  1. So anyone who has never signed in but has a long standing nation that belongs to TWP should be handled the same? You are trying to set up a VERY dangerous precedent, man.... Please provide me the logical legal support for this, then. The current request you are doing will imply any of the 6000 nations that reside in TWP should NOT be subject to the current logical interpretation of the law. ------------------------------------ Alterenatively... We could just re-establish active membership of the 2 people that were removed previously to this election being opened, and have make ammends (recreating their nation or updating their actual member nation). But we would URGENTLY require to set up those rules clearly on the act, through a modification, to prevent future issues... That involves, Tomb (CTEd) and Ike (no nation reported), since I'm applying the SAME LEGAL ARGUMENT for both at the same time... Feux was also removed but his nations remains CTEd. It concerns me, since any would require subjective argumentation ("it was just that he forgot", "don't be unfair", etc) ------------------------------------- I'd like other opinions instead of Llamas election-involved opinion and mine (who am also election-involved).
  2. Sure, once he signs-in, and he will still be non-elegible to vote in this election.
  3. I have splited this posts from the Election thread to avoid further spamming on that one and be able to discuss it here. So, Ike, basically, as per the laws, you are currently not elegible to vote in the election since, at the time the voting opened, you didn't had a registered nation in TWP, which is the only requisite to belong to the HGA. This is, when I checked the nation you HAD signed into the HGA with, that nation was no longer a TWP nation, but instead, a TEP nation, and hence you didn't met the requirements to be a part of the HGA. The same thing happened to other members who had their nations CTEd, and hence were removed from the elegible nations to vote in this election. When this happens, I list this nations/members in the roster as INACTIVE or FORMER members, in order to make it easier to list them back, should they sign in again for the HGA. These are the laws this is based on: From the The Regional Assembly of Nations of The West Pacific Act: From the General Election Guidelines Act My records for you showed this registration into the HGA: Ike from The Father of the Revolution of Ikania And from the nation's happenings: "4 days ago: Ikania relocated from The West Pacific to The East Pacific." You mentioned a different TWP nation you own, but that one has never been listed, from the records I have access to, as yours publicly, hence why it was not possible for the HGA to note it as your TWP nation for membership into the HGA... And since it is part of my duties as Speaker, I maintain the roster, removing whoever does not meets the requirements prior to votes or elections. My advise on this is that, if you have a nation that you actually move around often, you should sign in into the HGA (in this thread: CLICK) with a static nation that never moves off TWP. Or if you gonna change your nation, you simply need to post there so that I can update the records.
  4. You didn't signed in with that nation, my friend, and we can't possibly be omniscient. Did you signed with it at any moment?
  5. Your nation is not on TWP, or was not by the time the vote started. As per the Regional Assembly act: Hence you are currently - or were at the moment if you happened to have moves your nation back - an active member of the HGA. Tomb happened to have a similar situation, as his nation has CTEd and was not a part of TWP at the start of the voting.
  6. The Election is now open. I've decided not to further campaign during the election. Good luck to my friend Llamas!
  7. you should run FROM zombies, towards the Spam
  8. It is open now. I have personally decided not to campaign any further during the election, Llamas, BTW. Much luck mate!
  9. Accepted. At this point, all members of the HGA up to THIS POST are able to vote in the upcoming Prime Minister election. For Reference: Valid Voters
  10. There are different ways to incorporate an economic aspects, from a totally manually mantained or roleplayed system, to tools that allow it to be integrated in the forum, btw
  11. Your comments are reckless and kind of sad. I have campaigned with the ideas, not attacking you, but hey, who am I to do fair campaign then? Your text is certainly illegal as it is, right now, since there is an Executive Act that established this under the competence of a Foreign Affairs officer which you ARE NOT... Did you stopped to realize that? I guess not. Still, nice work. You want to continue building relations? You will do, as my officer of FA If you really care for TWP, you won't say no to the offering if I get elected
  12. Like follow up messages instead of recruitment bombardment... I wonder if that would work... Hmmm. That's a nice idea tbh. Kudos Llamas.
  13. I would love for the new executive council to take care of all that once it is selected! Thanks Dark, I assumed we did had a welcome TG

    OMG MAMMO IS INVADING TWP!
  15. I do think that bombarding people with Telegrams once they are created may not be the best approach Llamas. You must remember many of them, by just getting created, will be BLANKETED OUT with telegrams from a dozen different regions within the first few minutes, without even realizing they can block some of those out. We could rely on a welcome telegram, that as far as I know the delegate can do, and we could coordinate with the delegate office to set up, and a good interesting WFE (which we already have) and the RMB. I'm not a fan of adding up MORE individual TGs to new nations.
  16. I'm note sure what picture you refer to, post it here
  17. Llamas and I have talked about it and the last thing I know is that we will both involve the other somehow.
  18. Well, we have very similar goals in most aspects, but as I see it, Llamas seems to be more utopical and idealistic about the structure he would like to elaborate for TWP. This is not per se a bad thing, but I think we must first mature our current structure, and then allow it to naturally grow and develop itself further before we try to make it more complex and layered. That, I see it as a future goal. I also feel he is a younger spirit than I am, and perhaps needs some chill, or I need some of his spark. heh.
