statue of Apenimon Ani’-Wah’ was unveiled and blessed by the shaman as the ceremony was drawn to a close and the casket was carried into the crypt. Adsila wiped her eyes as she walked down the steps of the mausoleum, thinking, once again, about 4012’s offer to join the SIC and her family tradition. The crowds of people behind the barricade were slowly let into the mausoleum to pay their respects to her father and a majority of them stopped to bow to her as though she were royalty. They all kept their distance out of respect as she made her way to the limo that was waiting to take her back to her apartment. But as she entered limo, she thought she overheard someone in the crowd whisper,
“Is that her? Is she the girl that people online have been saying should be the first Queen of Zoran?” 
Adsila was confused as to what she heard but she didn’t think of it too much on the ride back to her apartment. When she arrived at her apartment not too far from the Platypus Island University campus, she looked outside her window that had a view of the Grand Security Council Meeting Hall. She thought about what must be going on inside the emergency meeting that was called today when she saw an explosion erupt from the building. She stared in horror at the event as she saw Zoranian soldiers run around the building as security went on high alert. She then heard the sound of gunfire coming from the direction of the Meeting Hall. Adsila got away from the window at this point and went on to see what the news was saying about this. The first thing that popped up was a live video feed of what was occurring. She saw soldiers fighting against what appeared to be normal Zoranians. It was pure chaos, people were shouting, guns were fired, people were dying, and fire was burning.

She looked further into the event and read the headlines of major news sources in the country.

She soon recalled what she had heard back when she was leaving the Mausoleum as she saw a headline that read, Monarchists Declare Adsila Ani’-Wah’ Queen of Zoran. That was when she heard someone banging on her apartment door.

Grand Defense Council Meeting Chamber
 
“Have you seen the crowds gathered in the streets? Not even Austenaco’s death gathered this many people.” said Rep. Lunase,
“Indeed,” agreed Rep. Tsolaquo, “the people’s reaction was unexpected. However, social media is lighting up with talk of a regime change. While I tend to ignore rumors on social media, the popularity of the topic is concerning.”
“A regime change? But why? I thought the people supported the current government?” asked Rep. Nowego,
“They did but the people of Zoran have become intrigued by ideologies and policies practiced abroad. There are four forms of government being thrown around. The people are calling for either a theocracy or a monarchy, however; there have also been rumors that corporations are planning on taking power.” said Rep. Gayuhe.
The room erupted into discussion as the representatives talked about their fears of a civil war or a revolution. Some of the older members of the Council were in denial of these rumors. They believe that the rumors on social media only represent a minority of people within the country and don’t truly reflect the majority opinion of the country. The younger members of the Council did believe in the rumors and believed that the people truly wanted a new government. But as they discussed the credibility of these rumors there was one word that they all feared, revolution. The Speaker banged their gavel and called order in the Council room,
“If these rumors are true, who do they propose should lead the country under these systems?” asked the Speaker. Rep. Quadelo rose from his seat to answer the question,
“There seems to be a three way divide amongst those who support a monarchy, one group proposes that the Ani’-Wah’ family should be the royal house of Zoran as President Ani’-Wah’ was the most recent president of Zoran and thus it should continue from his line. Another states that the Ah-ni-di clan should be the royal house as Austenaco unified Zoran and thus should have divine right to rule. Then there is the third group that proposes that Zoran should invite a royal from another country to rule Zoran, the most popular house name being tossed around is that of House Halohin. In terms of the theocrats, they propose that the country should be ruled by the Divine Shaman stating that he would have the nation’s best interest at heart all while keeping us on the Great Spirit’s path.”
“But what of this corporate conspiracy? Is there any evidence that supports the idea that it is more than just a rumor?” asks the Speaker.
“There isn’t much evidence but there are some very worrying transactions in the public records between some corporations and private military companies. I doubt that any of these groups will strike today as it would be dishonorable to do so during a day of mourning. But we should take this day to prepare for a potential civil war.” answered Rep. Lunase.
An uncomfortable silence fell over the room as the word they all feared left her lips. The Council now had to make a decision on how to deal with this threat to the stability of the nation, the lives of millions rests in their hands now.

All was quiet in Zoran, especially in the streets of Zoradia where the public funeral was to be held. I was still thinking of my father and all he told me in the limo only three days ago. The lawyer told me yesterday about the clause in the will where it gave me the choice to accept my father’s decision to make me the head of the Ani’-Wah’ family and I have thought about this heavily.
Centuries of family tradition ride on my decision, if I accept the tradition will be upheld and continue through me. However, if I reject it then the tradition will be jeopardized as none of my siblings are eligible to follow the tradition completely. Oh if only I had more time to decide.
I thought to myself as the limo came to a stop in front of the Rising Sun Mausoleum. People are only entombed there if ninety percent of the country’s voting population votes to have someone entombed there and the Divine Shaman has to deem the person to be morally and spiritually righteous. I was amazed by how quickly the people called for a vote on my father and how quickly the Divine Shaman delivered his judgement(historically this usually takes several days) as he delivered it within six hours of my father’s death. Of course people investigated due to how quickly this all took place but they couldn’t find any form of corruption that could have influenced the vote or the Divine Shaman. However, my father was to be buried there ceremonially, his body would not be in the casket that was to be entombed in the crypt. Our family planned to have a private funeral where we would bury his body according to his requests he made in his will.
As I got out of the limo wearing my black dress and black veil, I saw the crowds of people in the streets holding Damask roses of different colors waiting for their time that they would be allowed to pay their respects.
Wow...father really did impact a lot of people during his presidency. Despite the fact that the position has no influence, he did a lot to promote peace between our country and others all while making life better for Zoranians in the years he was voted into office. It’s just incredible how he could do so much with so little actual power.
I thought this to myself as I climbed up the steps towards the entrance of the mausoleum. When I reached the stop of the stairs, a bald and older looking man in a black suit walked up to me,
“Ah you must be Adsila, it is a pleasure to finally meet you!” He then shook my hand and I just stood there in confusion as I had never met this man in my life.
“Um, do I know you? I mean I know that I am the center of attention due to the media leaking that I still haven’t decided to become head of the Ani’-Wah’ family but I do not know if I have met you before.” I say in confusion,
“Ah my apologies, no you have not met me but I worked closely with your father before he went into politics and before he became the head of AW Encrypted. You know what that means yes?” my eyes widened when he said this as I indeed knew what this meant, he worked for the SIC,
“Would you prefer if we didn’t talk in the open?” I asked knowing his answer before he told me,
“Yes I would.” he says with a smile as we walk into the mausoleum together.

Official Announcement from the Zoranian Government
Our heads hang low and our hearts bleed red for the captain lays dead.
While the sun may shine on Zoran today, a shadow of sorrow has descended upon us today. For twelve great years, President Apenimon Ani'-Wah' has served as our President, one of the longest serving presidents in Zoranian history. He never intended to serve for as long as he has, in fact he didn't officially run after his first term. Ani'-Wah' was a suffering servant, he never ran for office after his first term, in fact he requested that his name to not be on the ballot. But the people wrote his name in the ballot year after year, despite his best efforts. He had every opportunity to refuse the nomination, he could have simply gone back to his regular life like he wanted to. But instead, he went with the will of the people and accepted the burden of being the voice of Zoran to the nations of the world. While the powers of the president are nonexistent, it is a position with a lot of responsibility and one with lots of hardship and criticism. We have seen him take the responsibility along with the hardship with stride time and time again and we have seen him age physically under the pressures of the position.
We hereby announce a public funeral for the great man and invite all people who wish to attend. Foreign nations are allowed to send their delegations to the event if they choose to send any and leaders of nations can attend if they so choose as well. May we come together to remember the man that was Apenimon Ani'-Wah' and we send our regards to the Ani'-Wah' family for their loss of the head of their family.

Premier Georgi Benoran of Artztokzsia had been in Zoran for the past couple of days. He was rather unkown upon the populace being from another continent. He had been paying his respects to the Late  President Apenimon Ani'-Wah'. All was going well until one of his Guards burst into his hotel room.
11:00 AM
"Sir, there has been a bombing in the Grand Defense Council Meeting Chamber!" said the soldier, "We need to get you out of here!"
"What!?" said the Premier,  gunfire roars in the distance. More guards appear in the doorway. They hastily escort their Premier out of the building.
"Can someone please explain what's happening?" asked Georgi.
"We don't know sir. It seems like a riot." explained the guard, "We're preparing your private jet right now."
12:30 PM
The Premier arrived safely to the airport and the plane took off with no problems. The Premier turns on the in-flight television and switches the channel to the local news channel.

Behind The Urchin-The Story of our nations name.
   Archibald McMan, the glorious founder of our nation, saved a group of slaves and washed ashore a deserted tropical island. That island would eventually become the great nation of The Royal Urchin. Those people would become the settlers of our nation and Archibald, their leader. 
  But what is the story behind the Royal Urchin?
  For the founders of our nation, finding food was no easy task. They were in no condition to take on the harsh and uncharted environment that surrounded them. They went days, weeks even, without food. That is until Archibald McMan found a cove filled with Sea Urchins. Enough Urchins to feed our original settlers for years and years to come. 
  The Urchins our people ate gave them the fuel, energy, and hope to gather their strength and build up our glorious nation. The first Urchin eaten, by Archibald McMan, has been preserved and is on display in our nations capital. That is the first urchin, The Royal Urchin. To honor the gift the first urchin had given to us, we became The Free Land of The Royal Urchin.

This was a very risky action that paid off in the end. It created the economic boom that Artztokzsia needed to get out of debt.
