That Called the Vlagh Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 Because of ongoing stagnation within the Voice and general inactive overall within the off-site government, I have decided, with the support of the Delegate, to dissolve the Charter and Voice of the West Pacific Union effective immediately. This is not up for negotiation. All officers of the Voice are hereby removed from position and authority under direct orders of the sitting Delegate.
