What he means is that he is our Ambassador to Eientei Gensokyo and really wants to see the super secret stuff behind Private Foreign Affairs that hasn't been touched in 2 or 3 years. That being said, it might not be a bad idea to use that section for some basic info... I'll get you a complete list of Ambassador accounts soon for masking.
